York Camera Mart Ltd Anmeldelser

York Cameras in my opinion and experience have a fast system in place to handle their sales and delivery which results in next-day delivery. If you live like me in N Ireland that is the exception, and many retailers will not even supply goods. So, thanks to York Cameras I have a camera exactly as described and delivered as fast as possible Top Marks

Excellent communication and customer service. Quality products swiftly delivered. Will certainly use again. Very pleased.

Couldn't have wished for anything more.

Prompt service, good communication, quality goods well packaged for quick delivery.

Many thanks

I received regular email updates about my order. The company was very supportive and keen to ensure that the order was completed efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending York Camera Mart.

Always helpful and knowledgeable when you need help with your Camera and equipment issues.

I recently purchased a used Fuji XT-2 camera body, boxed with all accessories etc. What a lovely camera and in 'excellant' condition as was rated by the store.
After a helpful phone inquiry to the store, the item was dispatched promptly and took less than 24hrs to arrive. Very carefully packaged up too, may I also add.
So my thanks to York Camera Mart, I shall be keeping an eye on them for more goodies to feed my photography obsession.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, who communicate well. Prices no different to the big online retailers.

What a great experience! I had a query relating to a lense so initially called the shop. My query was dealt with in a polite, quick and professional manner. I went ahead and purchased the lense in question. It arrived the next day and was exceptionally well packed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

I rang the shop and spoke to them, they gave honest advice as they could have tried to sell me a more expensive camera.
Excellent.

First time dealing with York Camera Mart and was impressed by the speed of service.
The used camera body was as described and even came with an SD card, a nice touch

After contacting York Camera Mart, I felt that I was given useful information on my inquiry, and therefore made the correct decision on my purchase.
The price was good and the delivery was amazing.
Thanks.

York Camera Mart got me out of trouble on holiday recently! I have got several Canon DSLRs and decided to bring my very old but trusty 5d (original), but in my haste when packing I grabbed the wrong charger and only discovered my daft mistake when I got to the hotel in York. I live in Wilton near Salisbury which is 280-odd miles away so no way to nip home to swap them. So next day I found York Camera Mart online and visited them and was able to get a universal charger which saved the day 😎👍 Very helpful staff member and great service. Many thanks 🙏

Superb service and an excellent product. Would highly recomend.

Good quick ordering process with good communication to get the order together. Delivery was prompt.

I phoned ahead to check that York Camera Mart had stock of the camera I wanted, which they did.
The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and courteous.
The price was better than elsewhere and included delivery. I ordered the camera online and it arrived the next day.
Altogether a great experience. Very happy.

Fantastic customer service from the team at York Camera Mart. Really impressed with the advice, guidance and overall service. I'll happily recommend them to friends, family and colleagues, and have since purchased further items from them following my first order.

Good experience. Prompt posting. Goods were as described.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Rapid reply to my query and fast dispatch. Camera very well packaged and a competitive price.
