I ordered a white abaya, which the website described as " non-see-through," but it clearly was see-through material.They do not answer emails , their customer service is terrible. Big disappointment on this business. Never again!

Thank you Zadina for selling the most beautiful and valuable materials as I brought the colour black abaya size 58 which was the biggest but it was small for me as they haven’t got no more bigger size as a tall person like me but overall the experience was amazing

Terrible customer service from the manager / owner
AWFUL experience today . Never have I experienced such awful customer service from the the manager . She accused us of being indecisive (we were buying 7 abayas and my daughter is inbetween sizes so needed to try them all on ) , then we were accused of haggling on the price when we had only just got to the checkout and then the manager said it was another customer and that she had to come whilst she was in the MIDDLE OF COOKING, like we had inconvenienced her .
We did think to walk out then and there and not buy anything but the younger sales assistant was so lovely and had taken the time to help us so we didn’t . Nothing special about the abayas or the price so it’s really not worth going here to be insulted , accused of being indecisive and being an inconvenience as we had some whilst the manager was in the middle of cooking !

Beautiful work and fair price
Beautiful work and fair price. I came across the site when searching Abaya for an event and will be definitely be go to from now. Quality work, on time and Alhamdulillah finally classy designs for occasional and everyday wear. I was worried re. size/lenght but excellent fit, standard UK size/length, not so long as in many other stores, mine a 54.

Excellent abayas!
This was the first time that I purchased a couple of abayas for myself, hence got the sizing wrong. But the customer service team were very helpful and quick to respond via WhatsApp. They exchanged my items and shipped it back within a few days. The abaya material was excellent and so was the quality of the products! Thank you Zadina Abayas!

IGNORE Emails about complaints
Sleeves were sewn wrong with the elastic twisted in so doesn't sit. Contacted their customer service via email no response whatsoever!

Expecting me to pay for returns postage when item did not match descriptio
Poor customer service- returns sheet clearly says get in touch if not happy with the quality however they were unwilling to do anything besides ask me to return an item and pay for postage when the item did not match the description. Not even an apology to say sorry your not happy with our quality but answered in a passive aggressive and patronising manner. Most companies would at least start with “we’re sorry you feel this way/ we’re sorry our product did not match your expectations” etc. however there was no form of apology at all- extremely unprofessional! Lost a loyal customer, unfortunately will not be ordering or recommending them any more.
Wish i read the other reviews on here beforehand as it seems their customer service is always bad judging by the other reviews.
