Authentic Pokemon product - Great customer care
Pre ordered a new Pokemon set, authentic and legitimate company that provide fast and pleasant customer service when needed. My order was delayed (out of their control) but they were excellent when dealing with my product. Arrived via express delivery after they had upgraded it for the inconvenience. Will be returning. Even better, I pulled Rarity from my blind box, which is exactly who I was hoping for!! The packaging was super cute, and they also included a character card and a few stickers which was such a nice touch.
