Very quick and efficient service. I had a query and when I rang up the staff member was polite and helpful.

Brilliant service, definitely made me feel a valued customer with excellent advice & assistance purchasing a Trail Camera!

Bought a couple of lenses from these guys recently. Transactions were quick and easy and Kieran answered all questions I put to him. Great to see an independent shop still going strong. Long may they continue!

I received the item the following day after purchase. Well wrapped and presented, excellent condition.

Excellent service from Garry - had 2 phone conversations with him and really appreciated his advice. Received my Lumix the following day, very well packaged. Very happy customer

Had what I wanted in store with very prompt delivery

I ordered gift vouchers online but couldn't see how to order for the amount I wanted, or how to personalise (due to my haste). I was delighted when someone called me to ask if I'd like one voucher and if I'd like it personalised.
The gift voucher was of really high quality and arrived the next day!
Excellent service that I was delighted with. Thank you.

The proprietor was quick to respond to a question I had regarding the item. They did so with accurate and helpful information. The item (a vintage Pentax lens) arrived as described and promptly. I tested it as it is a Christmas present from my wife and then when I was happy passed it to her to wrap. Can't wait for Christmas now! Many thanks!

I bought an EOS R7 and wanted the RF adapter which was out of stock. Was advised that it would be due in later that week and requested delivery of both together. Both received as promised. Good price for camera.

Received first class attention in the store and eventually order the product online.

Great Service and very pleased with the correspondence.

Not had lots of time to explore my new camera yet but I love the first uses, I can also give 5 starts to the customer service and promptness of my delivery too.

Had a couple of questions which were answered quickly. Delivery very quick and condition of lens great and as described.

Amazing service and knowledge from a local retailer. I enquired online and quickly received a reply from Kieran. The service from Garry was great and I had my new lens the very same day.

I had been into the shop the week before and the years of knowledge Garry has comes across immediately.

I’ll be buying from these guys again soon!

This shop is one I cannot pass by, with the wonderful range of camera stuff - old and new - in its windows!
Having a problem with my camera I called today for advice. The young male assistant's demeanour was excellent - no pushy salesmanship, just a genuine desire to help. He listened to what I said, asked the right questions, and quickly diagnosed a faulty battery. When I happily bought a new battery from them, he fitted it in the camera - confirming the diagnosis - job done.
It was just so nice to deal with a shop giving proper customer service, not pushy but knowledgeable staff!
