Ordered a woobie hoodie from them and within a week it was falling apart, been waiting months for them to restock any style at all in my size (L/XL not uncommon) here we are almost 4 months and they are only willing to refund base price so I'm out a hoodie and money dealing with these people.. trash ass company
When you mess up as a company you make it fully right. You don't offer on site credit that can't even get me another hoodie without more shipping and handling fees.. they should cover all that. I wouldn't order a $2 sticker from them again.

I read a bunch of negative reviews on Zero Foxtrot after ordering the Tac 2.0 jacket and I almost canceled my order because of how bad they were.. Customer service responded quickly to my concerned email and they apologized and asked that I consider them in the future.. I ended up sticking with the purchase.. I'm very glad I did.. They shipped within a day or two and I received the jacket today. The look quality and fit all met and exceeded my expectations. This is an awesome jacket. And for the money spent I highly doubt there's much out there that can compete..

I have no idea why they have received the negative reviews that I've read. For me they were top notch across the board.

From what I've read it seems there may be a company calling themselves Zero Foxtrot outerwear or something similar that may be the actual culprit .

Ordered a Shirt, Tank top and a hat on the 2nd. Says it arrived at my local UPS on January 8th. I had an expected delivery date of the 11th. The 11th comes and goes by, nothing. I tried to contact UPS, get nothing. I tried to contact USPS, get nothing. I sent ZF an email, get nothing. The only thing that got promptly done was my chargeback by my bank and they manage to get me back my funds within a day. Don't buy anything from this company, support other American made companies.

The K9 Tac harness I bought from Zero Foxtrot was of extremely poor quality. The straps/buckles would not hold position and came loose every time within a couple of minutes of tightening because they had no mechanism to hold the straps in place. The straps are free to slip and slide all over the place, which causes the dog to slip right out of the harness. I attempted to review this product on their website but of course, they only post good reviews. I won't be trusting this company again.

They do not follow their own disclaimer about exchanges or returns.

My email to them…

Your packaging has a zipper closure, so there is a never a way for you to know for sure if a costumer has or has no tried the product on.

My husband did not try any on, as he removed the item from the zippered bag and realized how small the medium sized silkies were he placed them back in the bag.

With your reasoning, I cannot tell if you’ve sold me used silkies since the packaging does not ensure that you’ve sold me a brand new item.

As I stated previously all I would like is an exchange for these gifts but no problem, as I will never purchase from your company again and the BBB will revive a complaint

Really poor communication and when you bring up the notion of a chargeback due to their poor communication they cancel your order. Which is fine. I did receive a refund but feel their business attitude is way off base. Won’t respond then play victim when they see an email with something they don’t like! So you know they were reading the emails but sending supposed automated emails ! Yet they say any questions reach out and we will respond .

I was a lifetime customer until it came time to return an item because the stitching failed. I wore it 3 times over the span of 2 years. Well I guess their NO BS guarantee isn’t worth nothing. Don’t fall for their claim of lifetime guarantee. A veteran owned company doesn’t care about a veteran who needs help with a defective woobie jacket. I will never shop there again.

Don't pay attention to the haters dropping one star reviews it's absolute nonsense. I've placed more than 25 orders over the last 2 years and have never had a problem.

On 1 occasion there was a manufacturing defect of the stitching on a dog leash I bought from them. Customer service replaced it with no questions asked.

Ignore the drama, you can trust ZF.

I been ordered few times already, unfortunately this time I placed an order for two shirts, one of them they send me the wrong item, apparently they send you what they have at that moment and NOT what the customer wants, not very pleasant way to do business with them !

Sizing on website isn't correct with products. I paid for shipping myself and they still argued with me back and forth about the measurements. They just need to fix their measurements and not argue with people :(

I read a bunch of the negative reviews on here and have to say that was not my experience with them. I've had several orders now, usually get the products within a week. I always get what I ordered in good condition. The products are high quality and I'll order from them again (probably today).

Poor quality item. Cheap Chinese zipper broke within 8 months on a jacket used less than 20 times in very light use situations, in the house as a house coat. Contacted customer service about repair or possibly buying another zipper. Was told, “Go find an “Alteration Shop.” A 42% 1 star ratings means this company won’t last long. Veteran owned they say, must be POGs and REMF’s as any line team member wouldn’t treat their teammates in this fashion.

I didn't enjoy it as much as I would like, but the quality is okay and the company deserve good review for 4 stars.

Great company with high quality t-shirts. I wear a lot of t-shirts and would rather give my money to an independent vs a large company. I see some negative reviews here... Dudes, they aren't going to be perfect, they are a small company trying to do a great product at a fair price. I've never had an issue with my orders or quality. If you want perfect go buy the same crap everyone else is wearing made in a Chinese sweat shop and sent perfectly to your door because their 10,000% profit lets them hire stacks of bodies to make sure you are carefree and oblivious in your slave labor t-shirt.

There is nothing bad to write about ZF. Their designs are top tier. The quality of their printing is top notch. No problems with shipping so I never had to deal with support. I will continue to watch for new designs and buy as much as I can.

had to give one star they deserve -10 stars. rip-off company insult to first responders and vets.Sent my order to a nonexistent address I have the info from the post office where it was sent. Then the order was returned to them so they have my order and my money.
A confirmation email from Z.F. has my correct address, their 3rd party shipper address wasn't even close. NO customer service automated email telling me to do some push-ups and order again with the correct address. Dont waste your money they suck

The woobies blankets and jackets from here are made really nice. The tshirts are also fit to size with room to move.

Absolute TRASH company. Ordered a Kylo Ren shirt never got my shirt called customer service to explain that I never got my shirt customer service says they will refund my money explain to customer service that I don’t want to refund that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on every other one of their Star Wars shirts Including buying subscriptions to their bs after life program to be able to custom make shirts that they have discontinued what that means is that a $25 shirt now cost 40 bucks had to do that multiple times after being told that they discontinued items and they would not be making them anymore Only to turn around and offer them in the afterlife subscription double the price so to complete my collection I jump through hoops and paid their exorbitant prices. Do they give a crap that I have an incomplete collection absolutely not do they give a fu@& that I’ve ordered hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from them and then I didn’t receive my order and then I have not yet received a refund nope they didn’t give two fuc$&. Sh&$ ass company Run by scumbags masquerading under the guise of being veterans. My advice is to steer way clear. I’m now out 40 bucks and have a closet full of shirts that I refuse to wear because I won’t support scumbag companies. Saw many negative reviews and was genuinely surprised. The products I've received have been high quality and fit very well. I'm a bit larger at 6'2" around 255lbs and the 2XL fits awesome. The shirts have also lasted a very long time. I own 8 - 10 of them and have been happy. I can't speak to shipping delays or lack of response as I've never had a problem. I would say every industry has been impacted by supply chain and shipping company delays which is out of their control. Anyway....they're my favorite t-shirts....thought I'd help this company out with a good review.

Had a problem with the delivery in the UK. The company resolved the issue promptly and after a couple of emails were exchanged, I received it within 5 days.
Customer service was spot on. Great product quality, as always.
Very happy customer.
