Terrible customer service team. I bought a projector pre-xmas and subsequently cancelled the order when I found a cheaper alternative on ebay. XGIMI proceeded the ship the parcel anyway. I tried to initiate the returns process but similar to many others here they said I would have to ship to an HK address. Eventually I agreed, and XGIMI provided a returns label with DHL, however, they completed the customs forms incorrectly (apparently a dangerous good: lithium battery) and my parcel sat with UK customs for 2 weeks before being returned to me, no closer to a refund. They eventually accepted a return to a UK address, I shipped the parcel, signed for, and delivered weeks ago. I have repeatedly emailed for XGIMI to process my refund, but the customer service team has ghosted me. As it stands, even if you manage to get your item returned they will just take it and keep your money!

I am now trying to go through the Retail ADR to re-coup the money, but obviously XGIMI have not signed up to the scheme. Absolute crooks, avoid at all cost. Totally non-compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act, XGIMI really shouldn't be allowed trade under a UK website.

So ive spent £1400 on their horizon pro. Most things are great about it. Apart from the keystone correction. It always goes lopsided. Ive taken videos, sent photos, measured the difference in sizes. Told them every detail. Still wont accept its faulty. Now its time for further action. dont buy their product their after service doesnt exsist.

This company is the worst company I have ever received something from. Received a faulty projector and now have to send it back at the cost of £53 to Hong Kong even though it was purchased through their UK website. It takes ages to receive responses from them and most of the time they don't answer your questions or just ignore your messages. They've ignored every request asking for an alternative to sending it to HK or they say they have to speak to a colleague and then don't reply for days. Never buy from XGIMI direct I'm sure some peoe have good experiences with the projectors but the customer service experience is awful. If you purchase something that is faulty out of the box it should not have to be sent to Hong Kong at personal cost it should be paid for by the company.

Terrible, ordered a product, paid, and did not get anything after more than a week.
Support is useless, they are nice and they talk nice to you, but they do nothing actually. Keep appologizing.

Then they canceled my order after more than a week of waiting, without asking me, then appologized again.

I don't even know if i will see my money, and i heard just now about at least dozen others in the exact same situation very angry at the company, accepting orders when the do not even have supply for the next week.

I don't want to know what happens when the product stop working, and they do stop working often.

This is not how you handle a $800+ product support. It's not 30$.

J'ai participé à une offre publiée sur GoogleShopping par XGIMI pour son modèle XGIMI HORIZON PRO 4K. J'ai donc acheté ce modèle sur leur site internet en cliquant sur l'offre GoogleShopping. A la réception j'ai reçu le XGIMI HORIZON.

J'ai téléphoné et envoyé de nombreux mails sans succès pour demander le XGIMI HORIZON PRO 4K ou un retour pour remboursement, le SAV est inexistant (le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas, on tombe systématiquement sur répondeur). Ils ont fini par me répondre et me proposer de retourner A MES FRAIS la commande en Pologne à un particulier Chinois.

Produit et méthodes de vente Chinois. C'est tout simplement de l'escroquerie. Aucune facture envoyée, et le bon de commande sans TVA.

Je rencontre un probleme avec un produit acheté directement sur leur site.
Service Client absent !!
Deux mois apres l'achat le rétroprojecteur xgimi halo est déjà en panne.
La notice est très sommaire et n'aide en rien.
Le suivi apres vente est zéro

I bought a the Halo from Xgimi less than 10 months ago and the fan suddenly started to make extrem noise outside of the energy saving mode. Its unusable in any setting outside of energy saving. The temperature goes fdom 40 degrees straight up to 59, so the fan overworks to cool it down, but it doesnt work.

I am really disappointed. The projector costs around 800 pounds and the tech team are telling me this is because of dust. My room is not dusty, I clean it regularly. This is very dissapointing, I used to recommend this projector to all friends but with the service under warrenty I was provided is unacceptable. I will certainly not continue to recommend this to anyone unfortunately, until this projector is replaced or repaired.

I bought two Halo projectors from them they both have physical focus issues still under warranty I have tried to contact them for a week now they refuse to response if you buy from them good luck hope you don't a lemon because if you do get a DOA or defective they will leave you out in the cold and wont respond bad and poor customer experience Will never buy from them again just lost a customer and have two projecter that don't work right that are unwatchable and again still under warranty

Détenteur d'un Xgimi H2 depuis bientôt 1 ans je suis franchement satisfait par ce projecteur une qualité d'image franchement appréciable pour un appareil de milieu de gamme avec ses deux ports HDMI possibilité de connecter divers appareil sans oublier ses ports USB..
En plus de son decodeur 4K intégré en cette période où aller au cinéma et plutôt contraignante ce petit appareil couplé en home cinéma est presque parfait pour moi...
Xgimi ayant lancé la version horizon je me tâte à changer de produit pour me lancer dans une nouvelle aventure avec ce nouveau produit.

I recently bought the XGIMI Polar Z6.. I had to set the motion correction to 'Close' and the HDMI to Version 2, to correct jitter.. Initially, I was very pleased with it, despite it being not as bright as the projector it replaced; until it stopped working within less 500 hours of installation. The LED Lamp now refuses to fire-up only two months after installation. Judging from other FaceBook comments, this seems to be an inherent problem with XGIMI projectors. I contacted support, whom are very polite and nice but given that the projector failed within 8 weeks of breaking the seal on the box and installation, I was only offered a chargeable fix with chargeable shipping. No fixed price repair was offered, so it could cost another £500 to fix.. I don't get the impression XGIMI worry too much about reputation and my need to purchase with confidence.
So far, this projector has cost the equivalent of £1 / hour to run. I won't be buying another one..
I'm going back to my boringly reliable an utterly superb 4 year old and much brighter Optoma DLP projector. I bought a replacement 1800 Lumen OSRAM lamp unit for £15 and everything still works beautifully. I also bought another replacement lamp for its predecessor, another Optoma, which is now 11 years old; and this now again works beautifully too.
The LED XGIMI was an experiment to see if their LED projectors would be appropriate in Client 'Pop-up' meeting spaces.. I think XGIMI have a great concept BUT pose too much of a risk, particularly for commercial projects.
When XGIMI have network of established UK Service Agents it might be worth getting the z6 looked at. In the meantime, I won't be buying nor specifying any more XGIMI products. Shame, because the design statement and attention to detail is very strong but in my opinion the product reliability and aftercare is far too weak.

It is not worth buying products from this company, the projectors break down after only one year and their service is particularly poor, have another provide much less money with much better quality.

Just to warn people before buying a product from XGIMI.
If you have any troubles during your order, they'll not solve it.

I bought a 800€ projector and I never received it, never signed it. I spent 3 month with their service without any solutions found, they also didn't refund or replaced it.

I assume it's the same thing for their after-sales service.

I got two of their projectors and they both died within 18 months. Cheaply made projectors that look good on the outside but are poorly built from cheap parts. Endless issues with well know streaming apps not working and when they do eventually work XGIMI introduces a new firmware update that breaks it again. No customer service or repair centres outside of China. Avoid this brand!
