Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Με το ταχύπλοο Kerras Cruises φθάσαμε από Νάξο σε 1,30 ώρα στο Πάνω Κουφονήσι. Παρόλο που δεν πήραμε πάλι καραβάκι από το λιμάνι στο Πάνω Κουφονήσι για να πάμε στις άλλες παραλίες του νησιού, μπορείς να χαρείς και να ηρεμήσεις στη θάλασσα στο λιμανάκι. Υπάρχει οργανωμένο beach bar. H θάλασσα ήταν κρυστάλλινη. Μπορείς να κάνεις βόλτα στη Χώρα. Έχει μαγαζάκια για καφέ και φαγητό για όλα τα γούστα. Για πρώτη φορά για μονοήμερη εκδρομή ήταν πολύ όμορφα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

The booking process is Okay, except... .I don't like when the personal data like a combination of full name and DOB(date of birth) is sent over in not secure unencrypted email. Regular email communication is NOT considered a secure way and not for listing personal information.

We have checked both of your bookings but cannot identify any email in which you were asked to send your name and date of birth. Both bookings were completed instantly, with the required passenger details entered directly through our secure, encrypted booking system.
More generally, we would like to reassure you that booking information is shared only with the relevant service provider operating the booked experience. Our confirmations and customer correspondence are handled through leading professional email services, with authenticated delivery and encryption during transmission.
We never request payment-card details by email or message, and all payments are processed securely through established payment providers. Booking correspondence is retained only for the necessary operational and legal period and is then deleted in accordance with our data-retention procedures.
Although we cannot identify the email you are referring to, we understand your preference. For any future booking, you are welcome to send information separately or communicate with us through WhatsApp or Viber, which provide end-to-end encrypted messaging. Just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Windsurf lessons in Naxos
I was able to get a one on one experience in very calm, shallow, and warm water with a very patient and knowledgeable instructor.
I appreciated his direction, observation to where he immediately provided input for proper execution of a move( demonstrated several times ) then relentlessly encouraged and pushed me to get it done proper.
It was so challenging but very, very fun!!!

Amazing experience
It was an incredible experience!!Vasilis the captain and Ekavi, our guide, were very helpful. First, we walked up to the volcano and Ekavi was explaining us it’s history and how it was created. Then we had a wonderful swim to the thermal baths. And finally we went to the island Therassia which was beautiful. We walked and ate at a restaurant. It was a beautiful day.

Refund not given - its been 9 days - But Finally Cleared
My tour was canceled, and was waiting for my refund after 9 days, till I figured out that I had booked with Zas Tours but billed by Zas Travels, and was to sail with Azul Cruses. Till I figured this out and reach out to Azul and Zas Tours the money would have been forgotten. On communication with Zas Tours or Travel I am still not sure the refund was made immediately. So though things were solves the experience took me to get involved and solve it. There for the low rating. So when you book know that if there is a cancelation you need to be on top of it to get the refund in some of the cases.

Thank you for booking with Zas Tours. We can see that you booked two excursions with us. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn for the worse during this period, and both excursions had to be cancelled for passenger safety reasons. We are very sorry that you were unable to enjoy the experiences you had planned.
For the first cancellation, the supplier informed us immediately, and we processed the refund straight away. You should already have received this.
For the second cancellation, the supplier did not inform us immediately. However, as soon as you contacted us on 11 July 2026, we processed the refund that same day. You should see the money in your account within the next days, although the exact timing depends on your bank. We can also see that you made this order from your Gmail account (not your business email like the first one) and perhaps for this reason you didn't see our automated message that we had processed your refund.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
We hope that you might book again with Zas Tours in the future and we sincerely hope that you are luckier next time with the weather.

Perfect experience for families – highly recommend!
Our family had an amazing experience with ZAS Tours! The driver was waiting for us right where we arrived at the port. The booking was for our children to go go-karting, and they absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. After the activity, the young man drove us back to the town and gave us excellent recommendations for great lunch spots and nice places to walk around. Highly recommend their services for anyone visiting Naxos!

Very difficult to enter phone number
Very difficult to enter phone number. Number refused when I typed 00336********3, which is my correct number ! I lost 15 minutes trying to sort out this problem.

It's good that you hid part of your number. Thank you once again for reporting this. We can appreciate and understand your frustration. You were right: our phone number field had a problem with numbers starting with 00 and it was illogical to say there was problem.

- A 1-star review normally means the the whole service was terrible - it is the lowest score possible. We sincerely hope that you didn't find everything terrible but just had difficulty with the phone number.
- We replied to you directly, and we fixed the issue after you reported it almost immediately. We know that this doesn't help you now but we hope that you can appreciate that we are responsive to problems when customers report them.

Worth the money
Everything went smoothly. The bus driver and the tour guide both did their jobs well. The tour was well worth the money and very enjoyable. Angela, our tour guide was very nice and very knowledgeable.
