Absolutely excellent customer service
Absolutely excellent customer service. They replaced a pair of Hestra Ski gloves with no fuss over a year after purchase when the stitching came apart on only the second week of use. Fast delivery and great to deal with.
Will definitely buy from them again in the future

Sent defective item and would not refund. They offered 10% off to compensate but it will require a tailor that will cost more. Very frustrated by a lack of enthusiasm around solving my issue!

Ordered some Clarks x Ronnie Fieg from these guys. Managed to get a cheeky discount with them, so a Great price. They also arrived within 2 days of ordering.
I love the fact they use Royal Mail as opposed to Evri or a cheaper courier. I always find them very reliable!
Highly recommend.

Made my first order from Yard Store and I’m super impressed by the customer service straight away.
One of the items online was out of stock so one of the staff called to see if I could pick a different colour rather than leave the order short.
Much appreciated and will be shopping with them again soon.
