Mpow wireless headset connects great…
Mpow wireless headset connects great but both the left and right side of the headsets detached and now I have to tape both sides to keep the adjusting head piece from separating. Contacted MPow several times and was told I would receive a replacement headset but months later it never happened. Needless to say MPow lost a customer for life and lost a positive review.

for the the price of one mpow which means u can find on amazon the exact same pair that mpow makes the exact same but it has another name foy 13 each there was one thing that I left out that I have to add that it even was mpow in the box when it came it was an mpowe product but it wasn't labeled on mpow on Amazon

I had a Flame earphone costing £20 for about a year until it stopped working, they sent a replacement for free, I had the replacement for a year which I then broke, they then sent another replacement. Sound quality is very nice. Gets quite loud, sound quality is nice, rich bass. Best headphone for the price.

Absolute crap. They constantly skip like a scratched CD and then ear plays out of sync with the other ear constantly fall out of your ears. Extremely frustrating. Asked for money back and bought from another company. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company.

Purchased 4 pairs of wireless headsets just over a year ago. The headsets work great and connect to your mobile great but the issue I've had is the plastic sides of the headsets always break.
It's happened to 3 out of the 4 pairs now. The only way you can use them now is by wrapping gaffer tape around the sides to stop the headset from falling apart.
The price is good but sadly the quality of the plastic isn't.

These are my first pair of wireless buds. A gift that was well received. Ideal for working from home and in the car. But I learnt my lesson wearing them cycling. The Left headphone mysteriously disappeared en route and hasn't been found. Only a week old and my fear of how easily they can fall out was realised. shame

At this moment, I have 3 pairs of headphones/headsets. I love them all. So practical, functional, with cool design and quality.
Customer support was nothing but helpful the first time I ordered a new pair (a new model). Unfortunately, it had a problem (one of the headphones did not work), and customer support helped me and wanted to send me a new pair without sending back the one that I bought. I was traveling at that time, so they refunded me the total price without asking me to send back the product I bought. That's when I bought 3 more different pairs, and now after 8 months of constantly using them, they are still working and charging perfectly. The prices are so affordable. So satisfied.

One star is a “complement” for this MPOW product. An objective position: absolute waste of money. Bluetooth does not work more than 5 feet away from the source. Also, customer service is inept.

Do not buy this crap! My headset was hardly used and just a few days after 2 Years (warranty) it will not charge. After some useless emails from the terrible support of this company they refused to do anything. We own a store and we had them here for sale.
I just cleared the shelf from this crap, we will not sell this kind of items.

I received a pair of their mid-range wireless earbuds as a gift.
The earbuds suddenly and inexplicably stopped playing media but were still connecting and producing in-built audio but no media audio streams.
When I contacted customer service, 24hr later I received an email asking:
"Could you please offer us the invoice of the item or tell us your amazon order number first so that we can solve the problem for you better?"
The key words to note here are: "so that we can solve the problem for you better?" - this is a lie as I will explain further in this comment.
I replied explaining how I had received them as a gift and that it was not possible to obtain such details since I am not the original purchaser.
I then received a most egregious response stating that they will not help me until I do something as extraordinary as ask the person who gifted me the earbuds, to try and find the required details and furnish me with them (how can they assume I am still in touch with said "friend" or that they are even still contactable?).
- "You can tell your friend that you need the order ID to register the Mpow program and extend warranty.
We need the order ID to get warranty from the supplier."
I work in IT and Customer Service so I know that a product serial number is all they should require to trace the exact item in question.
Very disappointed with how this company treats users of their products.
Empty Box
I ordered from Amazon.co.uk.
I received my order today and when I opened the package the earpod box inside was empty and no earpods where present. When I went to the amazon website they directed me to the manufacturer's website which was passing the buck to me. The only other option was to return the package to Amazon but I received nothing but an empty box how do I return that.

What waste of space bought headphones via Amazon and the delivery was quick the extra warrant was quick I did the review they asked for so as to get a £20 Amazon gift card , that’s when the poo his the fan. No sign of gift card still showing on my account as a gift but with out the Validation code. The headphones as developed a Bluetooth fault were after being paired and connected to my LG OLEC TV they disconnect after a few seconds. My sons cheap ear buds work a treat on my TV ... to date 9 emails sent with warranty customer support and support all copied in. Have I received any reply’s ( hell no not one ) as far as I can see there are only interested in you when the require reviews and offer amazon gift cards for writing them . They even email you to say thank you for your review in an email that states please reply to confirm your review and receive your free £20 gift card in 5 working days . Still waiting . I got earbuds on Amazon and they sounded great and were the best I’ve tried for the very reasonable price.
I dropped the left one and the stem snapped off. I emailed and got a very speedy response and we emailed back and forth over a few days until I got my full refund.

avoid mpow, customer service ghosts you
i bought two pairs from best buy (bb model number MPWBMBH143CB). one is still working and the other quit working within a few months. it turns itself on and off and says "bluetooth connecting," followed slowly after with "disconnected." it does this sporadically until it dies.
i have been trying to contact mpow and best buy since they quit working, but no one will take responsibility. the headphones come with a one year warranty.
when you (repeatedly and descriptively) contact mpow via email, they robotically respond that they only honor warranties for amazon purchases. funny that the warranty in the box does not mention that.
when you call, they say they will reach out to their "back end support team" who will (guess what?) send you an email. when you follow up after not having received any emails, they say it must have went to spam, even though no messages have come in, spam or otherwise. then, when you keep contacting after they make it obvious they hope you are going to forget about it, they just ghost you. when you contact them on social media platforms, they act concerned in "public", tell you to send a dm, then they ghost you.
best buy only tells me to contact the manufacturer. when i tell them i have, they tell me to go to a store. when i go to a store, they say there's nothing they can do about it because it's outside of their 15-day return window. but they'll "sell me a new pair of headphones at a discount." they aren't standing behind the product either.
needless to say, i will be more cautious about which manufacturer and supplier i purchase from in the future. i have never had a customer service experience be so deliberately neglected and avoided as this one, and since they refuse to act honorably in private, i will be sure to let it be known in public with my money, mouth, and keyboard.
Great products and support
I had never heard of Mpow products, but tried one of their Bluetooth headphones. They were only $29.99 but actually sound as good as a $200 pair of wired headphones I have.
Because of this I bought a USB Bluetooth RX/TX adapter for my TV. All I had to do was plug it in and paired immediately. It provides a strong connection for a good distance
I thought I had a problem with the headphones, but actually did not, so I emailed Xmpow's support team. I was contacted by them in a short time.
If they provide a product I need, I will definitely buy theirs.

SCAM. Customer service non-existent. Don't buy!
My left earbud stopped working in less than a month. They claim to have an extended warranty, but they don't respond to claim tickets. I've sent THREE emails, two warranty claims, and two emails through Amazon. They haven't responded to any. Now I have to get a refund and I'm without headphones. DO NOT BUY. Spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere to a company that actually cares.

Have an issue with my earbuds and they won’t answer despite sending them 3 messages. Seems like they don’t care enough to help you.
