Excellent quality and value for money
I hadn't used or heard of Palome before and found them because they had the perfect pair of shorts I'd been looking for. The experience exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the price for such a good quality item and the price was what made me choose Palome over brands I know well.
I even got a surprise gift with my order like from Sezane. I absolutely recommend and will probably use Palome again very soon!

I ordered jeans
I ordered jeans, they arrived in time but I was charged £5.99 delivery when they state over £50.00 it's free, my jeans £70.00.
They don't fit so I requested a refund and j got a printable label which I can't print, they do say they have both??
I have emailed this company at least five times with absolutely no reply??
This is beyond frustrating, but also it makes me think it's a total scam!!!!
No replies, no anything ????
So, still waiting. I will contact official places now.

We’d like to reassure you that we have been responding to your emails and supporting you throughout. Your request for a QR code was received in the evening and a Royal Mail QR code was sent the following morning so you could return your item without needing a printer.
Regarding delivery, free shipping is available on orders over £120. The message you saw at checkout referred to the remaining amount needed to reach this threshold, which may have caused some confusion and we completely understand how this can be misread.

My daughter introduced me to Palome (and treated me to one of your beautiful silk scarves for Mother's Day, which has already received so many compliments). I recently bought your navy and white striped cashmere jumper. It's a lovely soft cashmere, nicer than many more expensive jumpers, and as other reviewers have commented, arrived beautifully packed. Voltaire blazer - gorgeous
Ordered the Voltaire blazer, been looking for a blazer to pair with jeans for smart casual look, but then also wanted to wear with dresses for evening look.

I just received a grey cashmere cardigan. It's gorgeous. Really good quality cashmere and beautifully made. Lovely product, poor delivery service
I placed my second order for a cashmere hoodie recently. It arrived on Friday but unfortunately Royal Mail delivered it to a completely different house number and left it outside in the pouring rain. I had to walk down my road to locate it. When I found it the box was soaked through. The tissue paper was wet and the hoodie was damp. I know this is completely outside of Palome's control but I contacted the company to let them know what had happened and my email hasn't been acknowledged or replied to which I find really disappointing. I have scored higher as I like the product. It is a shame as I can see that care has gone into packaging it up.

Sevigny Blazer and Danube Cashmere sweater
The Sevigny Blazer is a beautifully cut piece made of beautiful fabric. I bought it to replace a navy jacket bought at a similar price point from a well-known brand a few years ago. The Palome product is far superior. I also bought a lovely Danube cashmere sweater which drapes softly. My order (my first) was delivered quickly and arrived in a stylish box with the clothes wrapped in lightly scented tissue paper. It felt such a treat. I love the concept behind Palome and their pricing transparency - I will definitely be buying again.
