Great service and excellent variety
Nice collection, good prices especially when on offer and fast service. I have shopped here several times and would highly recommend purchasing the abayas. Very good quality. Just be mindful not ALL items fit the same way even if they are the same size!

Be careful sisters, this is haram
Be careful sisters. Cave sells abayas with belts. Tightening these and showing the shape of your breasts to other men is totally impermissible, and Allah knows best. Don't exchange your deen for dunya.

careful , this is fraud business
I've ordered an abaya in Ramadan for my daughter for £25,before ordering , i double checked the size with the customer service through WhatsApp and gave them the height for my daughter who assured the one i picked was the correct size . when i received the abaya it was short , so i texted them again and they asked me to send it by post and pay the cost for delivery and once they receive it they will refund me the cost including delivery . I did sent it the following day and when they received it they sent me an email saying "there is stain in the abaya!" and they will not refund me . they kept the abaya and the money !
the abaya was too short even to try it , this is there way to steal the money .

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, I ordered 2 of the kids basic abayas. Accurate measurements and the material is comfortable. Normally with kids abayas the neck is always big but these are a perfect size.

Bad service
Got 2 abayas with discount ,turned out too tight for size 14 and see through. When I sent back for refund for postage I paid then they removed 5£ discount I had originally received and lowered the refund which meant I paid 10£ for returning back 2 abayas which is very bad. Also when I mentioned that this isn't fit for sale at size 14 ,as you selling it as 1 size fits all. I got a response saying well no one else had an issue!!!! Never using them again, really bad customer service!

Ordered black tshirt
Ordered black tshirt. At first unsure of sizing and emailed to get precise measurement but noone answered. Went ahead with an order size large (I am UK 16-18). Arrived today. Fits lovely and style is slimming not the chunky oversized type. Excellent style and fit. Material is good quality and not too heavy. Ordered 2 more tshirts already.

I have a good experience with the fabric and I think it’s good however I do have one issue.That one issue is that I have to pay postage every time I order in the uk.So I think that in the uk postage should be free. Bad quality items and awful customer service
I have shopped here for many years and I shop monthly at the store, however recently the quality of items has been awful. The sizes are no longer consistent and the material has bobbled after just one wear. We bought niqab hijabs for umrah that you can’t wear as niqab hijabs as your hair becomes exposed, so completely useless. Returned them but they told me they’re not faulty, so wouldn’t refund postage. Very bad business practice for an Islamic company, you’re ruining your akhirah for a few pounds. My family and I will never shop here again, they’ve lost good customers. I would rather pay a bit more and shop at places like Hayah Al-Muslimah for excellent quality and customer service.

First time buying Abayas and I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered online with this shop. Great quality material. Looks amazing on. True to size. Delivered quickly in time for Eid. I’m so happy with my abayas and long jersey scarf. There are many colours to choose from too . Love it!

I ordered 3 abayas to wear on umrah and ordered the usual 54 size, however I had to give them all away and buy new ones as these were too tight! Won’t be buying again and will not recommend!
