terrible wont ackinowledge emails, phone number doesnt work and it looks like to ignore peoples warranties!

Mpow m30 wireless earbuds.
Bought these new one failed after 2 months.
Tried contacting mpow support no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Company appears to have disappeared.

The wireless earbuds I bought were great for the 9 months that they worked for. Then suddenly they stopped charging. After resetting, I got them to charge, but then the left earbud would not connect. After resetting again, I got the left to connect, but the right wouldn't connect after that. It just stays in pairing mode, while the left is connected to my device.

I registered for the 2 year warranty shortly after I purchased them, but when it came time to make a claim, all I got was dead silence from Mpow. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my claim and were working on the issue. It's been 3 weeks and 2 attempts to make a claim, and still nothing from Mpow. It seems that they do not honor their warranty and do not care about customer satisfaction. They will not be getting any more of my money. Please don't give them any of yours either.

Attempting to contact customer service for my wireless earbuds which were still well within warranty due to a defect led me to a closed email address, and a shut down call centre. Effectively, MPOW has cut off any methods for the customer to contact them regarding their products, despite offering warranty on them. To me, any company who does this deserves a 1-star review; or less.

My MPOW 059 headphones simply stopped charging. I wrote a direct message to MPOW on Twitter, using Twitter’s Direct Message. I enclosed a picture of the purchase label that was on the box I had ordered. No response and that was about 4 days ago! I feel they owe me either a replacement or a refund. So far they have not provided either and have not even tried to correct the situation. I just wanted to let everyone else know if this before they rip you off as well!

Got my pair of Mbits S and the left side stopped working in 4 months and then just a month after that my right pair stopped working...All i do is sleep with them is that too rigorous???? I asked for warranty and they said Shopee only has 3 month warranty even though their website states a year of warranty and they never declared only 3 month warranty in their shop listing, they even put a 2 year warranty card inside the box how nice! What absolute scammers and trash product. Never buying random companies tws again.

The pair of mpow headphones I ordered were supposed to have 4 hour battery life, it has less then half of that. The case that holds them is supposed to change them up to four times, it only holds enough of a change for half of that as well. Whatever battery they say the headphones are good for, cut it in half.
If you try to contact customer support, that will tell you what you want to hear, but don’t expect a replacement. Even if they say they will send you a replacement. I’ve been waiting for their “replacement” headphones for close to a year.
Chinese company with Chinese crap.
These are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for. Any other brand is better.

Super unreliable company. Not paying for contract services and delivering bad products.

So fed up of these Chinese companies selling their crap through Amazon. Earphones working great for a month and now won’t charge or connect. Website is now conveniently down for repair, I.e. they’ve ran off with all the money from people like me who have bought from them. Amazon must do more to wean out these conmen as this is now the third lot in about 6 months I’ve bought where quality is good for only a short period

headphones don't work and tried to contact to get them replaced (I have warranty). Have emailed and tried calling the UK tel. no. (on website). No reply from anyone at Mpow. Bunch of scheisters - avoid like the plague as there's no support and cannot be trusted as a company.

After 3 months of light use the headband plastic broke making them unusable. On contacting mpow they said that they would not give any warranty cover even though 2 years warranty was offered on the enclosed paperwork in the box.
The website would not let you register for the warranty.
On contacting mpow, they replied saying that warrant would only be given to purchasers of "Amazon" . I did not puchase the headphones from " Amazon", but brand new from E-bay.

I purchased the dongle and blue tooth headphones. I didn't check the reviews before hand or I wouldn't have bought them. So far they work fine but I tried to activate the warranty and support never ever replied. I even made an mpow account and they still ignored my request to register my products. DO NOT BUY or if you have a prob be prepared to handle it yourself.

Note: Do not currently buy from Mpow. They are no longer monitoring support channels. You will have no recourse if there is a problem

Offer a two year warranty but when product fails absolutely no support. Sham of a company!

The dongles are so shoddy and break very easily, they are also really clunky and large, making it much easier to break them.

Ho avuto 2 prodotti Mpow. Il mio primo prodotto era Mpow H1, cuffie molto belle esteticamente e qualità audio ottime. Il mio secondo prodotto è Mpow H19 IPO: le cuffie sono molto buone, molto belle esteticamente e la riduzione del rumore funziona abbastanza bene: ho notato la differenza tra CON riduzione attiva e SENZA riduzione. Entrambe prese su amazon. Consiglio

Scammers.
They ignore you if you try to make a warranty claim.
And their phone number isn't real.
My earphones didn't work properly from the time I got them. Looks like i wasted my money.

I purchased mpow iron pro wireless gaming headset off of amazon for $97 dollars back in February. about a month ago they took a crap on me because their USB dongle was so cheaply made, it broke. Funny thing is, the only reason im writing the review here is because amazon took it off their marketplace.

Bought wireless headphones. They were pretty neat but plastic broke and sponge came out after just one year. They claim they provide 2year warranty but turns out they don't respect it. Trying to reach them through site, email and messenger. They keep ignoring me on all three.
Don't buy from them, it's better to buy something bit more expensive which wont broke after year. Much cheaper and better way.

Replaced defective pair. Upgrading to 3 stars since they finally replaced previous headset that broke on both ends. We'll see how this pair works out. Appears to be an upgrade to the adjustable band.
