Thanks so much for that great review and also for recommending us to friends. We try to give good service along with value for money in this industry so it's a real pat on the back for us to hear about recommendations too : )
Started well but ended badly.
I paid to have wills checked for validity. Was advised twice that I had done something wrong. Turned out I hadn’t but am still waiting for actual confirmation of this. Many,many emails, does the right hand know what the left hand is doing? Several phone calls in which it was accepted that I had not been given the best service. Still waiting, promised I would get a full refund as well as some M&S vouchers in recompense for the time wasted. Still waiting!

After writing this review was contacted, yet again.by a gentleman promising that I would get a follow up phone call from a solicitor. Still waiting Kevin! Well I did get an email on a Sunday afternoon, had no idea of previous problems and asked for more money! Unbelievable!
It just gets worse! Please do not use this company, they make promises they don’t keep but do not refund your money. Will let Martin Lewis aware of this , I only used them on his recommendation.

Hey Sue! I have to take this one on the chin, you definitely will be getting a printed Will set delivered, along with some M&S vouchers to hopefully make up for the delay. I couldn't immediately send the completed Wills without waiting for official confirmation from a solicitor that everything on there was right. However, I should have called earlier in the week to update you and let you know.
I'll call you to let you know exactly what the score is but once this is done, you'll have the security of knowing everything is OK and of course, you'll have the peace of mind of knowing you have solicitor verification as well.
Very easy to use template.
Very easy to use template which provides a suitable “mirror “ will for my wife and myself. The legal checking service was timely and informative.

I received very good customer service…
I received very good customer service when I had queries but I found the format of the will too limiting. It would be useful to be able to add what should happen to property if the main beneficiary is not able to inherit ie dies within the time stipulated after the testator

It is so easy to make a will with these people, I purchased the option to have it checked by a legal expert. It was way cheaper than the solicitors who have my original will as they wanted £250 + VAT to update it. I highly recommend this site

Good if Wills are kept simple
A very good service providing the Wills are very simple. Good customer service when responding to e-mails however the legal team were very slow in responding to any questions. Guide notes would have been helpful. Especially for terminology.
