Very poor quality ! Bought an M5 headset in 2021; it lasted 2 1/2 years before the function button collapsed. Bought another less than a year ago; again function button collapsed ! Now they are booted off Amazon because of fake reviews... Never again.

Mon fils de 17 ans a été victime d’une arnaque sur leur site. Il a acheté un casque qui n’est jamais arrivé. J’ai envoyé un mail qui disait d’aller sur Amazon pour faire la réclamation seulement mon fils est passé par leur site. J’ai renvoyé un mail pour leur signaler. Là on m’a répondu que le casque n’était plus en stock et qu’il allait le rembourser. Il ne l’on jamais fait. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails depuis et je n’ai plus de réponse. Mon fils n’a jamais été remboursé, je ne sais plus quoi faire.
Vendre un produit qui n’est plus en stock, c’est clairement une arnaque !

Don't buy anything from here. The same products are much cheaper on AliExpress. I wanted to renew my phone headphones and I went for the same brand as the old ones but instead I received some Chinese crap of the worst quality, I know this because a week before I ordered from AliExpress and I received exactly the same product that I sent back. I thought I would find what I needed on their official page. Of course they don't respond to messages. Fair play was given to those from AliExpress who admitted that they had a problem related to the components of the products being of much worse quality than the old ones.

I bought a second hand headphones from Vinted with retractable microphone, never heard about the brand before and by my suprise they amazed me with the quality, nice bass decent quality of sound decent build quality and extremely affordable price for second hand! I don't know the original price if reflects the quality but for me I really enjoyed them!

Bought VIP delivery, came three days after latest estimate.
Asked for a refund on the delivery, just ignored by customer service.

Ich habe 3x Knochenkopfhörer bestellt mit IPX5, bekamen jedoch 3 mit IPX8. Das war schon ein Grund den Kontakt zum Service zu suchen. Leider bekam ich keine Rückmeldung.

Einen Artikel haben wir probiert, diese bones funktionieren. Das Telefonat ist nur recht leise, von meiner Seite aus, mein Gegenüber teilte mir das mit. Sie kamen auch jeweils original verpackt an.

Jedoch entschieden wir uns 2 zurückgeben. Das entpuppt sich aktuell auch noch als schwierig. Auch der Support ist nicht erreichbar. Wir erhielten sofort als Email, dass die Emailadresse nicht erreichbar sei, wegen Wartungsarbeiten an der Website. Whatsapp als angegebene Kontaktmöglichkeit reagiert auch nicht.

Ich kann hier nur sagen, lasst es sein, hier zu bestellen. Unzufriedenheit ist erfüllt, wenn man was Falsches erhält und es nicht umtauschen oder zurückgeben kann. Im Widerrufsrecht wird mitgeteilt, dass man nur zurückgeben kann, wenn man sich vorher an den Support wendet und die es erlauben. Alles so zurückgesendete wird nicht anerkannt. Und Bedingung für den Rückversand ist, dass alles ungenutzt und noch original verpackt ist. Aber was bringt das, wenn man keinen erreicht.

Also mein Rat, Finger weg von dem Shop.

Lieferung kam zwar zügig, was natürlich einen guten Eindruck macht, aber das bewerte ich nicht.

Dass alles ganz war und original verpackt, das ist der einzigste Stern.

Mein Fehler war, hier nicht nach denen zu suchen, um die Bewertungen zu lesen. Sonst schau ich hier immer wieder nach, um nicht auf die Nase zu fallen. Bei mir scheitert es am Service und dem falschen Artikel.

PS. Was ich nicht beachtete, beide Knochenkopfhörer haben die gleiche Bestellnummer. Das hätte mich dann auch stutzig gemacht. Schade, zu spät

Always went to them whenever my headsets died. Always cheap, but had a long lifespan. Not anymore...

On 12 March 2025, I ordered an upgrade on my current headset from Mpow due to it starting to die on one side, order processed, 12-20 days shipping etc etc, no problemo. As of 7 April 2025 I have had ZERO correspondance with them, no updates, no "your order has been shipped", nothing. Contacting them is impossible, all their socials have been dead for the past 3 years and their "support" emails don't go anywhere and just auto-respond that the "site is under maintainance".

Never. Bloody. Again.

I've ordered headphones in the past and was always satisfied with them. They're cheap, reliable, and last about 2-3 years. Given the price, I felt it was worth it. I ordered my latest pair on 3/12/25. They arrived about 2 weeks later. The volume buttons do not work and there is no easy way to get a refund or exchange. They have to be unused and in the original packaging for a refund and I have to pay to ship them back for an exchange. Not worth it. Done with this brand. I should have stopped using them when Amazon banned them from their site years ago.

I ordered MPOW headphones twice in the past, always very happy with the quality and ok the delivery.
This time around, I ordered and never received confirmation. I sent an email and never received a reply.
I now cancelled the order asking for a refund, hopefully it will be refunded.
But it's appalling that my order was just sitting there, in a limbus, never accepted, never turned down, just you know...

EDIT: I was regularly refunded.

OK when they work - however ...
When re-placed in charging cradle, one of the most aggravating PITA; Repeatedly FAIL to disconnect -- or worse, continue to re-connect ad nauseum, disrupting normal speaker output of Echo.
Absolute NO help/suggestions despite repeated requests of both retail seller and manufacturer!
Ongoing issue now for 4+ years (maybe I should be grateful batteries still work?!)

Junk, after a few months the fake leather falls apart, VERY badly made, they are trash do not buy.

Bought a pair of earphones directly from their website and one earphone stopped working after 4 months, then completely packed up altogether after 6 months. Obviously the usual cheap Chinese scammers are up to their tricks again…and like everyone else said there’s no customer service…phone lines don’t work, no response to emails, broken website, and they don’t honour the warranty!! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs!

Ordered twice. The first order took a month to arrive without any notification of its progress. I placed a second order to gift to someone but it’s already been almost 2 months and I have not received any update about my order. Tried emailing their customer service emails many times now and they all bounce back to me. As much as I like their earbuds, they’re just unreliable! Best to get something else.

Rubbish locks up bluetooth on windows 11 pc, supposed to be plug and play,drivewrs supplied DO NOT WORK, trying to access the support site drivers and user guides page gives page does not exist.

I placed an order 10 days ago. No updates regarding the delivery, I've tried to reach all of the emails they provide, I even tried to call the phone number which doesn't even exists. Beware!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! - Literally no customer service or warranty. Ordered some wireless headphones directly from the MPOW Website and three weeks later one stopped working. Emailed their customer services and received the following automatic reply:

Thanks for your email! We feel sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our website is under maintenance currently, therefore this email address could not accept the incoming email this time. May you please contact the purchase channels and sellers directly?

Well that's helpful considering I purchased the headphones directly from you! Absolute joke of a company.

Placed a big order on july 11th, expected it to be a delay since the size of my order. But no email about it, so I emailed them.

No response so I read online, seemed they are now ‘scammers’ which is a shame. I like their M30 and ordered them multiple times for myself and others.

Sadly have to switch back to Airpods since no other brand is as good as (prime) Mpow at this price.

ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL TRADING????? – The MPOW website don’t work and they don’t answer emails plus they have been suspended by Amazon!!!
I bought a pair of MPOW 059 HEADPHONES off eBay – The control buttons on the right ear RATTLE – THE BUTTONS ARE LOOSE! – Every-time you move your head the buttons move in the housing - If you WALK or RUN waring them the buttons RATTLE - therefore “BEWARE & BE WARNED” – I placed a piece of Cling-Film over them and this has stopped about 80% of the rattle but all in all they are a VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT
