I am in a drumming circle which is a new adventure for me. I used my new drum for the first time last evening and I love it. I didn't think about the weight though, it is heavy, but beautiful and classy. It is just the right size for my 5 foot stature and sounds great and is comfortable. Last night our circle played from 7-9 p.m steadily. Now I understand how compelling playing drums can be and everything else inside myself is emptied. I am 84 and am happy to have begun drumming.

I was looking for an Udu and stumbled across the X8drums website. I was amazed and totally impressed by the layout and the different videos giving you a true idea of how your instruments sound. Which was very inspirational.

The layout is great and it's very easy to navigate through the website which in turn makes you want to explore even further. Which I did and nearly found myself ordering more instruments. Which I didn't in the end as I'm have a tendency to be impulsive. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a great website and look forward to making further purchases. Probably in the very near future. Well done and keep up the great work.

Ordering was easy to follow and complete. Haven't received the order yet however I just ordered it 3 days ago.

I have purchased a djembe and frame drum from this company and really like it along with ankle bells. I have just ordered more ankle bells as gifts for friends. The quality on all items is excellent and will continue to order. The only problem is the shipping cost as I am a Canadian resident.

I started purchasing from X8 right before the change to the new website. I had no problems with the old site on my 5 y.o. laptop. I can't complete any orders with the new website. None of the drop-down menus work on my laptop now- whether I use IE or Chrome browsers. I have to use my wife's laptop that is a few years newer. However, the drop-down menus either don't work or have a substantial lag time. We have high-speed internet, so I doubt it's the connection. If I have to choose the size or color on an item, I just don't buy it. For the check-out, I've been able to use the tab function when the drop-down for State, etc. doesn't work. I liked the functionality of the old website more than the new one. If others are having the same difficulties I am, I'm sure you're losing business. While this new social media push with the bonus program can spread your brand recognition to a wider audience, your company can't grow if people can't select items from your website and successfully complete the checkout.

The Website was so easy to work with! After I bought my item...the confirmation email came straight away! Recieving the conformation so quickly gave me a sense of relief to know everything was going as planned! I would definatly recommend X8 drums to any of my drum playing, drum loving friends!

The website is easy to use. There is a wide selection of drums at reasonable prices, though a number of them were out of stock. When I posed a question through the chat, I received a complete and clear response in a timely manner during business hours. One feature needs to be better clarified on the site when shopping, I.e., when a drum is eligible for 10% cash back. I am looking forward to receiving my drum.

My granddaughter requested a drum for Christmas. I was lucky enough to find your website and to find the drum that I was looking for. I have not received the drum yet but I able to search and find shipping information. I will probably be ordering other things from you.

Been happy with all of my orders from X8Drums. Highly recommended!

The website is easy to navigate and has lots of views and videos of the products. There are good general articles and videos about different styles of drums, how to select a drum for your body size and playing style, and when I narrowed down the drum I wanted, there was a video demo of that drum, too. I was worried about buying a rope-tuned djembe, but the how-to-tune video showed me that it's not as difficult as I feared. Add to that free shipping, plus my drum was sent the day after my order! This was my third x8drums purchase, I'll be back again.
