MPOW H102B Bluetooth wireless headphones is the worst I had.
1. Control buttons are not intuitive, and very difficult to operate when wearing gloves. Many other headphones have it much easier.
2. Noise cancellation is bad, probably 2 out of 5.
3. The sound quality is bad, you really need to crank up the volume in order to hear the music/or speech properly when using power tools which kinda defeats the whole purpose of Noise cancellation feature.

I would never touch this company again with a barge pole. Their car phone cradle left a terrible glue mark on our window screen and the glue been dripped down onto our dash. The sticky pad basically melted. Emailed their customer service to complain and you just get ignored.

I ordered headphones in June 2023. They were never sent. I contacted them in July. They started down a never ending path of excuses, and delay tactics. Now in February of 2024 after months of delay tactics and lying emails back and forth, after they claimed they would be sending me a product numerous times, still nothing. It is all lies. They apparently have no products, and are just stealing money online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer service does not exist! There is no way to get into contact with this company. Mails get sent back number doesn’t work. Smells of fraud. My blue tooth earbuds don’t charge anymore and there is nothing I can do about it…

In my opinion it is not fair that on oficial Mpow website from which I ordered few times before, Mpow are offering Mpow product and then sending something else ( it does not matter that product send looks identical as original ( read: ordered and payed Mpow) but different product received with other brand name on it). For me as customer it is wrong. I payed for Mpow product and I do not want product from any Sub-brand.... As for me it looks suspicious.

The customer service number is disconnected and the website throws up a blank page when you try and register your product for warranty. It also took longer than 20 days for my product to arrive. All of this screams dodgy and unreliable - I wish I'd looked at Trustpilot before buying from Mpow. AVOID AVOID ADOID.

I immediately received an email when I made my order which said it would be delivered in 12-20 days from China. It never arrived in that span. I wrote 2 emails inquiring without response. Then I attempted via their WhatsApp chat. After a week, when I was about to cancel the order on my credit card, I received a reply via WhatsApp saying that apparently my order was overlooked. I received the order 2 weeks later. I consider their products to be of good quality but they are very disorganized and unprofessional.

I ordered over 2 months ago. Never got a shipping notification. Have contated them so many times asking about where abouts is my headphones and never heard back from them.

They just got my money and never sent anything.

Complete rubbish. Can't even register my warranty on their website for the second time

Le ho usate per anni, all’inizio da Amazon poi direttamente dal sito mpow. Nell’ultimo anno smettono di funzionare all’improvviso (3 paia) e non c’è modo di farle ripartire. Cosa ti è successo mpow? Una volta eri ganzo..(cit)

This website has genuinely terrible service. I canceled an order that wasn't delivered nearly on time with it saying I was due a refund. No refund came. I contacted customer service and got a bot message saying they were on vacation until October 8th 2023. I contacted support was told the site was "under maintenance". Nothing I tried worked ant they instead tried to brush me off to Amazon when I ordered from THEIR SITE. I strongly do not recommend their products are good but God forbid anything goes wrong with Ur order because you're either not going to see it or won't get your money back

I bought 2 MPOW 66 LED Garden solar power lights 9 years ago and I'm happy to report that both of them are still going strong while neighbours who bought different brands have had theirs fail and replaced several times.
It's no surprise my neighbours have now, in turn, bought the MPOW brand.

Have to agree with the other reviews on here. My headphones lasted few months then died for no reason. I was advised I would be sent a replacement, but nothing arrived amd now they ignore my emails. Won't be using again

I’m another victim of this rip off company. Will probably go to small claims court. This is some kind of Chinese company scam. They take your money and send you non working plastic. Thank God I didn’t spend that much. Will be reporting this site for Fraudulent sales. This should be investigated. They have no right to do this in the US. China ripping off US customers.

I used to think MPOW was a great company. We purchased several headphones and earbuds from them over the years. They had a program where you register the item purchased and they double the warranty from one year to two. I had two items that I bought at the same time fail around the 15 month mark. I submitted a warranty claim. They responded that it was past the 12 month warranty period so it would not be covered. I forwarded the email to them showing my warranty was doubled to two years and they stopped responding to me. It is clear they had no intention of honoring my warranty. It’s unfortunate because not only did I purchase many devices from them, but was constantly recommending them to others.

Bought a set of wireless headphones. Good value, good quality headset, with good battery life and design. Have'nt had to deal with the companies customer services but as a product I'm impressed. Would recommend. ;-)

Terrible product, stay well clear.

An outright scam enterprise They are shipping broken products. Getting a return address is nearly impossible. And when you manage to send it back, they just stop responding & remove the product from online store, after apparently scamming enough people into buying it.

I have just had a replacement set of S10 bluetooth sports head set replaced under warranty with no problem, once I got through, though. Thats the hard bit..

To start these were the best I had at a reasonable price, I only listen podcasts mainly but they are pretty good, compared to wife apple ones. Also talking on the phone two ways are very clear, also only 17 gms ( for hiking ) so I really liked them, but they would not charge after a few months.

I had bought from the Mpow website, it was easy for date of purchase and proof of this, followed instructions for warranty claim but the fault reporting link "claim" just would not open. Then tried the email nothing.

Looked up other reviews and most negative and scam company.

Then I tried another email address to customer services , totally different experience really friendly emails back and forth and no issue with warranty. So use " cservice at xmpow.com "
