I needed a copy of my P60 quite…
I needed a copy of my P60 quite quickly. XPS has created a system earlier this year for service users to access information on line.
I phoned and the representative was able to talk me through what is quite a laborious system. I suppose the difficulty in accessing it is necessary to deter hackers. The staff made up for the excessive safety measures by their supportive and patient attitude.

During the lead up to retirement XPS were shocking; but it was understandable due to limited staff and the amount of work they need to get through.
I needed to call them today for a query causing me some concern.
Karen introduced herself and was helpful and thorough throughout the call while also being pleasant, friendly, cheerful and very patient with me. She is a credit to the company.

I think I spoke to Mandy. I explained my situation and concern about the retirement options figures, she clarified that the figures have already been reduced as I am taking retirement before age 60 and that the figures listed are the actual figures and won’t be reduced further. We also went through the next stages and the documentation I need to return. Thank you
