I placed an order with these guys to support my fellow veterans but was shorted a few items. I’ve sent over 10 follow up emails with ZERO response. Please don’t waste your time with this company as their customer support is 100%, Grade A dogshit! Not to mention I receive my incomplete order 3.5 weeks later with no shipping correspondence at all. They must have gone through The “Learing Center” for customer service training…..

I have tried no less than 20 times to contact customer service via email and phone. I had a product issues and requested a size down...instead of what I requested, I was given a size UP. All attempts to communicate this secondary issue and rectify the problem have gone unanswered. I also cannot use the quick return option because I did it once already, and their system wont allow me to use the tool twice.

Do not buy!! Awful customer service and extremely long shipping time. I ordered some shirts in June and I’m still waiting for confirmation email.

I only have myself to blame for ordering from a company I discovered on Facebook ads. I should have been looking here before I placed an order and sent my hard earned money.
Ordered 2 pairs of the same shorts in L and XL as I was not sure of how their fit would be on me. Was not planning on sending back the ones that didn't fit because I didn't want to be that guy and I was ordering for a 4th of July party. They sent L and XL but the L was a completely different model short. Of course, the L was the correct fit so now I had 2 pairs of shorts I did not want. Contacted them to please send a replacement ASAP (for 4th of July) for the correct L shorts and they have not responded. Now I am searching for reviews on customer service support and seems this is the norm for them. Shamefully boasting integrity of Christian Veteran owned company and now I see that they are doing this to many folks. I'll let my bank sort this out with them and if they want their product back, they can refund all my money and send shipping labels...

I hate leaving negative reviews
I hate leaving negative reviews, but after this experience I feel other customers deserve to know what they may be dealing with.
I placed an order with Combat Iron Apparel over two weeks ago. At the time of ordering, their website stated shipping would typically take around 5–7 business days (or up to around 10 during holidays). My order has now gone well beyond that timeframe, and I still have no shipping confirmation or meaningful update.
What has been most disappointing isn’t even the delay—it’s the complete lack of communication. I sent multiple emails asking for a simple status update and received no response for an extended period. When they finally did respond, it appeared to be a generic, automated-style reply that simply justified the delay without addressing the fact that my previous emails had been ignored. Since then, I still have no shipment, no tracking number, and no clear timeline for when my order will actually be sent.
I understand that delays happen. Every business can run into unexpected issues. What customers shouldn’t have to deal with is being left completely in the dark. A quick email explaining the situation, acknowledging the delay, and providing realistic expectations would have gone a long way.
Customer service is just as important as the product itself. At this point, I’ve waited well beyond the advertised shipping timeframe 17 days with virtually no communication, and I honestly can’t recommend ordering from Combat Iron Apparel based on my experience.
I sincerely hope they improve their communication because this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

This is the last time I’ll be ordering from them. It’s sad because I really like their clothing, but it’s just not worth it anymore. Their customer service is absolute trash/non-existent. I’ve emailed them and wrote them on social media and no response. I ordered this order on June 11th and it’s still not here and it’s June 29th currently. No update from them. No apologies. No nothing. Just leave you in the dark. Terrible terrible terrible. All that stuff they preach is obviously bs. Stay far away from this company. Bunch of sell outs/hypocrites

Placed order. Waited a week amd still says it has not been shipped. Sent an email to customer service and the website says they'll get back within 24 hrs. 3 days later, no response yet. Just sent another customer service email asking when I can expect my order to ship.

I ordered a few shirts from combat iron as they are "Veteran Owned" and I am all about supporting small businesses. I have not received any confirmation about shipping for the exception of label created through Amazon shipping on the 17th of June. I clicked it and just states to contact combat iron. I contacted them a few days back via email and nothing. There is no number to call and yet here I am without my funds or nowhere else to contact. Hopefully, I receive something this year. All I am saying is all these reviews are true and spend your money and support real veteran companies!

They use the “veteran owned” label to excuse their complete incompetency to run a company. Nothing gets shipped on time. Customer service is non existent. Makes it to veteran owned is a red flag to steer clear of these fake companies.
Horrible customer service!
Ordered 1 hat, which should have been delivered. I reached out to this company twice and still haven't received a response as to when I will receive my order. I had other items ready to go in my cart, but I would definitely not waste my money on a company that does not value its customers or stand behind its policies. The customer service sucks for this company!
