They did not deliver the item in 3 months and they did not refund me the money either.....I made a purchase in February, was supposed to receive it in April due to the forever delivery time, however the item was never arriving, beginning of June I requested a refund and it's been almost 2 months...I only get the same AI generated response that they are doing "everything they can". THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Avoid this store – awful experience and no refund
I’ve been waiting for over four months for a solution from Acewonders, and it has been a frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful experience.
I placed an order and never received the items. After multiple complaints, they finally promised me a refund, but that was weeks ago. Since then, I’ve received the same generic message at least six times, claiming they’re either “processing” the refund or that the items will ship “very soon.”
They don’t deliver what they promise, they don’t honor their word, and it’s obvious their system is overwhelmed. If they truly have such high demand, they should stop accepting new orders instead of continuing to deceive customers.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just to get my money back for products that were never shipped. I’m very disappointed and do not recommend this store at all.
Protect your money and your time—shop somewhere more reliable.
I find it incredible that Acewonders responds faster on Trustpilot than to direct emails sent through their own website. I've been waiting for a solution for days, even weeks, and all I get is automated or evasive responses. But as soon as someone posts a bad review here, they immediately write back with a very nice message asking for the order number "to resolve it," when I've already sent them one before and they never did anything.
These types of public responses are just a strategy to give the impression that they're committed to the customer, but it's completely false. There's no real follow-up, no solution, and all they're doing is trying to clean up their image with other users.
My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. For those considering purchasing here, I recommend being very careful.

January - March correspondence and my item never came. I just got the run around of why it was late to ship. I was told a refund was processed- the 60 dollars was never returned. I reached out again stating my refund was never processed and silence on their end. DO NOT ORDER. They get you passed the point it's too late to dispute with PayPal. Awful to do to people.

Had to get a refund through paypal as cancellation requests ignored. You will though get eventual repetitive emails promising urgent response, tracking codes that never come and excuses of ‘high demand’. Treat as a scam site. Saw through Facebook and is an overseas company I believe so avoiding buying through there as well.

**Scam**- do not order from Ace Wonders, they take the money then nothing!
I ordered 2 shirts back in December 2024, I have chased every month with responses from Lynn approx 5 days after with the generic responses.
I requested a refund last month and I am still awaiting a response!!!!
They are no longer responding to my emails. Please, if anyone orders from Ace Wonders, beware. I thought the 1 star reviews were few and far between, but having been taken for a fool, I will never order anything from Ace wonders again.
My next step is to take this to my bank to try to get them to get a refund.

I ordered a jacket over six months ago as a Christmas present. Not only did they not send it in time for Christmas, they never sent it at all. A month ago I requested a refund, and someone named Lynn said she would process it.
Five weeks later, I still don't have a refund or the jacket, and at this point I have to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Don't order from this company.

I have been attempting to cancel an order since March of this year. The original order was in January 2025 for a jacket, and I still haven't received it, so I decided to cancel the order. I initially requested this cancellation back in March of 2025, and even after continuing to followup on the refund, I still have not received a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have shown patience and grace in allowing this to be refunded and resolved, but it has taken almost half the year since the original purchase to get any traction with this. I am NEVER using AceWonders ever again.

One star is too much to give but there is no option for no stars so it will have to do. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 shirts that were never delivered. Many emails apologising but nothing really happened. Today I had a response on my last review, that was a bit different. Telling me these are not computer responses but of real people. And that they have been in touch to resolve the issue of stealing my money. Ofcourse no one has been in touch so again.. please, please do not buy of this company. They are full of rubbish. Lots of promises but sadly the outcome is the same! Your money will be taken and no clothing will come your way. It’s a scam, and I will repeat this every week if I have to until I have my money back! Please do not buy anything from Acewonders. BTW it’s order number #AW525810 just in case you forgot. No contact was made other then the 10th apology and the promise to sort it which is getting a bit tiring now. Just refund me the money. No way that takes 2 months!
