Dès ma décision prise, j'ai pu choisir le kit qui correspondait à mes recherches. Pour toutes les étapes, j'ai reçu des mails. Le test est clair et précis dans un coffret de qualité. Une fois le test fait, l'envoi est simple par la poste...pour l'Espagne. Informée de la réception, puis du temps à patienter pour avoir le rapport d'ascendant me concernant. Achat mi décembre resultats début février. Tout a fonctionné parfaitement ce qui fait, avec le recul, ne pas regretter.. le coût du kit. Je recommande de France, de passer par 24GENETICS. A moi après de poursuive mes recherches
sur les sites de généalogie. (Ma conclusion : l'ADN ne ment pas, la famille: on est sûr de rien..)

Nous comprenons votre interrogation et souhaitons apporter une précision importante. Les tests d’ascendance génétique n’analysent pas la nationalité moderne, mais des références génétiques régionales basées sur l’histoire des populations et leurs migrations. En Afrique du Nord, et notamment entre l’Algérie et le Maroc, il existe une très forte proximité génétique, liée à des siècles de mélanges de populations (amazighes, arabes, méditerranéennes, subsahariennes, etc.).
Il est donc tout à fait possible qu’une origine algérienne apparaisse dans votre rapport associée à une région voisine (comme le Maroc ou plus largement l’Afrique du Nord), sans que cela ne remette en cause la fiabilité du test. Cela reflète la réalité génétique de la région et non une erreur du laboratoire.

Ergebnisse unglaubwürdig - Support meldet sich nicht
Ich hatte am 25.11.2025 meine Ergebnisse verschiedener DNA-Tests erhalten. Zwei Genvarianten waren mir zuvor aufgrund klinischer Untersuchungen bereits bekannt. Ich war doch verwundert, dass diese beiden Gene auch im Report von 24Genetics analysiert wurden, jedoch die Varianten nicht erkannt, sondern als „normal“ angegeben wurden. 100 % der mir bekannten Gene wurden also scheinbar falsch angegeben.
Außerdem scheinen mir sehr viele andere Gene unwahrscheinlich, wie sie im Report stehen. Um nur 2 Beispiele zu nennen: Schon seit meiner Kindheit habe ich mit leichtem Untergewicht zu kämpfen. Ich kann essen, so viel ich will (und mehr), ob gesund oder ungesund, 3.000 kcal oder 4.000 kcal am Tag, ich nehme einfach kaum an Gewicht zu. Im DNA-Report wird mir eine sehr starke Veranlagung zu Übergewicht attestiert. Außerdem hätte ich lt. dem Report ein starkes Verlangen nach Süßem. In meinem Freundeskreis bin ich bekannt als derjenige, der gerade keine Süßigkeiten mag. Ich habe nichts gegen Zucker, aber ich mag einfach viel lieber Herzhaftes und esse nicht so gerne süß. Ich könnte noch viele weitere solche Beispiele aufzählen.
Entweder meine Proben wurden vertauscht oder die Analyse ist extrem unzuverlässig. Anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären.
Ich hatte vor dem Kauf extra bzgl. der Zuverlässigkeit nachgefragt, da es doch - gerade für medizinische Zwecke - wichtig ist, dass die Angaben stimmen, wenn ich mein Leben daran ausrichte. Mir wurde eine extrem hohe Zuverlässigkeit bescheinigt.
Am 25.11. hatte ich den Support kontaktiert und auch meine medizinischen Untersuchungsergebnisse der E-Mail angehängt, die andere Genvarianten zeigen, mit der Bitte um Stellungnahme. Bis heute (30.12.) habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Wer sich glaubwürdige Ergebnisse erhofft (und deshalb macht man doch den Test), dem kann ich nur von diesem Anbieter abraten.

Recomiendo estos tests al 100% para cualquier persona interesada en conocer más sobre su genética; son informes muy detallados y bien explicados, y son útiles además para mejorar aspectos de la vida cotidiana (dieta, deporte, fármacos,etc).
Es interesante además adquirir sus servicios de IA, ya que a los asistentes virtuales les puedes hacer todo tipo de consultas para poder comprender mejor tus resultados genéticos.

The process of sending of the sample needed a follow up from my side, but everything else was great. I purchased the complete set and received each complete report separately by email, then a personalized Ai generated videos highlighting the main take aways of some of the results, which was very useful. The customer care was also great and very fast when I requested my raw data and the deletion from their system. I highly recommend them.

I, like many others, had an absolutely terrible experience with 24Genetics.com
This is a type of SCAM/FRAUD, but not in the usual way. They will send you their DNA test kit/package, but when you return/send them back your saliva sample, they will intentionally not receive it.
Maybe they even have some kind of fake/just for show laboratory and staff working for them but in the fact they are scamming people in a such a shady/tricky way on regular base. I tried to call all their phone numbers, but none of them responded.
I sent them messages, and they replied a few times, but their answers were not helpful at all. I requested the refund and they even sent message that they refunded but it was a complete lie, they never refunded money I paid to them.
I try to reached their CEO Nacho Esteban to clear out the situation but he never replied and blocked me on Linkedin.
It should be taken legal action against 24genetics.com and their CEO Nacho Esteban as they continue their SCAM scheme every new day!

I have had an absolutely frustrating experience with this company. On May 28, I registered a kit for a genetic test that I had already paid for (300 EUR), and the pick-up at my home was scheduled. However, to date, they have not picked up the kit, and this is my fifth message with no response. I’ve also tried contacting by phone, but I haven’t received any resolution.
The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I truly feel like I am wasting my time with a company that doesn’t care about its customers.
Is this company legitimate? I can’t understand how a business can offer such poor and regrettable service, especially when I have already invested money. I'm now only 300€ down without nothing in return.
I need an immediate solution. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone, as the lack of professionalism is evident.

He tenido una experiencia absolutamente frustrante con esta compañía. El 28 de mayo registré un kit para un test genético que ya había pagado (300€), y se acordó la recogida en mi domicilio. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha no han recogido el kit, y este es mi quinto mensaje sin respuesta. He intentado también contactar por teléfono, pero no he obtenido ninguna solución.
La falta de comunicación es inaceptable, y realmente me siento como si estuviera perdiendo el tiempo con una empresa que no tiene en cuenta a sus clientes.
¿Es esta empresa seria? No puedo entender cómo una compañía puede ofrecer un servicio tan deficiente y lamentable, especialmente cuando uno ya ha invertido dinero. Ahora solo gasté 300€ sin nada a cambio :(

Achtung - diese Firma ist leider nur ein Betrüger und Sie werden nie Leistung erhalten
Leider teilt sich meine extrem negative Erfahrung mit einigen anderen. Nach Kreditkartenzahlung das Set erhalten und auf eigene Kosten nach Spanien geschickt. - Dort sei es jedoch nicht zustellbar (lt Paketdienst?!?) und wurde zur Abholung dort bereitgestellt. 24Genetics weigert sich jedoch, es dort abzuholen. - Auf Kostenrückerstattung bzw. Neuversand keinerlei Reaktion.
Rechtliche Schritte aus Deutschland bringen leider nichts nach Spanien, da wegen des Betrags keine deutsche Behörde tätig wird.
Meidet diese Fake-Firma mit großen Bogen! Und spendet lieber das Geld, dann hat jemand wenigstens was davon.
Update 20.06.: genau das ist eben die Masche eines betrügerischen Unternehmens, dass es auf "unschuldig" macht, eine optisch sehr gute Homepage hat, aber weder postalisch noch für Pakete (an die selbst von Ihnen angegebene Adresse) erreichbar ist noch auf Emails (keine einzige in den letzten beiden Wochen) antwortet und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist. - schade nur, dass sowohl dt. als auch spanische Behörden so überfordert sind, sonst würde "Briefkasten-Firmen" wie Ihrer schneller rechtlich zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden können...

Soweit wir feststellen konnten, wurde die Probe nie an unsere Büros geliefert, und wir gehen davon aus, dass sie versehentlich an eine falsche Adresse geliefert wurde. Wir werden versuchen, die Probe persönlich bei der Adresse abzuholen, an die sie geliefert wurde, und werden Sie umgehend über den Stand der Abholung informieren.
Wir halten es jedoch für unfair, uns des Betrugs zu bezichtigen, da dies niemals in unserem Einflussbereich liegt. Wir machen vielleicht Fehler, aber wir sind auf keinen Fall ein betrügerisches Unternehmen.
Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals und hoffen, Ihr Problem so bald wie möglich lösen zu können.
