customer support AWFUL
I made an order of a few things on 11/26/25. Yall, I still have not received it nor have I received any help from their customer support. There is no phone number to call. Through the tracking number they gave me it says “label created but not received by UPS.”
I have emailed multiple times of the last month. At one point I was getting AI, unhelpful responses, and now I’m getting no responses at all. Will not recommend this brand.

I ordered in good faith on November 29. What was I thinking? Ordering almost a month before Christmas that something can't get from TX to SC?? Seriously, I have been a repeat customer, spending a lot of money with these people. My husband loves the clothes, which they are absolutely awesome; however, their customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered on November 29. I received no update until Dec 10, which then said "label created" but not a thing since. The tracking number does not work and does not go beyond the "label created" status. They are absolutely full of it in their FAQ and continued email blasts where they are begging for more orders when they clearly can't even handle the load they have. I have emailed them THREE times and received NO response to date. I've been emailing for over a week and get nothing but the automated response that says my message just landed in their inbox and that they'll reach out. BS!!! They have done nothing. When you're getting multiple emails from upset customers, you RESPOND, not HIDE! I will absolutely NEVER order from these people again. My order is NOT on the way. They basically have stolen my money which was over $100, (one of my smaller orders, thank goodness) That $2.99 No BS guarantee of package protection is a load of garbage too. I am leaving this review, which I normally wouldn't do, but because of their egregious handling of my (and apparently a lot of other people as well) order. I absolutely understand it's a busy time BUT I ordered on Nov 29. I didn't bother to start emailing and asking questions until Dec 13. All of their FAQ saying "We're working double time and guarantee your order will reach you by Christmas." They didn't respond to numerous emails but yet had the nerve to keep sending out eblasts wanting more orders they can not fulfill. The ONLY reason I am leaving this review is because THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND. I am hoping they have a human monitoring their reviews, because I am sick of waiting. I already had to replace the gift, so at this point I just want my money back and to say goodbye to these people. I've had a couple issues with them in the past but chalked it up to everybody makes mistakes, which I absolutely understand, but they are basically hiding because they evidently can't deal with the backlash they're getting. I have had it and I just want my money back. I am out over $100 and have not received my order which has been in the works for over 3 weeks. I WANT A RESPONSE.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am DONE with you people. Figures the one time I don't pay with my PayPal card, I have an issue. I'd have already opened up a PayPal dispute with these thieves, but sadly I used a different card and wasn't able to. These people were already on thin ice with me but no more. Stick a fork in me, I am DONE! Just give me my $$$ back!
ZERO items received ZERO customer service
Placed an order November 30. Was given a tracking number but no tracking updates beyond “label created”. I have emailed this company many times and only get AI responses. There is no phone number for these guys anywhere. Cannot figure out how to get any help
Update: still no items still no update from this company. Going to start the refund process and if I don’t get my money back I’ll be reporting this company to the FTC for fraud
Update 2: 1/6/26 Still never received a thing. Just received an email (probably another automated communication) saying my order is now marked as “delivered”. No legitimate tracking info ever provided and their website tracking still shows my order “in fulfillment queue”. I started their refund procedure 12/26 and after no movement there I initiated a chargeback on my credit card. These guys are ridiculous! Oh.. and also they made some antagonistic FB post blaming the shipping carriers for all their unfulfilled orders and suggested their customers should “go touch grass” instead of being upset.

Update 12/22 I have heard from customer service, and they are correcting the shipment issue. It appears this has been possibly their busiest year yet. As long as I receive my products (which I trust I will), will update my review further.
I placed an order on December 5th. I gave them a week (12/12) before emailing due to no updates on this order. I received a notice of shipping on 12/16 with no email back from customer service still. I then got a notice that it was an undeliverable package from the carrier facility and being returned to sender. I have email again and still no response.
I understand it is the holidays but their customer service is extremely lacking. If this gets fixed somehow, I’ll update, but at this moment, I do not recommend ordering from this company

Zero customer service from ZeroFoxtrot UPDATED. Problems solved!
I have tried every avenue to contact this company. The phone numbers do not work; one just hangs up and the other says not available and messages are full. I ordered a 2X hoodie for my son and it shows on the order from December 5th as a medium. He is 6 ft 3 and 240 lb so no not a medium. I have sent several e mails to try and get this corrected and gotten no response. I like working with veterans' organizations and most are great, but this one has been a real disappointment.
UPDATE: I did finally connect with the company and told me their phones have not worked for a year! They did respond to my e mail finally and took care of the size issue. Am told it will be shipped soon and a tracking will be provided. I am hopeful this is finally taken care of. Once the item is shipped, I will again update.
UPDATE: I talked with a nice lady who took care of things and product arrived quickly. The Smuggler hoodie was really nice and my son loved it. I would patronize this site again.
Terrible experience
Ordered a hoodie 12 days ago and it never shipped out so I got a refund. Awful shipping expectations for an $80 product. The company stated that it ships within 1-2 business days and I waited 12 and got nothing. I would take my business elsewhere where.

I enjoy the products sold, BUT the order processing and shipping are equivalent to ordering from China. You would be lucky if they process your order within a week. If you are looking to get some thing soon, then look elsewere.

Greedy Company
I had made an order paid for the expedited shipping and here it is a month later and I still have no order delivered. So I had my bank cancel the payment and they are still insisting that I DID receive it and now they are bombarding me with hate and threat emails, telling me they’ll get their money one way or the other; all of this over a $200 order! And I AM a Combat Veteran Marine MachineGunner so if this is how they treat their inspirational subject matter, why on earth would they treat Civilians any better. And for the record I have had other issues with ZeroFoxtrot before and what’s more I have never received ordered products or a refund. As I see it this is an unethical immoral greedy scam based company. Save your time, money, effort, and patience and find another military fashion vendor or just go to your local Army/Navy Surplus store.

Very slow with processing orders. Slow with shipping. Don’t expect to get your order delivered within 6-8 days, it will most likely come later. I ordered a jacket last week on Thursday and it’s Thursday the following week and just now received an email saying they are preparing the order.

Wrote them an email regarding ordering the wrong size of the t-shirt I bought just 5 minutes after buying on their website.
It was Friday 10th of oct.
They replied on wednesday 15th of Oct informing me that the order was processed.

Horrible company to do business with period. I ordered 4 items for my Marines this last Christmas. One of the shackets nipple to the button popped off on Christmas day. I sent an email including the picture asking for some help to resolve the issue. I have sent more than 3 asking for a response, crickets.
This website should be blacklisted for anyone to use! Next step, contact the BBB.
Recently purchased flannel
Recently purchased flannel. And the flannel Shacket. Was initially fired up. Seems to be quality stuff, especially the flannel jacket. Wasn’t to happy to hear that there stuff’s made not just overseas but in China. And to hear how bad customer support is blows. Was going to order a few more things from them, but I think I’ll hold off.
