C. Tulip completed my kitchen survey and was very professional and friendly throughout as well as being very open and honest. Any questioned ask of him were answered perfectly. 5 star service.

Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish, and I'd strongly recommend checking absolutely everything before accepting your order.
The first issue was quality control. Every end panel arrived damaged, despite the outer packaging being in perfect condition, suggesting they were damaged before they were packed. Thankfully, we spotted this early enough that they could be replaced before installation.
We also received a damaged door, and unbelievably the replacement door arrived bent as well. Our installer actually suggested laying it flat with some weight on it to try and straighten it rather than going through the hassle of requesting yet another replacement.
The hob supplied also wasn't what we expected. It came with a standard UK plug rather than being designed for direct wiring. We probably should have double-checked this ourselves, but it's a fairly basic specification and not something we specifically requested, so it was disappointing.
The order also included a number of completely unnecessary items. For example, we were sold tops for the wall units that physically couldn't be fitted because of the ceiling height. While our installer perhaps should have questioned this too, you'd expect the supplier to recognise that these parts were unsuitable for the design they had supplied.
My advice to anyone buying a kitchen from this company is to triple-check every single item on your order, inspect every panel as soon as it arrives, and question anything that doesn't seem right. If they offer you ten tubs of touch-up paint for the worktops, don't accept them all—you'll probably only need a couple.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor quality control, unnecessary parts being supplied, and too many avoidable issues that created extra work and delays.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother, who is retired and widowed, recently had her kitchen renovated. We used very hard earned money to buy a kitchen from a company we thought were reliable. We thought they would help make life easier for her. I came home to find my mother exhausted, unwell and shaken by her experience. The quality of work and mostly the disrespect shown by workmen was horrible to hear. I cannot tell you how heartbreaking it was to find out how poorly she was treated! She was in tears telling me how she was spoken to when all she wanted were small things completed.
The ceiling/lighting was done poorly. Big gaps in sealant for counter tops, gaps between walls and counter tops, loose and leaking tap…After parts were left in the fridge, my mother threw them out by accident. An easy mistake. Instead of treating her with respect and kindness, they spoke to her like she was below them! All because of some small parts?! She was left with a fridge door unattached to cupboard and is humiliated by their treatment. All she wanted was what was paid for - a completed kitchen with working parts. That is the minimum standard!
Despite numerous calls, nobody from Wren has returned to correct the faults and we are left to fix things with someone else more professional.
Wren and the people they employ should be ashamed of their poor workmanship, terrible communication and woeful customer service.
We are warning everyone not to use this company.

MThe communication was terrible from wren from not contacting me when products were no longer in stock to fitters not turning up, and delivery drivers peeing all over the toilet seat and stinking of alcohol. The ‘finish’ was lack luster and honestly pretty poor, I’ve emailed 4/5 times once to let my complaints be known and the rest for other reasons, I’ve heard responses from all the emails other than the complaints. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and am still yet to get through, please save yourself the trouble and don’t use wren. If I could give 0stars I would.

Avoid Wren Kitchens. Our installation has turned into a months long ordeal of poor workmanship, damaged units, missed deadlines, and constant disruption. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication — days or weeks with no updates, no ownership, and no urgency to fix their mistakes.
The Field Installation Manager has been one of the biggest issues: arrogant, dismissive, and impossible to get a straight answer from. Every conversation feels like we’re being talked down to rather than helped. Escalation attempts go nowhere, and Wren refuses to involve anyone senior enough to actually resolve the situation.
We chose Wren for a “premium” experience. Instead, we’ve been left with stress, unfinished work, and a company that seems to disappear the moment problems begin. If you’re considering Wren, think very carefully — once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.

Kitchen bedroom furniture install, product seems okay but unfortunately the surveyor mismeasured. This meant the balanced design was ruined. I was sent a smaller unit which is not fit for purpose. The difference in price has not been refunded yet. You cannot complain or raise the issue because the Wren building that sold the furniture is only a showroom, apparently. Mind you that didn't stop the salesman sending an accusatory email suggesting I was at fault. Ha e a one star review for your dreadful customer service.

The first lady was not as helpful as I expected, even though I explained to her that the kitchen had just been delivered and that I could not get the app to work. She did not make a stressful situation any better. I called in the next day and spoke to a perfect gentleman. The other person I spoke to today was professional from start to finish, and he made an already stressful situation seamless. I would give him six stars if I had the option.

The surveyor turned up on time introduced himself and showed his ID card. Described what he was going to do in terms of measuring the kitchen. He asked some additional questions around utilities. He was very polite and engaging to my questions throughout the process.
