My order was made on 06/16 of this year, I have reached out twice 4 times since. I received 2 responses and no ETA or details apart for a size chart. I have since moved and there is no way for me to get in touch with anyone and no process of escalation. It is 11/26 and I was initially given a 45 day wait. So my review is not even connected to the product but of the service and expediency!!! Is there a process to get refunded!

Good quality shirts
There was a bit of a delay in recieving my order, but the company dealt with it and my shirts arrive. Sometime things go wrong but it makes a difference how the company responds. I ordered some shirts, very pleased with the purchase when it arrived.

I would give Zero stars if I could.
I came across this company online somewhere and liked what the offered and the prices, but was hesitant to order thinking it may be a scam site. I have been burned previously by another similar looking site. I was unsure about the sizing so I contacted customer service. I was assured by Lynn in CS to order a size 44, but if they didn't fit they would take care of it.
So I placed my order in May and received the shirts in June. They were too small. I reached out to customer service again. They said they would replace them free of charge. I offered to ship the wrong size ones back if they sent me a return label, but they did not. I received the new shirts in July, they were the same size 44 as the others and did not fit again. Reached out to customer service again, and they said they would replace the shirts free of charge again. I also offered to send this set of shirts back if they sent a return label. Again, they didn't.
All my communications had been with Lynn. I asked multiple times to speak to someone else or a supervisor/ manager, but was never put in contact with anyone else. Here it is now November and I've been ghosted. I got the run around for months, the same excuse over and over, she will contact the warehouse to expidite my replacements.
Then, the last email I was told that "Due to an unexpected backlog at our fulfillment center, combined with temporary changes in our quality control process, shipping has been slower than usual. We recently enhanced our quality standards to ensure each product meets the high standards you expect from Acewonders, which requires additional handling time for every order. This change, alongside a higher order volume, has caused a longer wait time than anticipated."
This is the first time this has come up after 4 months of "we are expediting your order"
Now there is no communication. I sent emails roughly every other week and got the same excuse evey time and then nothing until I emailed again. I have not heard anything in a week or 2.

Responses that ignore my actual complaint and the questions I raise make me think they are using AI to generate the responses.

It's me again (again)! - See my previous 2 reviews below.
So after they responded to my review below promising to look into it here below.... I've not had a single email!
And yet again when I emailed them this weekend no response (but they have time to respond to new reviews on here!!).
I'll give them one last chance - my order is #AW520751 - please contact me immediately.
After 48 hours I will be filling a dispute and fraud claim with my bank.
I'm leaning towards scam company at this point - entice you in with 1 purchase and then take your money second order around. It's either that or pure incompetence.

I passed my order on September 14th, it’s now October 22nd and it still has not shipped despite multiple email exchanges with customer service.
They’re polite but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s far too long to ship something.

I waited MONTHS for my original order to arrive.
Thinking this was an outlying case, I naively purchased a second time and I STILL haven’t received the order.
Lynn, the customer service rep, has ignored my recent email and has not ever supplied me with a tracking number.
I will filing a fraud case and contacting consumer affairs if there is no progress soon.
Spare yourself the headache.

6 Month wait after x7 follow up emails.
First time I ordered from this site, it taken 3 and a half months to get my shirt. I had to send 3 emails to chase them up on the order.
When I finally received my shirt, it did not fit so requested to swap it out for another size. I was happy to pay for the shipping, but they rejected my request as they do not do return for incorrect size.
I then purchase another shirt from them in and different size, and boy was that a mistake. 6 MONTHS and x7 follow up emails to Acewonder support until I finally got my shirt. They continuously gave me the same generic apology email, and assured me they would send a tracking number soon.
It wasn't until I requested a refund TWICE, that they finally shipped the shirt.
Please... Save yourself a massive headache and do not purchase from this dodgy company.

I ordered a number of clothing back in May and still not received then email a few times was told will revert with a tracking number and each time never received tracking number same email after email same response and no tracking code I have never ordered any clothing that took this long to be sent..my last email was if I do not receive the items within 30 days I like a refund and this time no email response...very dissapointing...
