Easy exchange. Customer service is great!

let me give you the real scoop on this company and their stuff. . I'm actually pretty surprised. Saw their ad on IG, talking up these shirts that stretch like crazy and fit just right. So , I ordered 5, thinking they'd be amazing. But when they showed up, the stretch was kinda meh.., and the size was way off. Emailed them about it, not expecting much... but Lynn from customer service actully got back to me fast and said they'd replace 'em, even though they don't usually do returns. Props to Lynn for being so helpful - she's the real MVP here. So, while things didn't start off great, Lynn and the company made it right in the end. I'll give 'em a solid 5 stars for that... pleasently surprised, to say the least.

Had an issue with my order and Lynn from customer service took care of my issue promptly and respectfully. Great customer service experience.

Horrible customer service been a month and a half no email confirmation I messaged twice no response or acknowledgment what so ever. pretty sure they scammed me.

These guys promise the earth and deliver nothing after they've taken your money.

In my opinion Acewonders are a complete fraud and scam!

BUYER BEWARE!

I paid around £85 last year for shirts that never turned up. I have chased and chased and been promised delivery but nothing arrived.

I then requested a full refund which I was promised but again nothing has been repayed despite chasing repeatedly.

I put up a 1 star review last week but even that seems to have disappeared!

I believe every good review is a fake and that this website is solely designed to steal your hard earned cash!

Do not order anything from these guys!

Had a little issue with shopping however they stayed on it until I received product.

I will be placing more orders.

My review is all about the company and the product they are selling and nothing to do with the advisor I dealt with. I purchased 4 shirts from them. After seeing a fantastic product being advertised on Facebook. They are showing a quality shirt that stretches really well and fits perfectly.

After receiving my shirts, the first thing I realised the stretch is none existent and the fit is far from a M I normally wear.

I emailed them back and not to my surprise I was advised they do not have a return policy, however would replace the product. Lynn who dealt with my complaint has been fantastic, however has asked me to leave a brief 5star review. I would not be doing other customers justice if I left a 5 star review and they purchased a product after my review.

So overall service Lynn 5 star! The company 0 star's.

My boyfriend loves the feel and fit of these shirts!

Bought some shirts from this company recently. Qualitys' pretty solid overall, but one shirt ended up a bit off on size. Customer service did step in and sort it out, though, it was a bit of a hassle, but all in all, I'm decently happy with the buy.

These products come from out of country (China I believe) so be prepared for a long wait (mine was over 5 weeks). The quality of the shirts was excellent and I loved the material! On the downside the mediums I ordered based on the measurements on the website fit like smalls. While the company doesn’t allow for returns they (specifically Lynn) are sending me a shirt in a larger size as an act of goodwill. Very happy with the customer service and will order again, with the caveat of ordering a size or two up.

This company is dedicated to making sure that their customers are satisfied. They went above and beyond to fix my order. The communication has been great, and the follow up is even better. I will definitely order from them again and will recommend this company to anyone. I am completely satisfied!!!!!! I personally want to thank Lynn for everything she did to help me with my order.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and had great customer assistance.

Lynn from Acewonders support Team is amazing. She fix a mistake that was made by miss understanding on size. She sent me 3 others shirts that fits me like a glove and gave me the green light to give as donation the 3 shirts I received with the wrong size by mistake. I can tell you now, that the person that got them, was starting a new job and they helped him out big time. On this I would like to say THANKS a million time to Lynn for a service out of this world. THANK YOU.

I came across this brand of Acewonders shirts out of curiosity.
Since they talked about how comfortable the fabric was, that they were not hot, that they fit to the body. And it was out of that curiosity that I bought the first two. One long sleeve and one short sleeve.
The truth was a pleasant surprise, comfortable, comfortable, not hot and above all the design and fabric looked good.
Add to this that in customer service Miss Lynn Anderson, gives excellent service, especially in the follow-up to the whole process from the time you place the order until it is shipped.
I recommend the Acewonders brand and I will continue to buy more models of shirts and especially the different colors.
The only thing they need to improve is the delivery time of their products.

Lynn was the Star of the show. Order shirts in my normal size but they were entirely to small. So I reached out to customer support and Lynn gladly offered to send me out replacements. My new shirts are in the shipping process now but should be here soon. Thank you lynn. Quality is great but you must order 2 sizes larger than you norm

I ordered the shirts in XL and they were extremely small so I had to get a 3XL and Lynn was great at helping me through my initial purchase. As a reference I am a 5'10" man that weighs a fit 200lbs and my chest is 42". I am usually a Large to XL and I couldn't button the original shirts so go 2 sizes up from your biggest and you should be okay.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything
Firstly, EVERY SINGLE review I’ve read says that the size was wrong. And I had the same issue, I ordered what is my normal size with every other shirt I’ve owned for years and theirs was at least two sizes too small.
An intelligent company would update their sizing chart to match most other stores in order to not have to waste money sending proper sized shirts to their customers instead of dealing with multiple complaints.
Secondly, while it’s good they are trying to send me a proper size, they are sending the wrong colour and it take MONTHS for my package to arrive.
An absolute garbage experience from start to finish.
DO NOT waste your money with this company.

Lynn was very friendly and helpful with assisting with our problem. The shirts I ordered for my husband were not a good size, so Lynn helped to get a credit for other items to make our experience more pleasant
