Muy contento con los servicios ofrecidos por 24 Genetics. Realizan informes de ancestría completísimo, con gran cantidad de zonas geográficas y etnias muy bien detalladas, así como un resumen por épocas de la historia en función de la proximidad genética.
Destacaría sobre todo la amplísima cantidad de lugares que contiene el estudio, en muchas ocasiones incluso provinciales, comarcales o municipales.
Totalmente recomendable!

Recomiendo estos tests al 100% para cualquier persona interesada en conocer más sobre su genética; son informes muy detallados y bien explicados, y son útiles además para mejorar aspectos de la vida cotidiana (dieta, deporte, fármacos,etc).
Es interesante además adquirir sus servicios de IA, ya que a los asistentes virtuales les puedes hacer todo tipo de consultas para poder comprender mejor tus resultados genéticos.

The process of sending of the sample needed a follow up from my side, but everything else was great. I purchased the complete set and received each complete report separately by email, then a personalized Ai generated videos highlighting the main take aways of some of the results, which was very useful. The customer care was also great and very fast when I requested my raw data and the deletion from their system. I highly recommend them.

I, like many others, had an absolutely terrible experience with 24Genetics.com

This is a type of SCAM/FRAUD, but not in the usual way. They will send you their DNA test kit/package, but when you return/send them back your saliva sample, they will intentionally not receive it.

Maybe they even have some kind of fake/just for show laboratory and staff working for them but in the fact they are scamming people in a such a shady/tricky way on regular base. I tried to call all their phone numbers, but none of them responded.

I sent them messages, and they replied a few times, but their answers were not helpful at all. I requested the refund and they even sent message that they refunded but it was a complete lie, they never refunded money I paid to them.

I try to reached their CEO Nacho Esteban to clear out the situation but he never replied and blocked me on Linkedin.

It should be taken legal action against 24genetics.com and their CEO Nacho Esteban as they continue their SCAM scheme every new day!

I have had an absolutely frustrating experience with this company. On May 28, I registered a kit for a genetic test that I had already paid for (300 EUR), and the pick-up at my home was scheduled. However, to date, they have not picked up the kit, and this is my fifth message with no response. I’ve also tried contacting by phone, but I haven’t received any resolution.

The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I truly feel like I am wasting my time with a company that doesn’t care about its customers.

Is this company legitimate? I can’t understand how a business can offer such poor and regrettable service, especially when I have already invested money. I'm now only 300€ down without nothing in return.

I need an immediate solution. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone, as the lack of professionalism is evident.

He tenido una experiencia absolutamente frustrante con esta compañía. El 28 de mayo registré un kit para un test genético que ya había pagado (300€), y se acordó la recogida en mi domicilio. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha no han recogido el kit, y este es mi quinto mensaje sin respuesta. He intentado también contactar por teléfono, pero no he obtenido ninguna solución.

La falta de comunicación es inaceptable, y realmente me siento como si estuviera perdiendo el tiempo con una empresa que no tiene en cuenta a sus clientes.
¿Es esta empresa seria? No puedo entender cómo una compañía puede ofrecer un servicio tan deficiente y lamentable, especialmente cuando uno ya ha invertido dinero. Ahora solo gasté 300€ sin nada a cambio :(

Necesito una solución inmediata. A este paso, no recomendaría esta empresa a nadie, ya que la falta de profesionalismo es evidente.

Leider teilt sich meine extrem negative Erfahrung mit einigen anderen. Nach Kreditkartenzahlung das Set erhalten und auf eigene Kosten nach Spanien geschickt. - Dort sei es jedoch nicht zustellbar (lt Paketdienst?!?) und wurde zur Abholung dort bereitgestellt. 24Genetics weigert sich jedoch, es dort abzuholen. - Auf Kostenrückerstattung bzw. Neuversand keinerlei Reaktion.

Rechtliche Schritte aus Deutschland bringen leider nichts nach Spanien, da wegen des Betrags keine deutsche Behörde tätig wird.

Meidet diese Fake-Firma mit großen Bogen! Und spendet lieber das Geld, dann hat jemand wenigstens was davon.

Update 20.06.: genau das ist eben die Masche eines betrügerischen Unternehmens, dass es auf "unschuldig" macht, eine optisch sehr gute Homepage hat, aber weder postalisch noch für Pakete (an die selbst von Ihnen angegebene Adresse) erreichbar ist noch auf Emails (keine einzige in den letzten beiden Wochen) antwortet und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist. - schade nur, dass sowohl dt. als auch spanische Behörden so überfordert sind, sonst würde "Briefkasten-Firmen" wie Ihrer schneller rechtlich zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden können...

El 27 feb 2025 me confirmaron haber recibido muestras en México y han pasado dos meses y según aún no las reciben en España, no cuento con mis resultados, no tengo visibilidad

Nach meiner Bestellung für 2 Personen - DNA Bericht All in One mit RAW Data imAugust 2024 habe ich die Ware bezahlt, aber sie ist nie angekommen.
Ich habe reklamiert, aber es kam keine Antwort und auch keine Ware seither.

I just got my result back. Looks very interesting The nice thing is that they do not check the recent ancestry ( last 250 years) , but older than this. I bought in Germany, I payed the shipping to Spain, when my sample arrived in Spain they informed me by email. After 10 days I got my results. I just asked per email my DNA Raw Data and I am waiting they send me it. Until now a very good experience.

Al intentar ser muy precisos en su test de ancestría (incluso por provincias o comarcas), los resultados son muy extraños en comparación con otros test y en mi opinión salen cosas difícilmente explicables). Ellos afirman que los resultados son comparativos con unos 800 años atrás pero tengo mi árbol genealógico hasta 500 años y tengo un buen punto de referencia para decir que los resultados son errados.
En mi caso me sale solo un 1,94% vasco, un 13% frances y hasta un 20% catalan, por no hablar de otras cosas extrañas. La realidad es que en otros test mi porcentaje vasco es mucho mayor (grande y comprobable con apellidos y árbol genealógico muy antiguo) y han transformado ese porcentaje vasco en catalán como por arte de magia cuando no tengo relación alguna con esa región. Probablemente su comarca (Burgos North) sea en realidad asignable a adn vasco. Tengo claro los porcentajes que cambian respecto a otros test y adonde los asignan por lo que mi opinión es que su algoritmo no funciona bien, o al menos en mi caso no lo ha hecho. Bitte schickt den Speichel nicht selbständig mit der Post!! Es wird wieder zurück kommen. So ging es mir leider. 24genetics hat mir bei jeder frage schnell geantwortet und geholfen wie ich das Paket mit DHL schicken soll. Für mich war es sehr schwierig DHL über die homepage zu sagen dass sie das Packet holen sollen. Die haben eine sehr komplizierte homepage. War eine Stunde dran bis ich verzweifelt war und denen eine email geschrieben habe. Dann hat alles geklappt. DHL war gestern bei mir ( schweiz ) und heute ist der Speichel in Madrid angekommen. Super endlich hat es geklappt. Jetzt hoffe ich baldmöglichst auf das Ergebniss.

Vu le prix, c'est vraiment se f....de la g......du monde...

Généalogiste expérimentée (30 ans de pratique + formation d'historienne), j'ai effectué plusieurs tests ADN dans le passé, auprès de différentes sociétés ("23 & Me", "My Heritage", etc.). J'ai également fait tester mes parents et grands-parents. Un certain nombre de mes cousins ont se sont également fait tester. Toutes ces analyses ont prouvé que mes grands-parents sont bien mes ancêtres biologiques, et que nous venons bien de nos régions d'origine... Bref, j'ai toujours été satisfaite de ces différentes sociétés, puisque les résultats obtenus étaient cohérents.
Puis j'ai souhaité m'offrir le test de "24 Genetics", bien qu'extrêmement onéreux (surtout quand on sait que cette entreprise ne nous permet pas de nous mettre en relation avec nos cousins). Je souhaitais obtenir des résultats plus précis concernant nos régions d'origine. Quelle erreur !
Tout d'abord, il a fallu que je fasse livrer ce test en Allemagne, car je suis française et les tests ADN sont désormais interdits en France. Cela a représenté un coût supplémentaire. Une fois le test enfin récupéré, j'ai pu le renvoyer en Espagne sans problème. Au bout de 2 mois et demi, j'ai reçu des résultats complétement FANTAISISTES ! J'en suis venue à croire que j'avais reçu les résultats de quelqu'un d'autre... ! En gros, alors que je suis majoritairement bretonne, mes résultats font de moi une quasi espagnole ! De plus, si l'on en croit mes résultats, je n'ai pas une goutte de sang breton (alors que mon appartenance au peuple breton, qui est par ailleurs très distinctif, a été mise en évidence par l'ensemble des tests effectués dans le passé).
J'ai immédiatement écrit au service client de "24 Genetics", en leur demandant des explications. On m'a dit que ma demande avait été transmise à un expert... Expert dont j'attends toujours la réponse 3 mois plus tard ! J'ai relancé le service client il y a 15 jours... Mais je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle, et je crains de ne pas en avoir. Visiblement, soit ils "font les morts" parce que ma question les gêne, soit la boîte n'existe plus.
En résumé, je dirais que "24 Genetics" est très bien, surtout si vous avez de l'argent à perdre.

comprei um teste de microbiota em Março deste ano e até hoje nenhum resultado enviado. Ontem enviam um email a dizer que o meu processo está tratado e que enviam o resultado em anexo pdf, só que não enviam o anexo. Já troquei vários email e pedi para ao menos devolverem o valor que paguei 199€ e nada. Enfim uma desgraça, ou pior uma burla

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve sent my samples and they haven’t been picked up and sent back to me. Lame and irresponsible !

J'ai acheté un test sur internet chez 24genetics il y a environ un an et demi, j'ai envoyé l'échantillon à Madrid en Espagne, mais comme il avait été envoyé par courrier recommandé, il m'a été retourné ! J'ai contacté le laboratoire et ils m'ont dit que je devais envoyer du courrier ordinaire ! J'ai reçu un autre test et je l'ai renvoyé mais cette fois par courrier ordinaire, tout cela a commencé il y a environ un an et demi et jusqu'à présent il n'y a eu aucun résultat ni explication sur l'éventuel retard... Je ne comprends pas !

Warte seit fast drei Wochen auf mein Testkit. Keine Ahnung wann es ankommt. Nur spanische Telefonnummer.
Warte vergebens, Nachricht schon zweimal gesendet und keine Antwort erhalten.
Hoffentlich ist es kein Fake

Many people here have faced similar delays and issues with 24Genetics. I, too, have received repeated emails with the same excuses, which seem to be a stalling tactic. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised services suggests something is wrong. I’m considering filing a class action lawsuit against them to hold them accountable. Took a bit longer than promised but I found reports very accurate, and half the price as I could find elsewhere. Thankyou 24 genetics !
