Absolutely appalling!!! They lie through their teeth and when what you were reassured about happens, they deny everything they said. I just bought over 10 abayas spent a whole load of money all full price and it after wearing the abaya the second time today it hasn’t been washed it has started to bubble.

I’m so disappointed as I was told repeatedly this would not happen.

The best part is I bought them on Saturday and it’s now Monday and I’ve called the store and they are out right rude. A member of staff who said I don’t give my name to anyone and have been working here for 10 years, refused to also take my name as eveidence of my complaint to the store today.

I can’t believed a business who has been established for so many years has such appalling service. Your staff is representing your brand and word of mouth is seriously the best form of adverstising. Good luck to this lousy, cheap and disloyal brand.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. I returned my item correctly and Royal Mail attempted delivery, but because the parcel was not collected after a delivery card was left, the company continuously tried to place the blame on me instead of taking accountability for what happened on their side.

Throughout the entire process, I was met with poor customer service, lack of understanding, and repeated excuses rather than any genuine attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Despite explaining multiple times that I had fulfilled my responsibility as the sender, they continued to ignore the actual problem and refused to acknowledge their own failure to collect the return.

Honestly, this company does not even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately I have to give one in order to leave this review.

Very upsetting experience overall and not the level of professionalism or customer care I expected. I will not be shopping with them again.

I order a slip 5 days before Eid the website was saying guaranteed Eid delivery but I paid for next day delivery. A week later I still haven’t received my order.

Great quality abayas and good prices. My order was delivered as promised. Very pleased with my purchases. Lots of compliments from my friends on wearing them. I will be buying from them again.

Amazing designs! I’m not sure why they have a 3.6 as a rating because every time I have purchased items from here, they have exceeded expectations. I feel so ready for Ramadan this year and my abayas and jilbabs are always beautifully designed. Thank you.

Ordered 2 Abayas for my daughter, money went from bank, no confirmation email ever arrived with order details etc and the abayas never turned up either…!

Abayas are soft, comfortable for daily use.

You get what you pay for! Zero would be my rating but doesn’t allow you to leave a review. Customer service for US customers is horrible in fact there is none. Don’t waste your money because return is more than what the product is!
I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase!
Quality is no good! Learned the hard way- save yourself from waste of time a d money! Invest with companies that have better quality, service and policies!

The quality of Zadina Abayas has gone down significantly in the last two years since I purchased all of my daily Abayas. I washed this green abaya once in a cold wash and the pocket stitching all came apart. Not allowed to return because it's been washed so they won't even offer an exchange. Be warned.

Tried to give it a 1* review on their website but it won't even allow that - interesting!

Ordered a child's abaya that I NEEDED for the following day. The ONLY reason I chose this store was because they had the abaya needed and offered next day delivery if the order was placed before 1pm. My order wasn't dispatched until the 8:39 the day I needed it.

This company thinks they'er clever by putting in the terms and conditions that "next day delivery is not guaranteed" and customers cant ger a refund. Their "terms and conditions " don't override consumer rights, so since they have ignored me ill be reporting them to trading standards.

Absolutely great!!! Got it for my daughter she can wear she attends school in our masjid so it’s her uniform. The colors are lovely and I intend to get more as she grows. jazakAllah for your effort !!!

Everything arrived as described neatly packaged and in a timely fashion. My daughter loves her new hijabs and abayas. We will be doing business with you again son.

Very bad! I got scammed! Literally !! I payed for a 100% cotton abaya, which was very expensive and got 100% nylon instead. Not what I asked for . Total waste of money.
