Came in with a stuck slide out pulled us in right away no appointment got it unstuck and fixed.

The last RV I lived in I paid cash for and knew what I bought was my responsibility. It was way older but it was mine. Tried to live in apartments. Not for me! Buying my current RV, there was just a lot that I didn’t ask as I didn’t foresee things. First, my refrigerator. I saw there was ice making…Awesome! Nothing this fancy in my other one. They moved it. There were a lot of questions I had after moving. I locked my keys in the thing! Forgot about that I was to be careful on the lock which there was also no reminder for me of such. I had a massive water leak later. I had to pay 120.00 for the RV guy to replace a line that was so old it cracked. Even after that line was replaced and I replaced the water filter…still no ice. They will not send anyone here. They said I had to move this fridge and haul it to them in Sweetwater. I just quit calling them. There are more questions I have. Oh well. I do love my RV and Brad worked hard to get me financed. I guess my complaint overall is, as a woman, trying to take care of an 87 year old father, moving all of my stuff from a huge apartment and then not having this RV to make ice and not understanding the jacks and I think I have an underskirt…got that out not sure how to put it on…there is just…I feel like when you sell an RV that should not be all there is. But you know, I bought a Toyota Hybrid in January from Lithia and the salesman was like you will know everything about this car once you come pick it up! I was not even sure if when it ran out of gas…will it run totally off the batter? I sat at a gas pump googling info. I still don’t know all the programming stuff and gadgets. I am sorry but I lost my son 10 years ago and I also lost my life too. I didn’t get out…I would have probably learned more if I were in an actual prison. At least I would have had some info from the outside! lol I am sick of men or just anyone you buy stuff from, you pay monthly for, you give someone else your hard earned money to give you something of value and beyond, like ensuring you are taken care of. I buy more than just products or stuff…I pay your salary.

Bought our new Sierra 3800RK over the phone and text while living in Colorado. The process was seamless and painless. Brad in sales was very helpful. Grant the owner is very personable and fully involved in the process. Customer satisfaction is high on their priority list and it is appreciated. Matt in service has gone above and beyond to assist with some warranty work and finished ahead of schedule so we could pick up early. We highly recommend this dealership for your RV purchase/service. We needed to buy a RV in a short period of time for my daughter, Rodney made it an easy experience. We had no idea what we were doing and he helped through every step of the process. Jimmy Laymam didn’t write the review. I do not know how you got his name. This is Caron Hause. I purchased the rv and was lied to about a warranty. This rv has been the worst by far of any rv I have owned. Like I said once you sign the dotted line, this company is done with the customer service.

Update: Received my RV back from Family RV. Hopefully all the repairs have been addressed and fixed.
A Pleasent Experience

Dealership displays poor management and a take your money and run mentality. Horrible customer service. No Follow up after the purchase. The associate that delivered the RV arrived 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I needed a 20ft hose which I had to purchase at the local rv service center in town which cost me 60 dollars plus he locked the RV Key in the RV and had to enter the RV by crawling through the storage compartment in the bunk house. Fridge didn’t work..trying to get that fixed has been a nightmare even with a warranty. Dealership needs to stand behind the product better. Absolutely awful experience. Will never go back

While I have never visited Family RV, they will be a company I keep in mind for future purchased. As I was heading south to Talladega, I ran across their transport driver. The day was windy and challenging. He told me about Family RV and seemed truly proud to be a part of the business. Before leaving he prayed for safety over my trip. As I now am driving south, he and his words continue to somehow give me comfort with this trip. It is refreshing in this day and age to find someone is proud of their workplace and proud to be a Christian. Keep up the good work and good hiring practices Family RV.

If I could give -5 Stars I would!! I *WISH* I had've read the review below before buying here!! I just bought a 2018 Dutchmen Kodiak (1 of 3 currently in the nation that I could find) and BOY, although the Trailer is just what I imagined, Family RV Center is anything but. Their only saving grace is the salesman, Rodney Rogers; he was kind enough to give me some new sewage hoses, a new water pressure regulator, and other very useful items with a Starter RV Kit and took his time to go over everything with me, nearly thrice!!; everything else is GOD AWFUL. To date, here are the issues they left me with (and this is after them inspecting the Trailer, not once, but TWICE):

- No Electric Brakes!! Issue was a *CUT* electric brake wire INSIDE THE TRAILER PLUG (spliced in a new wire, replaced plug)
- a tire that was BALD on inside tread, and uneven tread throughout!
- *ALL* tires underinflated (lowest was 49/65 PSI!!), and one side of the trailer MORE underinflated than the other!!!
- a trailer pumped full of sulfur water in every tank that took nearly 2 weeks to flush out! (was told this was due to another town's water supply)
- *ALL* 4 tires **UNDERWEIGHT** Rating for the Trailer's GVWR!!!!!!
- a *SPARE* Tire that (while brand new on a brand new rim) was
a. TOO BIG FOR THE OTHER TRAILER TIRES (225/70 vs 205/75)
b. ON THE WRONG RIM FOR THE TRAILER AXLE AND HUB!!! (rim was 6-lug, trailer is 5-lug!!!)
- a missing gas shock on trailer "front" door; door just swings out and hits the trailer!!!
- lower dinette drawer mount screws blown out.. drawers useless

and to top it all off, the RV Tech installed my Fastway e2 brackets (for my weight distribution hitch) **UPSIDE DOWN** (correct orientation is bolts up for a top-mounted coupler, he installed for bottom-mounted). I had to pull over and fix it myself (Thank God I had my tools!!) in a TX Heatwave!! Nearly passed out!! It stressed my truck out and nearly overheated it!!!
I ended up buying all (5!) new tires, while on a road trip, (and a new spare rim!!); cost me $803.95!

Besides the note about Rodney, the only other positives I have to add are that they gave me a Military Discount on my purchase, worked with me to hold the trailer because I was deployed at the time and having difficulty getting financing (due to my location, not credit!!!), and when my awning wouldnt retract, the Tech answered an off-duty call and walked me through potential fixes (it was a pinched wire that I zip-tied out of the way).

OVERALL, however... Take my advice. Buy from Family RV Center... IF YOU DONT VALUE YOUR OWN LIFE.

I wanted to get a camper that fit my family better. Drake Brown was the MAN! He did all the leg work and got me in what I needed! Awesome service and sales team.

Called before I left on 2 hour drive, spoke with Zach, told him what we where looking for, on our way he sent text of options they had, upon arrival he was super helpful. My son purchased his first camper! Was a all day deal doing finance and preparing camper, but Zach was there thru the whole thing and stayed to the end to even walk us thru the camper and all the functions. Just want to say Thank You sir for making us feel like a true customer!! We will refer more friends your way. Also would like to thank the service crew for cleaning and checking the camper out before us taking ownership.

A few weeks ago I was in touch with Rodney regarding the cost to ship a travel trailer to California. It was not an option, way too expensive.
Fortunately he followed up with a message that he had a trailer that he thought might meet our needs in Sweetwater. He kindly did a Facetime tour of the coach and we put a deposit on it to hold it til we could get there; we had driven from Southern California to east Texas to find a coach to replace ours lost in a fire. Unsuccessful at finding what we wanted, we started home a day early to be able to take a day to get to Sweetwater and look at the coach Rodney showed us. So on our way home, we stopped, met Rodney, saw the coach, and even got to test tow it. It was just right. Rodney was not pushy, professional and seems to really care about what we wanted. He was easy to work with and was generous with things we needed to now tow home a travel trailer 1500 miles. We had nothing with us to camp. But he helped out a lot. Buying from Rodney was easy and fun. We await the title so we can suffer the consequences California will apply for buying our of state and "importing to California" Thank you Rodney for your help. We love it!

Sales folks were amazing. When the brake switch was installed by their service team, they damaged my truck. During the installation my cruise control, back-up camera, dashboard lights, and stereo system quit working. The Family RV service dept. told me that if I took it to Toyota Cert. Service and paid for a diagnosis, they would pay for the damage they did. I attained the diagnosis, gave it to the service dept. at Family RV, and they began the backpedaling. It has now been three months since the diagnosis, and they still haven't paid for the damage they did. I am out $2,800 because of them, and their owner won't return my emails. Stay away from this shady company!!!!

My family had an amazing experience with every employee at Family RV Center! But Rhylon Glass went above and beyond every step of the way! My 7 year old left saying "This is the best camper place in the world!"

I went to Family RV Center just to look. I thought I already knew the brand I wanted and Family RV did not carry it. I looked at the Crossroads Sunset and really liked it but went to El Paso to see the camper I thought I wanted. I found myself coming right back for the Sunset.
Rodney Rodgers was the salesman who showed me the camper initially and sold me the camper when I came back. He is new at Family RV and wasn’t afraid to say what he did and didn’t know. He acted like a human being and not a hard core salesman who was only interested in making the deal. He took his time, answered my questions and showed me several units. He even sat with me in the recliners so I could see that they faced the TV and fireplace just like I wanted them to.
The next step was the sales department. I really liked that no one from the finance area ever came to see me. They just did their job as I produced the necessary information for Rodney who was there every step of the way.
I met Matt who thoroughly explained the excellent warranty and assured me it would be honored
I met Albert from the maintenance department who explained how any repair needs and questions would be quickly addressed and resolved. I have had to call a few times and he has been true to his word.
Again, I never met anyone from the finance department. They just did their job and wound up getting me a loan with the same company I had used for my previous RV. I feel I was given great trade in value for my old camper, a good interest rate and excellent terms.
I would recommend Family RV to anyone and highly recommend Rodney who is on his way to becoming one of their best salesmen ever.

We have been looking for a toy hauler for months. After being disappointed more than once with other dealers, I can’t even begin to describe how great our experience with Family RV was. Rodney Rodgers took the time and had patience for all the questions we asked. We knew exactly what we wanted and had to have and they sure did deliver. He was a perfect salesman for us. The unit we bought was used but Grant and Rodney spent well over an hour and a half going over every inch of the unit to make sure we knew and understood the features and operations before we left. They have definitely earned a customer for life with us.

Chris at Family RV Center went well above and beyond to make sure our new R-Pod made it safely into our hands. Long story short we were on a 1,600 mile road trip to pick up our R-Pod and then camp on the way home. We didn't make it to TX as our timing was a bit off and got caught in the great freeze of 2021 and managed to kiss a back of a big rig. While our Jeep was being repaired Chris made all the arrangements to have the trailer delivered to us at the hotel. Once the Jeep was repaired we hooked up and had a nice safe return trip home. Also we found a nice care package of trailer goodies had been included to help with our trip. Family RV Center is an awesome place with todo business.

We just purchased a 2020 Alpine 3850RD and we couldn't be more happy. Chris Lambrecht took exceptional care of us and made us feel very comfortable. As the name says, you do feel like part of the family at Family RV.
