I ordered the item at the end of August 2026, and confirmed the design 5 weeks ago. Since then I have emailed Yoonek 3 times to find out when delivery would be. Unfortunately they were not able to provide any timeframes for delivery, and it has been over 5 weeks since the order has been made. This delay should be clearly communicated on your website to manage customer expectations better.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience from Yoonek! I ordered a custom handkerchief as an anniversary gift for my husband, and the design I submitted was quite detailed and a little tricky but they absolutely nailed it, it turned out better than I imagined!

Hailey was also amazing throughout the whole process. She was so helpful, friendly and quick to respond which made the whole experience so easy and reassuring.

You can really tell they care about getting the little details right, especially with something so personal and sentimental. I’m so impressed with the quality and how beautifully they brought my design to life. I would absolutely order from Yoonek again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They worked with me to perfect my custom design. Their system for approving the design is quick and simple with clear communication. The gift arrived faster than expected. My friend loved her gift, she said it was amazing.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! Tony sells the worst quality products with absolutely terrible personalisation, takes no responsibility for the awful quality of products he delivers and has an absolutely stinking attitude when messaged about the dire quality of his products. Just look at his responses to other poor reviews here and you'll see the kind of idiocy you deal with with this seller. I ordered a personalised pouch, received image confirmation of the font I would like, waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Messaged Tony who replied with a copy and pasted reply to another customer (probably querying the terrible service) using THEIR NAME. He couldn't even change the name on a customer reply before sending it on to another customer, it's laughable. Eventually received my order and it's as pathetic as the customer service. Threads hanging out, alignment all over the place, the absolute cheapest material you could get. I messaged Tony showing photos and he replied that he couldn't see anything wrong with it at first, then when I persisted he said it was a 'one thread in ten thousand error' with the sewing, meriting a $2 refund, then he claimed it was my fault and that I must've been pulling the threads when I opened the package. Amazing customer service no? Etsy got involved as they saw Tony's infantile responses to my messages having raised a case for refund and confirmed that of course I am due a refund as the quality of the product and 'customer service' I received is appalling, and issued it. Tony then messaged saying that Etsy did this to 'keep the buyer happy' whilst not actually taking money from the seller. Talk about pathetic! Save your money and your time and order better quality products from elsewhere, this shop is an embarrassment with an absolutely pathetic owner to deal with that doesn't deserve the business.

I ordered a personalised Lazy Susan from Yoonek and I am absolutely in love with it. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the size is perfect, and it looks so elegant.

The service was just as impressive. Hailey was incredibly quick, sweet, and so helpful over email — she didn’t hesitate for a moment to assist me. The team sent me the draft of my personalised design very quickly, and my order arrived sooner than expected. Hailey and the team even went out of their way to help me with a second order on an urgent basis, and I received that one right on time too

I’m so happy with both the product and the service that I’ve decided to gift all my friends their own personalised Lazy Susan.

I highly recommend Yoonek for all your gifting ideas, especially if you want something personalised. Their artwork is lovely, and I’m sure your friends and family will adore their gifts just as much as I do.

Poor Quality Glass Engraving, do not use this company, they created the artwork, then provided a blotchy fuzzy image on the glass and told me bad luck. !

I was disappointed to receive a custom product that was printed off centre. The variance is 1cm in one direction and 2cm in the other. This is considered acceptable due to their manual printing process. I received one reply dismissing my concerns and telling me I should be happy with a custom product and then ignored. Be warned, for anyone who has attention to detail I would not recommend this product. Otherwise the quality and packing was good. Just no guarantee of a centred print.

For further information, I left a review (after being prompted multiple times) directly on their webpage, which surprise surprise was never published.

i have to write again another review regarding the parcel that you said it was waiting at the post office while I have written my full address to be delivered directly to my house, The whole time I was following the tracking number that you sent me that is not changing location at all.You said it was delivered to my house and that no one is at home, I have proof that my partner was at home during that week and we were recieving another parcels right at our door, Ive been monitoring your tracking number and I have proof that its status didnt change and has always been still in transit! You only love to collect money with the very poor service and very unprofessional company you provide! look like you love to scam people. Dont twist the story that I didnt reply to the email, I did reply that I refused to pay extra money and that if you dont send it to me you have to return my money and it is at your side who didnt reply. What a shame an order placed in january and it is now May still nothing. Avoid this company at all cost! Beter buy another gifts for your loved ones from another company! Never again!!

I ordered a memory box for my daughter for her birthday and when it arrived the latch was broken, there was a split in the top, the engraving was so shallow in parts you couldn't see the design and the top was a weird yellow colour. When I wrote to them I received a rude reply from Hailey in customer service who said they would replace it only due to the split in the box. I received the new box which was still yellow and wrote back to ask a question and have never received a reply. The box material is very cheap, thin and raw. I have had to sand it to stop splinters and stain it to hide the yellow top. For an expensive gift it is very poor and disappointing.

The frame quality was very poor. The wood on the picture side was rough, unfinished, splintered, and there was visible glue on one corner. The writing was obscured by the roughness of the wood. I had to sand it back myself to make it look less rough before I provided it as a gift to my partner.
Finally, the photo cover was low quality Perspex, scratched in places, roughly cut to size. It should have been glass for the price of this frame.
There has been no response to two emails following up on this issue from Yoonek.
Their gaslighting response from a couple of days ago suggesting that this review is not genuine is also completely unhelpful. They have never responded to my emails for assistance and I have had to spend my time and money on making the frame right. Do not trust these guys!

Absolutely amazing, I put my order through only a couple days ago and it has already been delivered. The staff were absolutely amazing and kind and gave me an update as to what personalisation I wanted.
I ordered a terracotta pot with personalisation on it it arrived in one piece as there was so much bubble wrap ( love that they handled with care )

Great communication, super fast service, products exactly as advertised. Second time ordering from Yoonek Gifts and both times have experienced exceptional service and loved the products. Will definitely use again.

Amazing company, immediately emailed me to confirm personalised design. I made 4 separate alteration requests, the graphic designer replied to each request with the design changes. Within MINUTES, and kept working on it until I was happy. That extra effort is rare these days. I don’t even write reviews lol, and no I don’t know this company personally, but, credit where it’s due. Thanks guys 10/10

Really appreciate the timely delivery despite the tight timeline. Responses were quick, and the suggested alternatives made things a lot easier.

Very disappointed with both the product and customer service.
The item arrived faulty — the wood was completely unsealed and chipped all over. It was so rough that my child actually got a splinter just from picking the frame up out of the envelope, which is completely unacceptable for a product intended for families.

Customer service was just as poor. I received one brief response attempting to dismiss the issue and avoid responsibility, and since then I have had no response at all despite sending over five follow-up emails across more than a month.

Poor quality, unsafe finish, and extremely disappointing after-sales service. I would not recommend based on this experience.
