York Camera Mart Ltd Anmeldelser

York Camera Mart. I found a camera on the website but phoned to confirm the item in stock, as it's
discontined from manufacturer. A gentleman said he had one in stock in a display cabinet never been used, I said i'm fine with that, can you hold it for me til I can order from your website, no problem, also got Free delivery DPD delivered next day 12.15pm. Very Happy. Thanks.

The service I have received from the York Camera Company has been exceptional. In this day and age with large companies dominating the market I would highly recommend dealing with a ‘small’ independent for the personal service they provide

Friendly, helpful and efficient customer service. Highly recommend.

Visited the shop where the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered online and delivered quickly.

Exact model of camera found with a lens included at a very good price. Ordered online at night with the order confirmed the next morning and camera delivered the morning after. Good service

Placed my order online and received a phone call to confirm my requirements prior to delivery. My order was then delivered to my door by one of the staff members who lived nearby. Can't fault this service from start to finish and would rate it a 10 out of 10!

Having unsuccessfully searched for a Nikon Coolpix B500 camera, I found York Camera Mart online. I ordered said camera from them only to be told they too were out of stock. They said they would be in touch as soon as they got a delivery & when they did, the camera arrived at my address the very next day. I would have no issues in dealing with them again. Highly recommended. 😁👌

York Camera Mart go the extra mile to give you the best possible buying experience. What else could you ask for.

Fabulous service from the get go. Next time I need anything I'll be sure to come to these guys first. Thank you so much :)

What a superb service I received today. My Nikon DSLR started having problems. I thought it was the mirror or the shutter. Took it it for them to look at. At first he thought it was the shutter. Would have meant probably a new body was the best solution. The camera is 10 years old and I didn’t buy it here.
He said to let him try things and after 10 minutes he fixed it!!!! Was probably a mirror problem after all but he fixed it.
He wouldn’t take any money for this brilliant service.
Any time I need a new camera/lens/other accessories I’ll be going here rather than any other retailer including on line retailers. A genuine, honest, professional service. Sorry I didn’t get the guys name, but thank you York Camera Mart!!!

We have dealt with these guys for all our camera needs. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service - even delivered personally to our door to make it in time for a birthday present to be given. Super knowledgeable staff. Thanks for fabulous customer service.
