The company actually called me to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to a better drum forthe same price. It was shipped in three days and on its way.

I placed an order with X8 drums for a birthday gift for my son. A little while later a customer service representative both called and emailed me to let me know the item was backordered. While speaking with him He gave me many different options and also informed me that he had already done research and shopped around to try to find the same item at a different company for about the same price which I thought was incredible that he would do that. I decided to wait for the item I had originally purchased since the price was already great and I had already done some research. I will definitely shop with them again based on the customer service that I received in purchasing this item.

X8 drums is awesome! They called to let me know the Djembe rope I ordered was out and to make it right they upgraded me without adding the extra cost of the upgraded Djembe rope. Customer service like no other. Great job guys!
