Purchasing my first Djembe drum on X8 Drums couldn't have been easier. All the information I needed was in one place - from how to select the proper size to which drum head and construction choice I should make. Purchase was easy, delivery was quick, and the drum was received in excellent condition. I played it at drum circle tonight and the experience was great. It was everything I wanted. I can highly recommend buying from X8 Drums. Just do it!

The drum I bought was not the size I wanted. There should be other things you can do to match people with the right drum. I cant believe I paid that much for a drum that small.

I was stuck trying to decide what size Cajon I wanted to purchase. I couldn't decide if I wanted to go with the Medium (18" H) or the Large (20" H) Cajon. I came across this website and started browsing the wide range of Cajons. In less than a couple minutes of browsing, and having some questions in mind.... I started a chat with a representative for X8 named Art. He not only answered my questions quickly and carefully, but somehow he knew what brand I was interested in (Schlagwerk). It blew my mind when he sent a link to a Cajon, that was very similar to the one I'm trying to buy. Art thoroughly explained the difference in sound, between the size variables in Cajons. He also gave me some great advice on buying the right size case for my new Cajon. I think I would still be stuck on these different options, if it wasn't for Art's generosity and great advice. This company steered me in the right direction, from the kindness of their own heart. Even though I didn't end up making a purchase today, they were still willing to lend a helping hand to a fellow drummer, in need of some quick answers. I'm totally confident now I'm making the best decision on what Cajon is right for me. I'll definitely be checking back to this site soon, to purchase other accessories and drum hardware!

I have dealt with X8 drums on at least 6 different occasions and have been more than satisfied with every experience. Customer service is second to none. This is a great company to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable staff.

Djembe case material was as beautiful as the picture and sturdier than I imagined it would be.

Definitely satisfied with my experience on the site. Very easy to search through, good details, discriptions, photos & recommendations.

A couple of errors were made with some of my orders, but I admit customer service moved quickly to remediate the errors without questioning or without putting excuses.
I like the different variety of instruments and some of the uniqueness of a few of them; that's why I continue to shop from them.

X8drums offered the Swan cygnet cajon at the same price as Swan percussion, but the same type of shipping was free (UPS ground). In addition, my order was processed on the same day that I placed the order. Well done!

I just purchased a great Cajon on X8 and it is a beautiful instrument. The service has been excellent and I would use this company again. Their YouTube videos and demonstrations are what sealed the deal for me.

I found X8 Drums on ebay and called their customer service number to talk to someone about a first time Didgeridoo purchase. I wnated to be sure to get the right thing. I spoke with Art, and he was the most amazing guy. He made sure I got exactly the right thing at a fair price. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I would and will go back to X8 Drums when it's time to upgrade or get different instruments. Thank you to Art and X8 drums. this instrument was a gift and I know he's going to be so happy when it gets here!

X8 Drums had a super selection of drums and at wonderful prices! I found just what I was looking for and paid much less than I expected. I will be buying here again!

Bought a download tutorial video. The title was correct, but the video was a completely incorrect lesson. Contacted support asking if they could send me the correct lesson... been nearly a week now and haven't even had a reply!! Would not recommend X8drums.... :(

The product is very beautiful and get customer service

I was very satisfied with my purchase this year. You have quality products, and they were very much appreciated by my father in law, who had them on his xmas wish list.

Okay, so this is my first drum buying experience, but it was a good one. First I watched the video on selecting the best size - I need a 12" drum head on a 24" tall body. The site then let me look at drums of just that size. I chose a Celtic style (I don't imagine ancient Celts sat in drum circles with their kilted djembes) because, well, I liked the look in the picture. And that's another thing: pictures galore. You can see what you're buying. Of course, lots of sites provide pictures, but still. And, of course, there are videos. Not just about sizing, but about tuning and playing and more. I intend to visit this site many times. You should, too.

I have never had any issues with my orders from X8 over the years.
