The Jilbab I received was not the one I ordered, incorrect product sent out

Consistently Fabulous abayas. Have bought for myself, my mum and children :) would appreciate it if there was more choice in length as I am a shortie. I am size UK 14, 56 was good body size but length went past my feet. I have had to get a tailor to shorten them. Will buy again Insha Allah. Wearing all the Abayas during my Umrah trip :)

Slip dress is badly made. The arms are so tight. Couldn’t put my arms in and the stitching came out from the back. The whole point of a slip dress is that it is a loose fit. Asked for refund and rejected it immediately. Will not purchase again.

I placed an order early Friday morning and it was shipped the same day, I got my parcel in Monday! I got one kids abaya and it was how I expected it to be so I’m glad! I hope they continue to provide great service for everyone, will definitely consider getting more abayas from this company inshaAllah. I’m very happy with the abayas I got Mashallah they were stunning couldn’t resist had to get one they were all gorgeous amazing material and reasonable prices loved the service everyone was so kind, overall this is a great place to go to for abayas I would definitely recommend going here

Very poor customer service, I went twice recently same service. No help was offer and very unfriendly. You can only try 3 abayas. When we asked for privacy for trying on the abaya downstairs we were told no, simply because staff can’t be going up and down however you have cctv to keep an eye on from upstairs. We were told to try on quickly three abayas. Apparently because we took long trying on three abayas we weren’t allowed to try on any more. She said if you try on quick you can try 10 or more as many you wish because you took long you can only try 3 and that’s our policy. So what if a customer want to buy more than 3. Without trying it on how can we buy just like that.

I ordered Abaya’s for my 11 year old. I’ve been looking for a while now. I was so impressed with the choices and the price was reasonable too.

Firstly one of the rare places that have reasonably priced abayas, very fair price but amazing quality. Im curvy but it still fits modestly

I bought a couple of the Inigo abayas for everyday wear. Beautiful quality. Great prices. Lovely colours. This is my second time purchasing from Zadina Abayas and it’s quickly becoming my go to website when I require modest wear. Their empress Abayas are lovely for Eid, very comfortable and flowy.

The abayas fit so well and the material on them are great love them would definitely order again.

I brought 4 abayas in different colours and I must say I’m impressed with the quality of the material. Delivery was on time as expected. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality abayas.

Ordered a kids abaya and slip on hijab … both items are good quality items and received in time; however, the abaya is not as described, it did not have the pockets mentioned in the description which left me in dismay as its the reason i of purchase from the store …after raising this concern to them via whatsapp, the only reply i got was “ Oh no. This style is meant to have pockets. Could you send us the image of the abaya from around the pocket area.”.. after sending pictures .. there still did not reply! After purchase customer service is poor.

Received my order, even though both abayas are size 54 one is smaller (I think I received the wrong size) and I can’t even return it because since this is an international order I’ll have to pay a lot of money for return shipping, so I’ll basically get barely any money back. Also I order a plain/simple Abaya and the neck size is way too big so you have to wear a neck covering under which makes it uncomfortable (I thought this was suppose to be modest clothing). It was literally a waste of money :(

My experience was absolutely five stars with Zadina. I ordered two Abayas for my daughters, a hair cap and hijab. The delivery was spot on. When the things arrived, they were beautifully wrapped and colours/ material was amazingly soft. The abayas I ordered were size smaller but it was my fault in not following the size chart so that is useful to follow first time. My daughters are very tall hence I ordered bigger sizes eventually. We were returned the smaller size and exchanged. The exchange was fairly easy and we eventually received perfect size. Thank you Zadina and we shall always visit and purchase from you onwards. I would only recommend in kids if you could add for boys too as that would mean one stop for entire family. Keep on doing the amazing work you do.

The abaya came earlier than expected, and I absolutely love the colour. I chose the size 52 and it fits me perfectly, it is loose and I would recommend people to get it!.

The abayas were beautiful and I’m glad I got them on sale as the price was very reasonable. I ordered 9 in total and I loved 8 of them. The only one I wasn’t too keen on was the simple abaya for £11.99, but I’m going to keep it anyway. It is a tiny bit too short and the quality isn’t as nice as the others, but if I wear it with boots in the winter it won’t be too noticeable. The pleated abayas are gorgeous. I had to order two more, I liked them so much! The two orders arrived quickly. Thank you.

I placed my order however didnt receive an email as a confirmation. After a few days i called the company who were very helpful at sorting the issue out and i was told it would arrive the next day.
On receiving my abayas i was happy with them they were well packaged and ad described. I will definitely be ordering again. Very good affordable prices as nowadays its hard to even dress modest without breaking the bank so i appreciate that prices are low.
