If I could give zero stars, I would. There is ZERO customer service. Emails are replied to with a "bot" stating that their site is down for maintenance, and the phone number on the website is disconnected. There is no way to get any information on returns, refunds or exchanges. Do not purchase from this site if you are not 110% positive that what you are purchasing can be guaranteed. You're better off looking for the item on Amazon - at least with Amazon, they will guarantee your purchases.

Edited for the benefit of whoever responded: I didn't order from Amazon. I ordered direct from the mpow website.

Ordered a noise cancelling headphone via Amazon. The product said 2 year warranty. The headphone broke and not the warranty section on their UK website has entired Warranty section locked - doesn't matter what browser you use. There is NO way to access and claim warranty. Additionally, there is no way of putting a product review on Amazon because the product is no longer listed there. Never buying Mpow again.

Update 23.03.22: As advised in their response here, I have emailed the order details to them on their support id. Guess what - got an automated response saying
"Our website is under maintenance currently, therefore this email address (their support email id) could not accept the incoming email this time.
May you please contact the purchase channels and sellers directly?
(Amazon order: Please contact Amazon support for warranty and solution. )"

What a cheat company. How do they operate in the UK?

Horrible products. I bought 3, 2 pairs of buds and noise cancelling ear phones. All 3 worked less than a year. I tried to get it exchanged under a warranty, but that was also impossible as they sent me to Amazon. Never again I will touch their horrible product. ANY of them.

Ordered from their website, tried contacting them for tracking and have not heard anything. I can't do a simple order search on my own for some odd reason. After reading all these review I don't think I will ever receive my headphones. Will contact the bank and have them deal with this.

I have used the first one for over a year and been pleased with it. 2 days ago it turned on, connected to the phone and then went dead. It won't respond at all now. I had a new boxed spare that has turned out not to work properly and is un-usable. As others have found you can't get in touch with MPOW and their warranty appears valuless.

They will not honor their warranty. I bought a mpow flame earbuds, and was told i register the product, I’d get an extended warranty. I did all that.
Less than a year of using my earbuds, they stopped charging, no audio, just a beeping sound. I contacted them for a replacement, and they said they couldn’t honor the warranty because Amazon kicked them off their site. I reached out to explain that I got the extended warranty through their site and they have all my purchase information to verify, but it’s been silence. They had a record of bad business dealings and got kicked off Amazon, and it sounds like they’ve decided to give their Amazon buyers the middle finger.

Update: If mpow wants me to contact them, please provide the best way to contact, as no one has responded to my previous email to the support_at_xmpow.com address.

Compra a través de AliExpress a MPOW Official Store, en este caso se trata de Mpow-auriculares inalámbricos X6 con Bluetooth 5,1. El problema que tiene es que está defectuoso, el auricular izquierdo(L), cuando lo conecto al móvil la batería del auricular baja del 100% al 0% en 30 segundos y se desconecta del móvil porque se queda sin batería.
En mi opinion este es el problema de comprar directamente al fabricante que junto con articulos que estan bien mete los articulos defectuosos que no pasan su control de calidad de fabricacion para poder sacar rendimiento economico de los articulos defectuosos a costa de la imagen de la empresa, la cual todo hace indicar que no les importa mucho, yo desde luego no volvere a comprar articulos de esta marca MPOW, y tampoco la recomiendo.

I bought the BH415 headphones from this website. I did not like the sound quality so I wanted to refund it. Their refund has to be accepted by them first but you cannot even submit the return/refund request. I sent them emails and finally after like a week of emailing back and forth, they were like yes if you're unhappy then return to the original shipping label. I sent an email back saying that mpow needs to send the return shipping labels to me because that's what the website states in their policy. I haven't heard from them at all. I sent another email to follow up, no reply.

I put a 1 star (being generous) review stating my problem in the product review and it keeps getting removed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They're a sham.

Please save your money and just buy from somewhere decent.

Edit: They reached out to me and refunded but it was an unnecessary long process.

absolute shambles of a company - how can you be advertising warranty then try to contact the company for a replacement then they completely ignore you - stay far away from this company i don't recommend it to anyone

Ich habe bei dem Shop einen Elektro gerät bestellt der leider Defekt angekommen ist. Danach habe ich mit einen Bild den Verkäufer kontaktiert und um einen Retourenschein verlangt. Der Verkäufer hat aber einen Retourenschein geschickt wo ich den Versand übernehmen sollte. Nach hin und her Diskussionen haben wir uns geeinigt das der Verkäufer die Versandkosten den ich bereits geleistet hatte zu übernehmen. Bis jetzt habe ich immer noch nichts bekommen. Ich finde das eine Frechheit. Ich habe ein Erstattung für den Produkt mit Hilfe von eBay bekommen. Eigentlich sollte das nicht mein Problem sein ob der Verkäufer seinen Packet bekommt, aber weil ich ein ehrlicher Mensch bin habe ich das Versand übernommen damit der Verkäufer sein Produkt bekommt. Und das ist der Dank dafür. Ich möchte andere Käufer Warnen damit die nicht das selbe Problem haben wie ich. Ich finde das unverschämt.

I bought an Mpow product with extended warranty. Now that they are suspended from Amazon I have no access to the repair or replacement of my defective item. Mpow has refused to honor the warrantee until Amazon has released them from suspension. Can you help?

Customer service replied after 4 months! This is ridiculous! This is not called customer service. Terrible Quality! Terrible customer service!

Im really wondering if my partner and I just got lucky or if there is a recent quality drop somewhere in their production line but I had my M30 for over a year now with absolute no issues. Once they were even accidentally washed in the machine together with the case because i left them in my pocket and there still working! I mean even IF some go wrong (say 1 out of 30) what do you expect? Its £19 - £25 and it performs 98% as good as Samsung or any other dirt expensive ones out there on the market. All in all, I'm more than happy...

Read all the reviews below because this company ignores all correspondence. The earphones I purchased were brilliant for 4 weeks after that the left one would not take any charge, they offer a 12 month warranty which I think is worthless. AVOID

I have had a couple of products from MPOW. They have all functioned as intended, however after a period of use they stop working. I have tried to contact their customer service team, however all of the phone numbers on their website have been disconnected and the email address only provides automated responses. I'm really disappointed with this as the products were good value, but the shoddy customer service would imply that their products are cheap rather than good value.

Update: MPOW reached out to me after I posted this review - you can see their comment. I then contacted them as requested with the information they asked for. Surprise, surprise, I have had no further communication from them. This is such a disappointing situation and I feel obliged to amend my rating from 2 stars to 1.... MPOW - you can sort this out by responding to emails or providing phone numbers on your website which actually work!!!

Product stopped working after 2 months of very light use. Customer service was horrible, and they didn't honor the warranty. Like so many others, terrible experience and will NEVER buy from them again.

Like so many others on here, MPow did not honour my 2-year warranty. Headphones stopped working properly after about six months. I’ve been trying to get them replaced for months to no avail. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money.
