on his details page he has listed his company number and address from a dissolved company and this new company is not even listed on companies house. BEWARE THE SCAMMER Kevin Watson, he is even setting up this new company on a foundation of lies and deceit. Avoid at all cost.

Wow! I'm glad I printed off my will and requirements before however I wanted to add my Grandson once he is born.

I was skeptical of this website at…
I was skeptical of this website at first but went ahead although the discount code didn`t work. I emailed the director our friend Kevin and he emailed me twice saying he`d send me the discount money himself which he never did.
Now i received an email with some story about new directors wrecking the company blah blah but our friend Kevin bought the company back and can sort out your will again for another £8 FOR LIFE. When i bought this last year the `guarantee` was free changes for life. Now the website is down and we have a jackanory here. Do not give your hard earned money to the swindler Kevin Watson who tells you what you want to hear. If you buy this `new will` if you want to change anything it will cost you £15 every 3 months.

Really bad. I can't believe I purchased a will on the understanding that I could made amendments to it for the rest of my life. This is fraud. You have taken peoples money and then closed down your website and your email

Please could you update? I have also just tried to log in to update my will, and not only is the website not accessible, but the Companies' House report suggests that the company is closing. This sounds like an awful situation for all working at yourwillbedone, and keeping data secure is appreciated, however an update would be gratefully received please.

I paid for a service that gave access and amendments to my will for life, that has not been honoured.
Kevin Watson (one of two ACTIVE directors) has been giving ridiculous rambling 'supposed' updates on the situation since February, constantly advising the site will be up and running soon, next week etc.
In a response to a recent Trustpilot review he claimed that his co director, Dean Sanderson had been 'struck off' - this is simply UNTRUE, yet more lies. Dean Sanderson remains an active director of the company.
As for the statements made regarding the Information Commissioners Office and the Data Protection Register - there is no listing for either Your Will Be Done Ltd or the two active directors.
I would really like to know how much money these individuals took from customers before closing down the service.

Update on my experience - after requesting my will many times on the available email addresses, calling the numbers, reading the mad ramblings on the website and sending a formal, written SAR, I have now lodged a formal complaint with the ICO. I URGE ALL TO DO THE SAME).
If your business has failed Kev, that is understandable, unfortunately it happens, but as your customers we deserve a lot more than being lied to.

Very poor communication after the site was taken down.
I can echo all the comments. I did get a response a few months ago where Kevin promised to send the wills in the post, but no response since. I've tried both email addresses no response since.
Kevin, please stop saying the site will be up by the end of the week! This is the same response that you've been promising for months. Please only post an actual date, when the site will be back up, if that's ever going to happen. By promising the site will be up by the end of the week, you're loosing all credibility.

Update: 8th May 2022: Despite Kevin promising to reply to emails, he doesn’t. I’ve emailed him till twice now at his personal email on 27th April and 5th May and not received a response.
Kevin Watson’s Twitter account has been suspended I noticed today. I emailed him asking when his website was going back on line but I’ve not received a reply despite assurances he would reply to all emails. Kevin, WHAT is going on? You said you’d be back online a few months ago and there seems to be little to no progress on this. Also why make false promises if you can’t keep to them such as replying to all emails? Very disappointed.
