I noticed that you wanted all the glasses in style 1. Please note that this will be more expensive, as these glasses come in a set of 4 (different types), so if you would like them all the same style, there will be extra charge for that as per the listing. Would you be OK with this?
Customer:
That is not clear on the website! At no point on the website does it say it’s a set of 4 DIFFERENT glasses. It only shows 1-4 Labelling the different glasses so you can choose.

HOW TO ORDER:

And at what point in that sentence does it say it cost extra for 4 of the same………..?

If you follow the above instructions, you will see that when you select 1 glass x 4, it’s more expensive than a set of 4

Single glass - $23 * 4 = 92
Set of 4 - $74.75.

The team was awesome to deal with and very accommodating to my very last minute personalised order! The glasses came beautifully and securely packaged (even though I was nervous about the glasses being posted they arrived in perfect condition). Excellent quality engraving and very happy with overall quality of glasses and paddle. Would gladly buy from this company again!

The bed tray is really nice
The bed tray is really nice. We bought it for an upcoming bridal shower, and I love it! The etching on the wood looks great, and the tray looks very sturdy. The whole ordering process was very easy, received updates regularly, and it was delivered within two weeks. Highly recommended!

Item received had very poor engraving…
Item received had very poor engraving and was unreadable when attached to fridge or wall as intended. I contacted the company who then made me take 3 photos which they claimed were not clear even though they were clear when sent and they refused to fix the problem.

As part of our product review process, we kindly requested a clear, close-up photo to better understand the issue. The initial photos provided were unclear due to lighting and distance, which made it difficult for us to properly assess the engraving. We ask for a clear, close-up image to ensure we address any concerns accurately.
However, after reviewing the photos you've sent, even though the background is cluttered and the image is a bit blurry, the engraving text is still clearly legible as "Dean Happy 60th, it’s Beer O’clock," as per your request. Based on this, we are unable to proceed further with the issue as the engraving appears to be correct.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Product looks as advertised but experience was disappointing
I ordered 2 x glassware gifts with custom engraving. I suggest if you want to order, don't expect proofing and don't bother with adding giftwrapping for $10 per item (they don't have the option to combine this)...
The order page on the website suggests proofing can be requested in the 'Artwork instructions' section when you hover over the 'info' icon - but don't bother since apparently it's not part of their standard process so you won't even get the proof before they pack and ship. They say I may receive proofing after they ship the item, but I didn't even get proofing despite requesting it in the artwork instructions + via email after ordering + via email to Graphic designer.
I added the giftwrapping option since I thought I would get proofing as requested and thus wouldn't need to open to check myself before I gifted them. Note that the designer assured me via email that "Our packaging team will take a photo of the order and send it through Tony". Not only did I not get the photo even after I had received the item, the giftwrapping is literally only wrapping paper and a ribbon over a cardboard box sealed with their branding tape... they argue you're paying for labour as well as the wrapping paper and ribbon (which were different lengths and therefore wrapped differently between the 2 gifts. 1 gift had the ribbon crossed and 1 gift only had the ribbon wrapped around the shorter edge. I guess I expected too much in terms of giftwrapping QA...).
Since no photo was received, I didn't want to gift the glassware without checking how it looked, so of course I had to unwrap the paper wrapping paper to check (given that no photo was provided as promised...). As I wasn't satisfied with the wrapping service, I had requested a refund of the giftwrap after explaining what didn't meet expectations and they refused. That's fine and I let it go as it wasn't a money issue but rather the experience. I would suggest to save the $10 per item giftwrapping option and wrap it yourself nicely.

Thanks for the review and purchase, proofing on the order page refers to the design proof prior to manufacturing which was sent to you.
What you were after is a photo of the product prior to shipping which is not our standard process.
When you received the order, you proceeded to unwrap the product through your own will then proceeded to request a refund for the giftwrap. We're sorry we're not able to provide the refund for the gift wrap as it was wrapped as advertised.

Do not use, company are scammers
I purchased 6 luggage tags and passport holders to be printed in gold font as was the option available. Upon receipt of these items the colour was yellow and white and not at all gold as ordered. When I raised this with the company they simple stopped replying and are not interested in rectifying the issue, total waste of money! Never ever use this company they are scammers.

1. You ordered the Luggage Tags and Passport Set with gold ink, and we clearly explained that we use UV printing for the design. UV printing results in a finish that can appear either yellow or gold, depending on the material and the printing process. This was outlined in the product description, and we made sure to communicate this in our conversations with you.
When you shared a photo of a similar product that you had purchased elsewhere, we noted that it used a completely different technique called gold foil embossing. This technique differs significantly from UV printing, so it is not reasonable to expect the same results.
2. We want to emphasize that you were not left at a loss. We understand that the final result didn’t meet your expectations, and we made every effort to explain the difference in printing techniques. Despite the clear explanations, we were surprised by the negative claims, especially after you were refunded in full and still received the product, which is more than we are required to do.
We genuinely value all of our customers and strive to maintain a positive relationship with everyone who purchases from us. It’s disheartening to be labeled unfairly, especially when we made every effort to address your concerns.

Advertising Mistake (scam?), lack of customer service
I went to purchase some goods online and found they had advertised some deals, when i clicked further into the deals i noticed that these 'advertised' deals were not factual and false advertising. I contacted them directly for further assistance regarding as i thought maybe I just couldn't find the specials. Over 30 minutes later they responded stating that all the pricing was correct, and now they have changed all the advertising on the online website, i understand mistakes happen, but to then completely just pretend nothing happened and no apology or stating that have made a mistake...
Worse customer service experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this company as if they can't even own up to a small mistake, I can't imagine how they would react if something was to happen to a paying customer if something went wrong with your order. There's a lot of other online shops like this one, but they have actual customer service.

Poor customer service
I ordered a 2 layer name sign from them which was terrific. The communication with the designer was excellent, the price was the lowest on the market, and the sign arrived looking terrific.
Unfortunately, I also ordered a "Custom Made Personalised 3D Wooden Growth Chart - Ruler" which left a lot of room to be desired. The wood is really thin and the lasered lines and numbers were burnt and not crisp/sharp. We were particularly disappointed because it cost so much more than the two layer name.
We counted it as a loss, until Yoonek emailed asking for a review, so we left a review and aired our concern. They didn't publish the review. We wrote a second honest review and they also didn't post it. We reached out to Yoonek customer service about the issue and they have not replied (its been two weeks as of writing this).
Just a warning that some items might be really great and some a waste of money. And not to expect communication. Order with caution.

Thank you for your reviews, reviews on our website are posted after 14 days. Which is why you didn't see it posted immediately. We are glad that the acrylic sign met your expectations. Regarding the growth chart, the size of the wood was in the listing description so there shouldn't have been any surprises regarding the thickness of the piece when you received it.
Unfortunately the colour you picked was prone to bleeding and this was well explained in the description which unfortunately was also missed during the purchase process.
