Very disappointed with this purchase. The clothes run extremely small and do not reflect the correct sizing. The quality is subpar, and the fit is terrible. I spent $200 and feel it was completely wasted. I will not be ordering from this brand again.

I have ordered from Zadina multiple times, and my whole family now wears Zadina Abayas. The material is amazing and the sizes have been accurate. I would 100% recommend anyone to order from Zadina. The abayas are simple and modest, perfect for any outing. Delivery is always on time, and the last-minute abayas we ordered for Eid arrived even faster than usual. Jazakum Allahu Khairan!

The colour is nice, but I'm going to return this because the fabric feels heavy when I wear it. It feels like a weight on the back of my head and neck, pushing it backward due to the fabric's weight. I've seen so many women wearing or advertising this style of abaya, and I don't understand how they wear it comfortably. Perhaps this fabric is different, or maybe the weight doesn't bother them. However, it's not for me, as wearing it for an extended period would definitely give me a headache or shoulder pain.

I ordered 2 identical open abaya sets in different colors, size 58 and found the outer abayas fit as labeled, while the sleeveless under garments were a couple inches shorter than the outer abayas (both pieces are marked 58). I called to make this concern known, and was told they would not accept returns. Consequently, I plan to wear the undergarments as slips (under other clothing) and the open abayas will be worn over slacks or what have you. I don't plan to order from this clothing maker again. Oh, a 3rd garment (a plain abaya), is very nice and fits properly at size 58. I also ordered/received 2 beautiful khimars which, iA, will work well for dressy occasions.

Zadina London inadvertently shipped my young daughter someone else's order on 3/16/25. She contacted corporate and when they couldn't send a call tag or send the order themselves corporate asked my young daughter at her expense to FedEx overnight Sat delivery at a charge of nearly $200.00 US to the customer in Ohio who needed the clothes for Eid. After corresponding with Moshin at Zadina I was assured that we would be reimbursed for the expense. I have sent numerous emails, the fedex details, and now the company is ignoring me. I did a good deed at a huge expense for their error and now am being ignored! It makes no sense. Absolutely disappointing follow up.

Bad experience. Ordered a salat prayer set and only received the top part.

I have nothing but good things to say about this site!!! I wish I found it sooner!!!! My new favorite shop for all my abayas!!!! It accommodates all shapes and sizes and the styles are timeless!!! You can get regular praying garments to Eid outfits all on one site!!! All my sisters can now shop at one place and we vary in height, body shape and style!!!
