I placed an order for several Christmas gifts in November and paid in full. The order didn’t arrive until just a few days before Christmas, and when it did, it was completely wrong. I tried contacting the company before Christmas for a replacement but received no response.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a refund or the correct items. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company.

They just don’t ship what you ordered and don’t respond to emails

I ordered two pairs of Joggers on 12/4. The shipping label was not created until 12/17. Today is 12/21, and I still have not received my order, nor has the carrier received the package. I ordered with plenty of time based upon their own holiday shipping guidelines. Shipping times are horrendous, and apparently that extends beyond the holiday season. Also, their website has no option to post a review, so I'm not sure if any of them are actually real. Order #654975

Too long to send out order. Hard to contact. Customer service takes too long to respond to emails. Finally found a number to call. Lady was quite rude. I dont understand how in this day and agr how it takes 10 days to process a simple order. Horrible customer service.

Would never purchase from them again. As a company that targets Vets- I am very disappointed. Items were not shipped as stated. Would not desire to do business with them again. My husband was pretty disappointed that all I could do was show him in on my phone what I tried to get him.

I ordered two t-shirts as Christmas presents for my son and was only shipped one of the two. Packing slip showed two but clearly only one in the package. It is too late to order a replacement now. Thanks combat iron apparel. I ordered through Amazon but shirt was package and shipped by Combat Iron Apparel. Package was clearly not checked before it was shipped.

They failed to deliver my order to my address several times when I have never had any other company fail to deliver to my address. I sent them a more detailed address and special instructions yet to no avail. I sent them a buddy's address to send it to and they told me it was undeliverable. I ordered in the start of October and its one week from December with nothing still. They refuse to refund me and actually told me I would be charged for the multiple "deliveries" that were undeliverable. I am disgusted to hear a veteran company can't do simple things right or make things right to customers, especially a fellow service member. I heard their products were quality however I'll never know. This is actually the worst experience I've ever had with a sales company. I dont write bad reviews but I felt this was warranted with how they chose to handle it by dismissing my requests and comments after I made several attempts to find a solution when they only presented me with problems. If I was the problem, why not just refund my money and get rid of me? Anyways, I hope people have a better experience but just know their customer service is very impersonal and dismissive.

I bought two shirts from this company and I was excited to have apparel from them. Will I ordered larges like I normally wear in any t-shirt but they were extremely small. I sent them back for a return and their return policy is trash so basically whatever you order you're stuck with. So it's a waste of time and money. For somebody wanting to wear their company's apparel.. they sure do not have very good customer service. Just stick to grunt style or something comparative they at least work with you and have a good exchange policy

Ordered 4 items on the 27th of august......they sat in gainsville georgia waiting on amazon for way too long. The actual site for this company makes it a nightmare to actually write a review on their page of course! GRIMEY buis practices, that in previous orders werent there. Never had amazon waiting for my package there. It was always the USPS, but here we go.....getting ripped off by folks who really dont understand what customer service is! I'll find another company that does understand it and give them my money! This company is a chitshow wrapped in fancy packaging

Clearly just read the reviews. If you ordered with these jerk offs, you’re not getting the product. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I have a friend working on the firewall now. I am going to take them down. Should be fun. The owner spends all the money on lady boys.

I placed an order on May 30 for two shirts and a pair of shorts. What I received: two completely different shirts I didn’t order—and no shorts at all. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth, they finally sent the correct shirts… but still no shorts.

They did charge me for everything, including the shorts I never received.

After weeks of emailing (and mostly being ignored), they finally responded—only to say they were sending the shorts I never wanted in the first place. I was originally planning to return them before even opening the package, but now they’re just arriving over a month late.

The customer service is incredibly slow and unhelpful, and the whole process has been a mess. I won’t be shopping with Combat Iron Apparel again. Ever.

Bullshit ass company. Been over two weeks and they still haven't processed my order. Everytime I email them they only respond to the first email and then leave it. Experts in gaming its customers to not take returns. All Chinese crap, mis sized. They robbed me on 2 small t shirts saying they were Clearence because they were discounted a couple of dollars. Horrendous company. I will be burning these shirts live online. They know how to win credit card charge backs, they know how to win BBB fights, they know how to put small print on their terms, all deceptive.

My criticism is only directed at customer service and not at the company in general. I sent two emails to customer service a few weeks apart asking whether delivery to Switzerland would be possible for a larger order amount. (The company does not deliver to Switzerland according to the terms and conditions). Unfortunately, neither email was answered. What a pity! The company has cool products that I would have liked to order. Maybe it will work out at some point...
