Saw the beautiful engraved glasses online and decided to order a custom one for my partner for xmas. I sent the image- a picture of a vintage motorbike and was told that "they reviewed my image and it would come out beautifully".
Received the glass and honestly it was a very amateur effort - the engraving was blotchy, lines were fuzzy and overall it was really poorly done. I expressed my disappointment and was told basically too bad, no refunds on a custom job. Overall it was a waste of money and I can't give it as a gift to anyone as it's that poor. I would upload photos here so people could be aware of what they are purchasing but doesn't look like anywhere to attach pics.
Disappointing result and customer service is great until you have a problem

I've ordered from Yoonek Gifts multiple times. The items are in great quality and hot delivered to me fast as safe. A key thing to note is the customer service: it's top-notch! I've requested for custom designs in the past and the owner helped me get the best outcome. Would recommend to anyone!

It looked great, just like the photos on the website. The design came out just like I sent it, including the logo. It looked great on the glasses and coasters.

I also needed the parcel urgently and only had a short amount of time, but they did it for me so fast and sent it off for delivery so I was able to get it in time, which was great!

I had the most incredible experience with Yoonek. I was looking for a sign for my business and was changing the design of the wedding sign. The team were amazing in helping me, I had changes to the design and it was done straight away. It was also shipped quickly, packed safely and it's just beautiful! I love it! Thank you so much!

From the moment I made my order with Yoonek, I experienced great customer service. I ordered the golf cooler bag and can holder. Emmi the graphic designer sent me the art work before finalising and it was just as I asked for.
I also paid for 2 shipping costs as I placed the order for the can holder straight after the cooler bag, and again the amazing customer service from Emmi, meant I got refund for the second shipping cost within minutes of enquiring.
All in all amazing customer service and the bag and can holder look great.

Where do I begin?!?! I had something VERY specific in mind for a matching gift with my sister and couldn’t find anyone who would accomodate that for me - this is where Yoonek stepped in! Navigating their website was so easy, customising the products was also the most amazing experience even with ensuring my design would work for them. The staff were amazing with prompt responses and I received my products quickly. When they arrived they were even better than I could imagine. Will absolutely be back for future gifting and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience and high quality products! Thank you again!

The product itself was quite charming - I got the enamel plates with custom text, and the design looked just like the preview. However, the shipping took almost three weeks, even though I'm in Australia. I reached out midway to ask for an update and got a friendly reply, but no tracking number until much later. so while the item is cute and well-made, the delay dampened the excitement. Could be great with better logistics.

Great products, excellent communication and speedy delivery.
I can't remember the exact date of the delivery, but it was shortly after the order.
The engraving is beautiful and they did a great job based on the scrawl I sent them.

The engraved cerealbowls are simply lovely! Yoonek gifts is very easy to communicate with. Without their fault our package was held up at Dutch customs for weeks. When it finally arrived they had already given us a full refund and didn’t want us to pay again. Hats off to them!

Capital One is a business not a charity. Your a "business" as well, so you should know they wouldn't just give me a refund out "of their own pocket." Your tone shows your ignorance. You're also extremely rude and unprofessional, but of course its that way because your business lost this Capital One Dispute Case. If I were you, I would take this as a hard lesson learned and enroll in some master classes for professionalism. :)

■ Capital One had to step in and force this seller to give me my refund.

■ The quality of the plate they sent is inferior and not as advertised. The product I received had many issues, the most important one being a large hole / chip on the inner back of the plate that continued to easily chip off white colored glass pieces. I have photos of this.

■ Other issues I encountered is that the font can be scratched off, literally. With my nails I can make the font chip off with little effort. How is this plate safe to eat on?

■ Lastly, read all reviews and look at any reviewer photos before blindly purchasing (like I did)! Just because their rating jumped from a 2.7 -- what their rating was when I left my first review in March 2025 -- to a 4.3 -- what it is currently, September 2025 -- doesn't mean they are necessarily good sellers.

There are other, more mainstream sites to go to for your customization needs. Supporting small businesses is nice, until you deal with a nightmare of a seller like this. Pride got in their way of them giving me my refund, and pride will continue to get in their way until they decide to operate like the professionals they think they are.

Now that the dispute is over, I feel safe throwing this item in the trash, where it belongs :)

You made a gorgeous wedding gift for my Godson to use on the day with his groomsmen and parents.
It was perfect way to send him off to married life and it is also a lifelong keepsake for him and his new bride.
I was absolutely impressed with the prompt customer service and how quickly it was turned around and delivered (along with the other items I had made by you). I was grateful for the replacement glass as one was cracked on arrival.

Honest review - poor quality beer glasses, poor quality engraving. Basically cheap.
Had broken glass. Did offer replacement but would not refund full set as asked when I was unhappy with quality.
Rude and argumentative owner when questioned. As you will see to the responses on this page and probably to my review. Wish I read these reviews better before buying! Don’t wast your money!

Bought this beautiful board as a housewarming gift for a friend. They absolutely love it. We used the gift wrapping service also as they live up the coast and it arrived beautifully wrapped (better than I would have done so myself). Highly recommend this product.

I purchased the black champagne bucket & 3 wine glasses, for my daughter's graduation. We were blown away how incredibly beautiful they were. The design exceeded my expectation and staff kept me informed the whole time, which was awesome customer service. Thank you so much!
