its a scam, tickets are real but overpriced, audioguide doesnt work.
its a scam, you think you are booking directly at the Uffizi galleries and paid for the audio guide, to only realise that it was an app to be dowloaded, not the one from the museum!!!
APP doesnt even work properly, cant control stop, pause or search for the audio you need.
I was afraid i was not going to be allowed in, but at least the tickets booking was real, but i ended overpaying 20 euros per person to this third party reseller, copycat, catfish wahtever u call it

Esta página de venta de tickets para el Park Guell aparece de las primeras en Google. Sus colores e interfaz se parecen mucho a una página oficial del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona o del propio parque. - PERO ES UNA ESTAFA!
Compré entradas para el 2 de mayo (nos íbamos de Barcelona el día 3). Durante TODO el proceso de compra en su web, me estaban confirmando disponibilidad para el día 2 de mayo para las 12:00 (que es la fecha que solicité). Y SOLO después de realizar el pago y enviarme las entradas, vi en las propias entradas que eran para el 9 de mayo. No aparecía en el cuerpo del email de confirmación, solo en las entradas. Además de que me habían cobrado 10€ más de lo que vale la entrada. Y REPITO que me encontré con esa sorpresa DESPUÉS DE REALIZAR EL PAGO. Ya que durante el proceso de reserva, yo solicité el 2 de mayo y me estaban confirmando disponibilidad para ese dia.
Solicité asistencia por el chat de la propia web, y negaron el suceso. Dijeron que la reserva se había hecho para el 9/05 y que no podían hacer nada. Intenté explicarle la situación (para que revisen si al menos hay un error en el proceso de su sistema de automatización de venta), pero nada. Le pedí un número de teléfono, un correo de contacto y la Hoja de quejas y reclamaciones (legalmente obligatorio en España cuando lo solicita el consumidor) y dejaron de contestar, negándose implícitamente a proporcionarme esa información.

The price for entrance (28 euro) is more expensive than usual entry price (18 euro). But when they have sent me the ticket, it was mentioned 18 euros.

Buying the tickets for the pantheon was simple snd quick. We made a last minute decision to go see the site and were able to get a confirmed time the same day. Skipping the long lines was great. Of course the inside of the church was an experience not to be missed.

Tour was great and informative,,, but we were given the wrong information about being able to revisit the Roman Forum and Palestine Hill after the underground tour. So we planned to go back to them the next day and were told “sorry the guide gave you the wrong info…. Too bad.”

This ticket gives you train ticket from the city to the rack railway to monserat (not the air cable car - which i think is worth doing), access to see the museum, the black Madonna, the church, and a liquor tasting (which was a really nice touch after my very long hike).
When I received my virtual ticket, it was not an English. I think it was in Catalan because I know some Spanish and I could not translate most of it.. so I feel like the ticket alone was a lack of information but I will say that the chat to speak to somebody via their website was very easy and efficient, but I would’ve liked a better detailed email to help prepare me for the trip i stead of the chat.
When I went to go do the liquor tasting at the end of the day, I found out that I had to go to the information desk at the very beginning to receive a ticket to redeem it for the liquor, but it was also my access to the audio part of the museum, which I was confused on how I didn’t have that so by the time, I figured that out, it was too late so detailed be getting instructions would’ve been really helpful.

Very Poor Customer service
On the 28th April I ordered 2 tickets online for the same day to visit the tower. At first it said there was no availability but then available times came up. I clicked to purchase and it gave me no option to confirm as I paid by Apple Pay . It went straight through to the payment.
When we got to Pisa it then came to my attention that they were booked for the 30th April.
I went to the ticket office and they told me that it was no problem as they had tickets available but as I hadn’t bought the tickets direct with them I would have to go through to the 3rd party seller. Thus I did to be told that they would not transfer the tickets to the 38th, there were strictly no refunds or exchanges. Please be very careful using this company to purchase tickets as they were very unhelpful in helping me. I wasn’t asking force refund just an exchange. The staff at the Pisa ticket office couldn’t believe they wouldn’t help me .
