First time using X8 Drums. I am novice drummer. Just bought a small Djembe and the drum backpack case I ordered was perfect. Love it!

Great experience. Full disclosure - I haven't received the order yet but Art played the shells for me over the phone and understood my needs. Seems like a Sweetwater that specializes in drums. Too cool!

The drums were affordable and attractive and there are so many choices. Whenever I had a question there was a real person answering the phone to give me an answer which is great when most companies use automated systems. The people are nice.

Although the site was user friendly it did not indicate international shipping rates and after placing an order was informed there were additional charges I had to pay. It was a little disheartening.

First, let me say I was buying the drum set as a gift and I know nothing about drums. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with Art. He steered me
to the set that met my expectations. From there it was a simple matter of processing the order and getting everything shipped. The ordering process was very efficient and only took a few minutes. Within 2 hrs. we had conformation that the order was shipped and we were provided shipping/tracking information. This is an easy way to do business. We are now waiting for delivery of the set later this week.

They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but they updated me right away with options. Great experience!

Cajon arrived in perfect condition well before I expected delivery. I made one phone call to customer service and they were awesome!
