Nice abayas, reasonably priced
Bought few abayas which were on sale online from this shops website. Items were dispatched quickly. Materials are little on the thin side but nice, soft and flows, would be good for warmer weather. Found communication to be good and their prices are reasonable.
Would make a suggestion, to allow exchanges/refunds for online purchases, to be made at their physical shop in Green Street, London, would save customers on these overpriced returns postage's.

Instant Hijab abaya
Loved the color (I got brown) and material. The hijab part was long enough for me to wrap it any way I like. Also, the shipping and communication was prompt and fast. I will be ordering again soon!

I've ordered from Zadina over the years…
I've ordered from Zadina over the years and have found them quite good. The quality on most abayas are great but I have some pointers that they need to improve on:
1. If ordering the same abaya in different colours, why does some fabrics seem thinner/cheaper as well as shorter sleeves?
2. When ordering the elastic cuffed abayas, the arms are short as well. I'd suggest adding extra fabric for the elastic part so that it's below the wrist and not above.
3. The prayer abaya one piece hijab part needs to be fixed as when tying it behind the head, the hair on the sides still show defeating it's purpose. Maybe adding zips or buttons on the sides for extra coverage?
Other than that, so far so good and would recommend to others.

Jilbab is designed poorly
I usually like ordering from Zadina. Good quality materials. However I ordered a long size jilbab to pray in and unfortunately the design is not fit for purpose. The parts that you tie to your head to keep it in place are not wide enough to properly cover your hair. The strip is too narrow, so after tying, it exposes parts of your hair on both sides of the head. It also feels loose and slips backwards easily. This could be due to the fact that the back is substantially longer than the front. The back drags on the floor while the front exposes a couple of inches above the ankle. I feel that sisters who normally wear a jilbab might feel frustrated with this design. Zadina, Please make the tying strip wider and attached it correctly to the main body of the jilbab. You've taken a shortcut by just stitching it in a straight line to the top of the jilbab and failing to stitch the sides to cover the sides of the head.

I have been a loyal customer and generally love the quality of your products, but I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent purchase of a long-size jilbab intended for prayer.
Unfortunately, I found the design to be not as functional as expected. The head tie portion, which is supposed to secure the jilbab in place, is too narrow to properly cover the hair. After tying it, parts of my hair on both sides were still exposed. Additionally, the jilbab feels loose and slips backwards easily.
Moreover, the back of the jilbab is much longer than the front, causing the back to drag on the floor, while the front reveals a few inches above the ankle, which is not ideal for prayer.
I would recommend adjusting the design to make the tying strip wider and more securely attached to the sides of the jilbab to ensure full coverage, and perhaps also review the length proportion to prevent the jilbab from dragging excessively.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this feedback helps improve the design for future products. I look forward to continued shopping with you.

Amazing quality and price
Just wanted to mention that I ordered from Zadina twice now, I just love the quality of the abayas, the price, the service and how quickly the order arrived.
I love how easy it was to understand my size using the size guide I was able to select the right size. When the abayas arrived it fit me perfectly, body wise and length wise.

Love my abaya’s! Bought 6x for salah. The quality, colours, and fit is perfect. I’m 5’5 in height, size 56 is a perfect length without heels. With heels size 58 is the best length, if worn out.
