Wrong item arrived multiple times. Promptly ripped upon use. Terrible customer service, even worse product.

Ordered a shirt before Father’s Day, still have not received it. It was coming from Austin which is close by and it’s now in a different state. I’m very disappointed.

I am an army vet and I must say I love zerofoxtrot and over grunt style any day. The quality of the clothing is like day and night. Grunt style does not compare with ZF. And the thing I love the most about ZF is the fact that when you pay extra for expedited shipping they deliver in time. Sorry grunt style but you guys dropped the ball several times when I would place an order and I pay extra for expedited shipping and then get a much delayed delivery. Not great customer service. Grunt style has taken my hard earned money and never delivered on time as promised. On the other hand FANTASTIC job well done ZF. I'd rather continue with you guys than grunt style any day. Plus grunt style does not make their merchandise in the great U.S. of A like ZF does. I must add all the false accusations about me taking advantage of grunt style staff on their customer service over the phone is just down right a low blow never again will I ever be a faithful fan of grunt style.

Ordered a shirt for Christmas for my husband and it was ripped big hole under sleeve ! I payed good money for this shirt! I had to fix it myself....poor merchandise they dont check products before selling them .obvious they dont make them they probably have them made at some cheap shop.

Avoid this company at all costs. You pay for items expecting to receive them and after 3 weeks ... still no shirts. I did get an email that contradicts what their website says. So they're not only unethical in their business practices but liars. I'll be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint tomorrow if my card is not credited.

They also don't know how to count when it comes to their inventory and what they have on-hand.

As a veteran, it’s heartbreaking to have to write this review. My card was used unauthorized by a family member this summer. This totaled about $400 worth of merchandise. I immediately caught it and intercepted every package for over a month while staying in contact with Catie in CS. I write you today that after all this, they have disputed giving me $177 which is the largest of three purchases. This is theft and I hope they make it right as I have photos of every single piece returned. But I’m shocked at 1) their immediate refusal to NOT send out an authorized order 2) refusal to refund returns.

This company sucks and is just looking to take your money. There are many more businesses out there with a better product. This company is just about the money. Random emails saying they are in stock... but they aren't. Product is garbage.

Just bought a Tiger Stripe woobie hoodie. It is well made. A bit more light weight then I expected but that is fine. Size runs a bit small. I am 155 pounds and the large is comfortable but snug. I will be buying more from them in the furure.

Terrible. I ordered 4 camo shorts. What arrived was nothing like was offered on their webpage. Colors were mismatched. Pockets were longer than legs. Long story short I wouldn't take it even if it was for free.

Honestly was pretty spectacle about it, it took longer than expected but that's just shipping ig. But honest once I got it, this company completely blew my mind away. Amazing products and the materials as well.

Very happy with the shirts! But I was disappointed to find out that the products I ordered went heavily on sale within a couple days of ordering them. I reached out to customer service to see if there is any credit I can get for future orders to be compensated for the difference… Their response:

“We usually have no problem going above and beyond for our supporters, however, we are unable to break our policy and honor sale prices for purchases not made during the active sale. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Have a great day!”

That’s all fine and good but I am a supporter who purchased product that hasn’t even been sent out yet. I purchased two separate orders within a couple days of each other. I was never notified about an upcoming 65% off sale. I guess my support for their company/product isn’t enough to go “Above and Beyond” for?? Very disappointing. I’ll be thinking twice before another purchase from them.

There are plenty of other companies who will really stand behind their products and customers.

Absolute terrible customer service & shipping charges are over the top.
Will never do business with this mob again, will stick to brands I know here in Australia.
Still waiting to be shipped to my address since January 18th, very disappointed.

Love their gear and their designs. By far one of my favorite T-shirt companies. I will continue to support this company. Keep the awesome designs coming.

Ordered for my boyfriend for Christmas on December 18th it’s now January 22nd. Shipped from Texas and says it’s still in Texas. Spent over $100 in product. Wasn’t able to use the discount code because of my location. Just over all disappointments from this company, because the items they sell seem to be very nice.

This company has amazing products. They do not ship in a time like it says and they use a way where it bounces all over for weeks before getting to you. Customer service takes way too much time to reply and answers are very generic and uninformative. Still waiting on something I ordered in November

Ordered package for Christmas present on November 24th and still haven’t received it. They probably should figure out how to get packages to their paying customers.

What’s not to love about this company, I have so many T-shirt’s I have lost count.
Each one has a quality designed print that looks amazing.

I also have a range of other items from them including flags, notebooks, coins and a wind proof jacket all of which I love and use on a regular basis.

Their Instagram account is on point giving extremely detailed background stories to their posts on events in conflicts gone by and heroic actions by individuals that have gone above and beyond!

Love their T-shirts. Excellent quality and cool designs. Happy to support this service member-affiliated business!
