Faulty abaya, poor workmanship
Was sent a faulty abaya which had a hemline that looked like my 8 year old nephew had stitched! I had ordered and paid for next day delivery and paid further to return the item. Despite their so called ‘policy’ of refunding the return delivery cost in the event of a faulty product, the company only refunded the abaya cost. I ended up paying for delivery and shipping costs for an item I couldn’t even wear to
the event I ordered for! Customer service was absolutely awful, after querying the refund I received a blunt email saying that upon inspection the product was not faulty! Despite sending further emails, they completely ignored any communications. Not even offering a discount or free delivery on next order or any type of resolution. Absolutely shocking that a Muslim brand would operate with such poor ethics, especially in the month of Ramadan, when the product was clearly faulty. Avoid or Only order if you have no intention of ever returning and dint mind sub standard stitching quality control!

I bought a batwing abaya from zadina
I bought a batwing abaya from zadina. On their website, it shows that the abaya comes with pockets. But when i received mine, it didn't have pockets. I queried it with zadina to which they replied, that the last batch didn't have pockets. It's too late for me to return as i will be travelling. Pockets would have been useful. They sent me the wrong item but didn't even let me know i wasn't getting what i had ordered. It's wrong to mislead to customers with pictures and you don't get sent the same product. They charged me £3.99 for postage and most likely they would have charged me again to send it back to them although they sent me the wrong item.

Absolutely horrific customer service and both orders were incorrect
Absolutely horrific customer service. They delivered my abaya with a huge rip in the neck. I thought this was part of the jilbab as it’s my first and it is not. I have returned requesting an exchange and even then the company via WhatsApp said their checks are pretty fair so they’ll have to see if it deserves a refund or exchange. I ordered a second time and have received today the wrong colour which is really upsetting because this was an eid gift for my mum and there’s not enough time to order a new one and I can’t afford to and can’t afford to do another returns which by the way they don’t state you have to pay for returns on website. Absolutely appalled. After expressing my concern they did not apologise at all for both incorrect orders and told me to follow refund process which I have to pay for again. Disgusting do not recommend at all! Scam!

Sizing, these abayas are long
The abaya arrived promptly but the sizing is off. I always order the same size abaya everywhere but this was way too long, I’m average height 5’4” and it dragging on the floor :(
I’ve just learnt that to return and exchange it I will need to pay for return and postage for a new size which would take my total cost up by 50% !

My order came on time. The abaya was just like it showed, lovely material. My daughter is very happy with it and will be wearing it for eid. I also ordered 2 abayas for my sis and she's very happy with them. Will defo recommend.

Ordered for next day delivery paid extra, did not receive until two days later. Contacted for refund, was promised one, but did not receive and unable to get a response since. Poor customer service, won’t be ordering again.
