The fellow that answered my call. If I my memory serves me right, I believe his name was Art. He was very polite and knowledgeable. X8drums was able to provide me with courteous service, on gear that was virtually impossible to find. I will surely call on these folks again.

when I sent in my order for a set of three Dun-duns, I received a phone call the next day from X8drums. The person filling my order went over the order with me, explaining that the stands I ordered would not fit the drums. After a helpful conversation, I changed my order to eliminate the stands. This will save me a hassle later when the drums do arrive. With this kind of relationship X8drums has with their customers, I can trust that the order will be filled correctly and conscientiously. In this consumer world, it's nice to be treated fairly and in a face-to-face way.

Well organized website. My opinion is to view more images from different angles even from the inside.

I was very impressed with the selection and different types items you sell I was looking particularly for a djembe for my son and had no clue to what I was looking for but your site made it very easy with lots of information provided. When I placed my order I was informed right away that the one I chose was on backorder but was offered a different color which I liked better I will definetly refer my friends to your site.

I love you guys. I always get what I need quicker than I can go locally to have it ordered. I've had to previously speak with someone & the staff is crazy helpful. I'm going to always rely on X8 for all of my drum bits & pieces!

I purchased a back strap and it was a great buy! Other straps are at least twice as expensive, but so far this one seems to fit and adjust pretty well. I would recommend buying from these guys again.

I'm someone who knows nothing about drums but my boyfriend kept asking for one for Christmas. He had one a few years back but I'm not sure what happened to it. So I went into this very blind. After watching some videos one the website about what size is right for a person I felt a little better about it and I found a beautiful one! If I reme right I order it one Monday and it was already here by Wednesday! Amazing!!!! You guys are amazing!

I ordered two djembes for my sons as Christmas gifts. One of the items was backordered, so I got a call from X8 discussing my options. The representative who called me was warm and friendly. I felt reassured and cared for as a customer. There are real people on the other end of this transaction!

I ordered my item late Tuesday night and got it Thursday afternoon. Didn't even have time to figure out where to hide the item for Christmas before it shows up.

I'm brand new to a drum circle,in Florida. I didn't know what or how to buy one. Watch all your viteos,very helpful..I thought I ordered the right size but didn't. So reread mesurements before buying. But the one I recieved is perfect for beginners. I'm glad now I made the mistake on size. When I get better I wil order my next one from 8X drums.

i had been searching for a Cajon for a very long time. Seems like everyone is making one. X8 had the biggest selection and video of most of the canons for evaluation. Shipping was very fast and free. I am a percussionist and drummer playing in a variety of situations.

The website has a great variety of products, it's very nice that they have both products from large companies and their own. The prices are very good, there's not much they can do about the prices of other companie's products, but they're products have an amazing value, especially of you buy yours out of the "scratch 'n dent" section; I've bought a professional djembe for a lot cheaper than it was just because of a poped head (and they sent a free head with it).

I would shop at x8 drums to satisfy all of my instrument needs. They have an extensive collection of merchandise for an affordable price.

Product was what I expected. Fast shipping. Would order from x8drums again.

I ordered a downloadable tutorial "how to play nhemamusasa on mbira" I was super excited to find it and for so cheap. I received the email and proceeded to download it. I was unable to download it at all in my I phone and when I tried to download it to my computer it sent me to some other web sight called whista ( or something like that), made me start an account with them and after all that still no sign of my video.
I then sent a message to x8 about this and still have yet to receive a reply.
Sooo I am kinda bummed! I did how ever find a FREE video on you tube so I don't even need it any more. Wouldn't mind my $4 back....
