Très mauvais servie !
J ai été débité le jour même de 1899eur pour un vidéo projecteur horizon Ultra après un achat sur le site officiel. Au bout d une semaine aucune nouvelle du transporteur en charge. Le service client Xgimi france ne peut rien faire. J essaye désespérément de me faire rembourser. Un scandale pour des produit à ce prix là. Je déconseille vivement d acheter sur leur site.

I recently purchased the Halo+ projector directly from XGIMI.

Firstly, the product itself is great quality and worked out the box with no hiccups, if not exceeding my expectations.

Secondly, I needed the projector fairly urgently so I emailed customer support to see if they could prioritise shipment. They responded immediately even though it was nearly 7pm in the evening. I received the product the next day.

I think they deserve credit for great customer support and I'm really happy with the product as well. Well done guys.

I wanted to order a portable projector for myself and looked at what was available on the market and ended up locking in the XGIMI Halo+ projector with multi angle stand for AUD 1399 on their website.
I spoke to Jack Liu when ringing their mobile number listed on their website and he confirmed that product will ship next business day. Next day when I rang again the same person told me that I will receive my tracking details today. After receiving nothing I waited over the weekend and called them on Monday and I found out that calls have now been directed to voicemails.

I had my gut feeling that something is fishy the way they talked.

Please do not buy from this company if you want peace of mind.

MoGo Pro 2 is a compact excellent projector, bright and quiet. Keystone correction is superb and allows the projector to be placed off-axis from the screen. BIGGEST PROBLEM lack of built-in Netflix. This is incomprehensible and requires a firestick as a work-around. This could be a deal breaker for many. Needs to be corrected ASAP

Don't buy anything from Xgimi, their warranty program sucks. Last year I was exchanged a projector that was purchased and was under warranty, so far without problems, to my surprise I was given a projector already used but working, until last month the projector was working without any problem until I started to notice some white spots in the image (the same problem as the projector that had sent to be exchanged) I contacted Xgimi's customer support where I was told that they will not exchange the project since it no longer has a warranty.
According to Eu/PT law they are obliged to extend the warranty since it was an exchange for a product !
Be careful don't buy anything from them.

Die Software ist die reinste Katastrophe was die Geräte absolut unbrauchbar macht.
Netflix wird gar nicht unterstützt und alles andere stürzt ab und dass für fast 2000€.
Nie wieder.

Amazing product and customer service! We have switched completely from watching TV to using the projector only. Cinema like experience! When we had problem with the projector during the warranty period, it was exchange and the customer service was very professional and prompt with responses. Highly recommend this company and product

Truly shambolic customer service. The order was cancelled within 8 minutes of ordering. I cancelled due to buyers remorse. I received an email confirming it was cancelled and would not be shipped. The order was shipped. I have been trying to organise a collection and refund. Each contact as others have said is as if the previous conversation has never happened. So exasperating. I’ve even been asked to pay to return a projector that should never have been sent.

I initially bought the Halo Plus from XGIMI UK website as I fancied something portable. I was really impressed with its all round quality from packaging to performance. Got me thinking that I wish I should've gone for the 4k Horizon Pro for even better quality and brightness, plus there was a black friday sale on.

I couldn't find a contact number on their website and it suggested to send an email for any help. I got a little worried so I checked out some trustpilot reviews which didn't sound great. Thing is, not many people will ever leave a review if they have a good experience, hence my review today.

Long story short, I got in touch via webchat and email. Liaised with Charles and Alexander to return the Halo Plus for a refund and exchange for a Horizon Pro. All went perfectly well. Both Charles and Alexander were very helpful all the way through. Got my refund. The Horizon Pro is fantastic! Thank you XGIMI UK.

Product is potentially brilliant, but the customer service is atrocious. They don't listen to customer feedback, and therefore - nothing gets done to remedy the problems. You can expect to be hounded by their customer service team, each time appearing sincere in their endeavours to troubleshoot the projector flaws, however, each time they email back expect them to have forgotten or not read the previous emails. Charlotte and Julie seem to be the only names working for customer service and I'm 99% sure there's no one called Charlotte or Julie.

Avoid as the projector isn't perfect sadly

People take note of these reviews, regardless of the hype paid for recommendations on YouTube etc.
I'm a UK buyer from amazon and these guys simply are atrocious.
Promised discount on a £800 purchase (it's already overpriced) then refused after I bought it.
The product itself is over hyped and no better then most, buy a nebula I stupidly sent my anker nebula back to purchase a Halo and wish I hadn't.
IT'S BATTERY IS AWFUL, THE KEYSTONE CORRECTION IS WONKY ITS A RUBBISH PRODUCT CONSIDERING THE COST.
I'm returning the xgimi and getting another anker.
Guys DO NOT BUY a XGIMI, the reviews on here are 100% correct in my experience.

Spoke to a person called Alexander - absolutely fantastic customer service - really went out of his way to resolve my issue - thank you so much.

After researching for a portable projector for primary use in our garden, I initially thought I would have to double my budget to acquire a device with my 'Must have' features and performance listings. That was until I discovered the XGimi Halo+. I can honestly say this has more than exceeded my expectations on all measures; image quality, sound, features, interface, build etc. A great product and super helpful customer service. Only draw back is lack of native Netflix, but there are work arounds and not a showstopper for me.

Mein MoGo Pro Plus begleitet mich nun schon seit circa 1 Jahr. Er ist sehr kompakt, hat eine eigene Tragetasche und richtet das Bild Automatisch aus.

XGIMI hat zwar eine Kontakthotline, gebraucht habe ich diese aber noch nicht. Der Mogo Pro Plus funktioniert wie am ersten Tag. Ein wirkliches großes Bild in einer kleinen Kiste.

Got my aura a few months ago and I sitll love it. Xgimi pushes regular updates and works on solutions if one has a question.

I personally found the FB-Community very helpful. XGIMI has serval people commenting and helping so i you're new to projectors, thats the place to be

I got serval UST-projectors, neither can match XGIMI Aura's all in one pacakge.

One Minute Review
After several comparisons with other DLP projectors, I decided to try this projector for its reasonable price, impressive specs, and stylish design. And honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It boasts amazing picture quality on a 120" screen. The sound is phenomenal, and 2200 ANSI Lumens make it bright enough to use morning, afternoon, and night. However, the most impressive feature is its built-in automatic screen adaptation technology, which takes movies and gaming to exciting new heights.

User-Friendliness: 10/10
The built-in automatic keystone correction and integrated AI-powered image-sensing algorithm allow it to intelligently identify and avoid obstacles in the projection area and can automatically identify the screen and adjust the image. I placed it on my left nightstand for side projection, and amazingly it automatically avoids both the door and outlet in the projection area. It’s a relief not having to repeatedly adjust the projector’s position to get the perfect picture. It’s also certified by TUV, which ensures better eye protection and reduced blue light exposure. I can enjoy watching for more extended periods without worrying about eye fatigue.

Picture and Brightness: 9/10
It delivers a stunning 4K (3840x2160) resolution and 8.3 million pixels. I projected on a 120" screen, and it still provided outstanding clarity and picture detail. I have a 43" Samsung 4K UHD TV and 75" Sony 4K XBR Smart TV. The picture quality is better than the 43" Samsung TV. In complete darkness, the picture is perfect and is very comparable to my 75" Sony 4K XBR Smart TV. In brighter, daytime environments, the image is watchable but not nearly as good as it is in the dark. So I usually close the curtains during the day or watch movies at night. 2200 ANSI lumens is a lot better than most projectors, but TVs are difficult to replace in terms of brightness.

Shocking customer service as evidenced in all the reviews below.

Purchased a unit directly from XGIMI UK thinking that'd be the best way to ensure speedy response in the event of issues. That's was a very bad decision.

£1000 Horizon projector started misbehaving in less than 6 months. It took a MONTH before they even offered an option to return the faulty unit for inspection. But they demand me to pay for postage to Hong Kong. What an absolute joke.

They DO NOT list their address anywhere, their Live Chat, Phone number or Contact Us form on their website does not work. And from reviews below it is evident that they simply stop replying to emails or demand you also pay for postage from HK back to UK.

Avoid at all cost. Never again.

First they don’t ever respond to requests for tech support coherently because its bots responding, and all inquiries take a ridiculous amount of time. No phone support. Then they give the wrong tech support, which in my case now rendered the device inoperable! At least I could somewhat use it before, now after following their troubleshooting, its totally stuck and unresponsive. Then they want me to pay for return shipping and then send me a used refurbished device as replacement for a defective device. How is it possible that they don’t have real people available for customer support? I’ve never seen anything like this.

Terrible company that is scam! I got a portable projector delivered and I didn’t love the quality so I initiated a return. I had no problems with customer service and they told me where to send it. I sent it back and didn’t hear back for weeks so I checked in, they made an excuse that due to Covid, their warehouse is slow in checking shipments. OK. Another week goes by, I check in, same answer. This goes on for 2 months of back and forth and of them saying that the warehouse still hasn’t checked. After a total of 3 months, I decided to filed a claim with my credit card company. My CC company contacted them and they had the audacity to say that they never received it! I went to UPS and was able to track down a confirmation that it was correctly delivered. My CC company finally refunded me. They are a scammy company, I tell you!
