Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. All four emails addresses dont work Facebook messenger no reply. Twitter not been monitored. Online returning system does not work. No way of contacting the business with faulty item. No resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Scam
Basically the same story as everyone else. Bought a pair of earphones lasted 6 months until battery in the the buds stopped working. Tried to use warranty on website, doesn't work. Went to support email, automated response about the website under maintenance, which somehow means the email doesn't work, makes sense. The earphones were very good, sound quality 10/10, noise cancelling 7/10, battery life 9/10. Just terrible customer service and lies about warranty. If you buy, they will break in a couple of months for no reason and you will not get your money back.

Bought a set of earbuds. Worked fine for a few months then the audio in the left earbud started breaking up like it had a bad antenna, when I touch it with my hand the signal gets better but as soon as I remove it I lose signal again. Contacted MPOW on their support email as I am supposed to have a 24 month warranty but email bounced back stating they cant accept it due to maintenance on their site. Tried again a week later same thing. If they are able to detect an email and respond saying their email is broken I would think that means it actually works?? So sent an email to sales asking them to pass the request to service this email did not fail but as yet 6 weeks later i have had no response.

Complete fiction about delivery of item despite tracking order. £20 down the drain unless they provide a refund (hell will probably freeze over before this happens). I think with this general TrustPilot score, ebay are incredibly irresponsible, publishing 98.8% positive reports, do they not check with sites such as yours?

Not Honoring Warranty/Quality Issues
Same as others, Mpow refuses to honor their warranty. I bought X6 earbuds from amazon which started to fail within 1 year of purchase. I repeatedly contacted Mpow and got stonewalled by automated emails saying to contact the seller, yet the seller (Amazon) does not hold the warranty and cannot honor it - Mpow can and should. Phone number did not work. had actual contact with an Mpow rep by email who did not offer any actual solution to honoring their warranty - not even by means of a credit on Mpow's website. I have been a repeat Mpow customer for at least 9 years, but the quality and customer service may ensure I do not buy Mpow again.
XMPOW Does Not Honor Their Warranty
I purchased my MPOW Jaws Bluetooth headphones in September 2020. Initially they worked quite well. About a month ago, the left earphone began cutting out. Since they state a "2 Year warranty" I went to the Amazon order link to "Product Support" button which brought up MPOW's product support website.

The following day I received an email from xmpow support stating "they could not accept the incoming email at this time" and that I should contact the sellers instead. Apparently this has been the experience of nearly every other reviewer on this page.
P.S. - Their US contact telephone (844) 869-3583 has also been disconnected.
Conclusion: They are still selling products in the US, through their own website, since Amazon has banned them for bribing users to submit positive reviews. XPOW is not honoring their warranty should you have any problems with their products.

I would give them no stars if I could. Customer service what customer service. My earphones stopped charging after 6 months, what’s the point in a 2 year warranty if they do not reply to your emails. Do not buy from them.
An unfathomably bad company
Unfathomably bad (nonexistant!) customer service. Beyond misrepresentaton, customer service is outright lies. Warranty is worthless as all email and phone contact has been willfully disabled. There is no way to contact Mpow so the fraudulent 'warranty' is essentially just a scam. And yet they continue to advertise and sell these products.

Attempting to file a warranty claim but the site, according to MPOW's automatic reply, is under seemingly perpetual maintenance. I've written several times since the earbuds went silent and the only response is the equivalent of "bummer." Have had a couple of good products from MPOW but this money hustle kicks the company to the trashcan.

Product does not work. It is impossible to contact the company to arrange a refund or replacement. They keep referring to Amazon numbers when I did not purchase via Amazon - I purchased from the MPOW website. Very frustrating and breaching consumer laws.

MPOW is clearly a fraudulent company run by bots. Every response they have is the same telling the buyer to contact Amazon or get an Amazon order number--I bought mine directly from MPOW. The phone number on the website has been disconnected and the support email comes back with an error message.

I called the company several times but could not reach any actual person to talk to. I emailed them a few times and tried to use the website to submit a support claim to no avail. never received any response from them!

The headphones I received are realyyyy amazing! The base is even better than my old JBLs. I have used JBL for a long time and I regret I didn't switch earlier to the mpow.
They DO NOT stand behind their products
My earbuds were great, until they weren't. I had registered for an extended warranty from MPOW so contacted them. They sent a ridiculous email detailing their problems with Amazon, refused to honor the warranty, and suggested I contact Amazon for a refund. I don't want a refund - I want working earbuds! And I doubt that Amazon is interested in honoring their warranty. Be warned!
Edit after company reply below: you do not provide a means of contact and emailing has been useless. I hold out little hope, but just in case, here is the number - order 701-0685895-9767410.
2nd edit: as expected, no contact from MPOW two weeks later.

I bought 2 BH390 and will buy a third
I bought 2 BH390 and will buy a third. I used to update my TV to work with some Bluetooth headphones and also for my amp so I could stream without the TV on. Now I want one for the car. Sound quality is great. However there is a delay when being used to transmit with the audio connectors so watching TV gets progressively out of sync over a few hours. That's the only marginal problem I found and certainly not enough to stop me buying another.

So if you have a problem with your item which you more than likely will then customer support is useless. Shame as this company used to be good but maybe was sold and bought out. Banned from amazon as well.

I bought some x3 earbuds from MPOW directly 6 months ago. Now they do not work. MPOW warranty is no good if they have disconnected all their service lines and disabled their warranty links on their website. Obviously they have zero intention of sticking to their warranties. Do NOT buy. Update: MPOW asking for Amazon order number is pointless- I ordered it directly from MPOW website and despite numerous attempts to contact MPOW - it's not happening. MPOW appear to be deceivers!
