I am new to drumming and had many questions. I received excellent service from a person who took the time to explain the different types of drums and answered all of my questions. I was very surprised that delivery to Alaska took only 3 days! I am now the happy owner of a beautiful
Tribal Mask Bougarabou. The deep sound is exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered the drum and paid another 10 dollars to get it sooner then I opened it up and the drum head was ripped. I was very upset to see this. we contacted customer support and they shipped us a brand new drum and let us keep the old one. I was very pleased to have this handled in such a nice way.

if you want to become a great drummer, it´s a must having a look on this site. The videos are simple to follow and at the end you will be happy :-)

X8 drums has a website with good user navigation. It's very easy to find what I wanted as items are categorised nicely. They have a wide range of products and I am spoilt for choice! Overall I am satisfied with x8.

Just ordered drums but I switched delivery address and your rep. was the best !!!!!! Can't wait to make a bozo out of myself learning, but told my youngest son (27yrs) I will be the next Jimmy Hendricks on BONGOS. He doesn't know who Jimmy is. I am getting old(57)-sad. Thank you, Jon.

The web site is very easy to navigate and search through the excellent products, prices and inventory. I am a appreciative repeat customer and I've not been disappointed with any of my transactions. I like the drums

I ordered one specific brand on dun sticks but they were no longer in inventory. A friendly customer service representative called and asked if I was okay with receiving comparable sticks from a different company. I said that was fine and that was that. I appreciated the friendly and human touch of the phone call.

I just got my djembe on Friday right before I had to leave for work. After waiting a whole week to get my drum, I was so very excited that I said the unthinkable; I told my family that I would kiss the UPS guy just because he was bringing me my djembe (though, I saved him the embarrassment and just said "Thank you!"). It was like Christmas had come early...and on Halloween nonetheless! I am super excited for the future of my djembe and me; I already have plans for where we can wow people and just introduce these little gems to others! I love the sound the drum makes and the beautiful workmanship on the body (I got the Celtic design), and the carrying case I bought along with the drum. I loved X8 Drums' customer service as they helped me with a little hiccup when I was trying to order my djembe, and the helpful information that steered me in the right direction in getting my first ever djembe! I would reccomend X8 Drums to anyone who is looking for a djembe (I have a very jealous sister and future brother-in-law) and will wholeheartedly send them that way!

x8drums took my payment but, never shipped my item and completely ignored my inquires. I had to pursue a refund, and finally got a response with excellent and professional customer service.

Otherwise, if i would have reached on your site on my own, then i doubt, i would buy product from your site.

I think something need to be done to make it customer friendly and providing specific details about products, in order to make them enable to take their decision with confidence.

X drums is reliable and it has the best offers you can find. I always enjoy scrolling through X drums merchandise because there is just so much to be intrigued by. Also, not mentioning again the amazing prices! Unfortunately I do not live in America, I have to pay for shipping charges, which might be abit costly, but the quality and satisfaction of the packing and how they send the product is impeccable! I will always use X drums online shop to get my stuffs and you should too.

Good selection and a good price

I had been researching the djembe for a few months, and X8 Drums provided the most thorough and helpful information. I am very impressed that their videos even helped me to decide which size drum was appropriate. Keep up the great service!

Ordered and paid for a download of x8Drums' clave lessons. Never received the download. Sent an email received by a Jose. He responds telling me to check my spam. I do that and still no download. I send Jose another email after he tells me he can have someone resend a download link. Have never heard back and have nothing from x8Drums for my payment.

Let's face it...online ordering is a crapshoot, especially something as personal as your ax or an accessory for it because you're buying sight unseen. What I like about X8 is they provide you with a HQ audio & video so you can actually compare products. They also keep you informed of your order status every step of the way. A site for drummers built and staffed by drummers...i'ts all good !
