York Camera Mart Ltd Anmeldelser

Very fast service, very pleased with my new lens.

Good experience all round

Friendly communications and helpful throughout

Excellent service. Helpful, useful advice and competetive on price.

Good personal service and advice, professional in every sense.

I placed my order on the Easter weekend, the processing was completed Easter Monday and I was kept informed at every stage. My camera was delivered two days later - a superb service and especially so over a Bank Holiday!

This was my first time ordering from York Camera Mart and it definitely won’t be my last! I emailed the store asking about availability for the product I was interested in and they were really quick to reply and super informative, after placing my order they emailed me to say one of their colleagues would be willing to drop it off at my home that same day as he passed it on his way home. They clearly care a lot about their customers and didn’t need to go out of their way to do so, hopefully I’ll be able to pay them a visit in store too!

Took my macro lens in for repair. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired. I asked for advice on a new macro lens and purchased this. Staff all very helpful.

As usual, dealing with York camera Mart was a pleasure. They promise and they deliver (literally in the case of my camera).

Bought a bridge camera which turned out to be out of stock. Got an email the next day to say they they had been in contact with the manufacturer and the camera would be delivered later in the week. Kept me updated throughout and the camera arrived 3 days later. Same price as other online retailers but much better service!

Excellent and helpful staff. Got my camera repaired in no time. Well done guys

Excellent service, ordered online after speaking to the guy in the shop .When he noticed my address was 5 miles from his house he delivered my order by hand. Will certainly support them in future.

I found the staff very helpful in advice and support on the kind of camera lens I need. Also at a fair price. I will use York camera mart again.

This is a real camera shop. Like they used to be. Great service and a nice range of products. I purchased a Ricoh camera which I am delighted with.

My new camera arrived promptly, as promised, and for a mere £5.

Very speedy and well boxed for transport

Excellent and friendly customer service - they went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend.
