Well, the reservation was as per online hour, and the route up is an experience better than the Sistine Chapel but, on the descent you are risking your life ; I understand the idea of a monument but safety must be a priority.

Don't trust this company. I booked tickets to a park in Barcelona and they never arrived. I have since been in contact with them but they are refusing to refund me and are blaming my email account for blocking them. This sounds like stock response so they can continue to insist on their T&Cs that states no refund. They know I am no longer there and able to use the tickets and surprise surprise they have managed to attach them to their reply, amazing! useless now aren't they!!
Has anyone had a similar experience and have some useful info that could assist me?

Magnificent gallery. Outstanding collection.
It was a bit of a battle to move around the Botticelli pieces as they are located at the start of the tour, but once you moved through the gallery it was not too busy.

El parque es precioso, deberían dejar más carteles contando un poco más lo que trata cada espacio. Podría poner más baños, y una boletería físicas, y el sistema de entrega de entradas es muy lento, deberían agilizar más ese aspecto.

The serene space of this spectacular ancient building where you can spend time in reflection, admiring the architecture and wonder of the Pantheon.

It was a fair walk up the hill from the metro station - thank god there were escalators!! Absolutely brilliant! Great walks, gorgeous views, lots of beautiful areas to discover and you can stay there all day! Had a great time climbing hills and walking around seeing Gaudi's art and design everywhere - beautiful and what an experience! Definitely will go back again :)

We had a great time at the park! The views of Barcelona are spectacular and the architecture is unique. One caveat - would be difficult maneuver for someone with mobility issues. The park is hilly with many stairs.

The ticketservice is great, however for me it was not clear that Offizi has two locations, maybe you can update the info.
We received the tickets directly after our renovation, all perfect !

It was easy to book the tickets and no problem going into the park.
