They have no sense understanding at all!

First they covered my BEKO hoover appliance before NOW they cancelled the plan. Hate to use foul language after ageing and bad health and life is always very difficult in this day and age.
Would be nice if they come to an agreement and have lots of common sense to cover the appliance.
Received a call from the manager today apologising what had happened before and covered the BEKO hoover and later on few hours ago they cancelled the plan for no legitimate reason. Anyhow I would appreciate any help would do.

Another job well done…

Not my first experience. Was kept updated on arrival and Patrick would call to say he was on route which was very helpful.
It was unfortunate that another day had to be booked as problem wasnt rectified, however Patrick was proactive to arrange another day to come and my washing machine was repaired. He explained problem and what he had done and very patient Minimal mess.
Good job. Thank you

Avoid at ALL costs!!!

Avoid at ALL costs!!!! Their key selling points are FREE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT AT NO COST TO YOUR SELF and NO HIDDEN COSTS! Until your appliance does break then all these costs come out of nowhere! To get it fixed or get a new one!! Ridiculous!!

AVOID ZEST PLAN

anyone choosing this company for cover…AVOID! stress for last 3 weeks without washing machine . first engineer stating just a pipe replacement which is worth £12 and apparently can do it myself. this engineer was from hotpoint which zestplan arranged.i contacted Zest as they stated they will but did not I confirmed it’s just pipe replacement can they arrange engineer to fix as that’s why i have cover. I also called zest stating are you repairing it or not. they arranged a appointment with a different engineer company this engineer seemed to work on the machine and tried his best and said the drain pipe needs replacing. i contactedZest plan they contacted me via text about a replacement being submitted I have now called today as no one contacted me again. now they are saying they will need to replace the washing machine which works fine stated by hotpoint and request we pay £350 at apparently cost price for a washing machine which also does not include installation lie as the cost is cheaper online at any store like curry’s. i believe they duped me into this policy as i have stated are you here to fix washing machine if not i will arrange cover elsewhere. they did not do this they decided to long it out and now turn around this cover stands as they attempted to fix the washing machine. there is poor conduct at this company they make out they are wanting to fix appliance but really they want to replace it so they make money from third company and customer as customer is left with pointlesss policy

When we agree to cover an item with a pre existing fault, as we did with your washing machine, we pre approve a free repair visit with a £250 parts limit. If the appliance can’t be repaired, we then offer a replacement at cost price.

I spoke to Sylvia

I spoke to Sylvia, about an issue and she was very helpful, and gave me the information that was needed to complete the repair/replacement.
I then spoke to another person, who managed to reduce my monthly payments.
Really happy with the service and knowledge.

Patrick was fantastic. Arrived on time, polite, and took the time to explain what was wrong with the Appliances (x3). He didn't make a mess and gave me some great advice on how to maintain it to prevent future issues.
